My husband, kids and I haven stayed at this condo before. The location is great. The lanai is fantastic. The Murphy bed is so much better than a pull out couch.
Sadly I had to cancel going this time, but my mom and her siblings still went. I had to send another family member to help them out and the owner was very accommodating.
The only issue they had was the floor. They said the cleaners must have forgot to wash it. The condo and the bedding were clean otherwise. I would book here again.

Our initial experience was not good. The condo was in a dirty state - dirty floors, shower/toilet/soap dish not clean, bio matter on walls and mattress cover. When this matter was brought before general manager Kasper, the condo was deep cleaned. This occurred over 2 days for which we were reimbursed.
After the cleaning, our vacation resumed at the level to which we expected it to be in the first place. The condo is very nice but starting to show its age. The lanai looks over the central garden area. The grounds and buildings are immaculately kept.
We would stay here again if cleanliness is kept up.

I had friends staying in another condo on the property and this condo layout and setup was superior. It’s a beauty, situated as an end unit with a bigger lanai. The owner promptly repelled to any questions I had.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Location is great in Kehei, close to Wailea, and right across from the beach. Grill and pool areas were nice. Felt like plenty of space with two adults and two teenagers in the room.

We had two teens with us and friends (another family of 4) staying in the condo below us. Worked out really well…lanai was large and so comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Beds were comfy and condo was well appointed with everything you need. Would rent again. Thanks so much for sharing your piece of paradise!

Our 5th time staying at Kam Sands. This condo was lovely although in need of some new paint, lanai furniture (one chair missing, the other three were beat up/had holes) and blinds (couldn’t open or close the living room window blind). The coffee pot had a lid that didn’t fit so had to buy keurig pods instead. Wifi only worked intermittently after the first day. Front desk gave us the password for another condo’s wifi two units away as the solution which wasn’t great as it was a very poor signal. Overall it’s a great unit, just in need of some TLC.

Beautiful resort, just a short walk to the most amazing beach. We snorkeled from shore every day with turtles during our stay. The condo was also furnished with everything you would need at the beach. Chairs umbrella snorkel gear. Would defiantly recommend this location.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean & quiet, felt very private on the corner unit. I loved the location to the pool & bbq's. Beach was right across the road - 2 min. & you were sitting on a beautiful beach. Everything you needed for the beach was in the balcony closet. The pictures are very accurate. It felt like we in a cozy tropical place. Pool & hot tub's & all the immunities were great. Murphy bed was a plus. It does have 2 full bathrooms. I liked the keyless entry, just used a code. Had a secure safe in the bedroom. We had a few issues with the locks, but the property staff were very helpful to try & resolve the issues. A few small appliances didn't work, but they did have extra's n the cupboard. Kitchen was very well stocked with kitchen items...pans... plates...etc. Close to shops & food.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at William's condo at Kamole Sands. Check-in process was very easy and using a code to unlock the doors/gates was definitely more convenient than a key. The condo has everything you could want for a few days or a month long stay. We really appreciated the provided beach chairs and cooler (even though it was missing the shoulder strap). My wife and I loved having our own bedroom and bathroom, and the in unit laundry allowed us to wash all our clothes before we ended our vacation. The view from the lanai was exactly as the pictures show in the listing, and was perfect for relaxing outside morning or night. William was a most gracious host and answered all my questions both before we left for our trip as well as during the stay. My only disappointment was that we did not stay longer to take advantage of all the amenities that this condo had to offer.

Great overall experience. The condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of space, extra towels, and many of the little things needed to make a week with the kids run smoothly. The Kamaole Sands complex was well-kept and quiet. The Kamaole III Beach park across the street was great, with restrooms, beach showers, grassy areas, nice sand and surf. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved our stay here! The condo was clean, in a perfect location and had everything we needed and wanted! The property is well maintained and the grills are super nice. The pool was a great place to relax after busy days. We walked across the street to watch the most beautiful sunsets. Definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed staying at this property. We discovered a leak in the kitchen sink and the staff at Kamoela Sands was great about making sure it got fixed. Really convenient to beaches, restaurants and shopping. My boys really liked sleeping in the Murphy bed as well!!

Had a great time at kam sands, the location and amenities are wonderful. Communication with the owner was on point. Walking distance to the beach, right next to the pool and bbqs, had beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

The place was exactly what we needed with a full kitchen, nice large patio for breakfast, a comfortable bed, and just across the street from the beach. There is an image of paddle boards in the listing but we actually weren’t able to get access to them. Other than that, everything was as expected and good value.

It was a pleasure communicating with William both before and during our stay in his unit at Kamaole Sands. He was very helpful as we were preparing for the trip, providing restaurant recommendations, clear instructions, and other helpful advice. The unit itself is comfortable and well furnished, with a large lanai that provides a lovely place to eat a meal. I enjoyed having access to the facilities of the Kamaole Sands resort as well. One of the only disappointments was the lack of wifi during my stay, but William went so far as to call the front desk of Kamaole Sands himself to ask them to sort out the issue. He certainly wasn't to blame, and the lack of wifi didn't negatively impact my stay one bit.

My family and I stayed 8 nights at the Kamole Sands (6-201) in Kihei. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, well-maintained, and located literally across the street from the Kam 3 beach which was nice. The condo is an end unit on the second floor of a four story building, near the pool, in a fairly large complex. It was a nice one bedroom unit w/a queen bed/another queen-sized murphy bed in the living area/two full bathrooms which accommodated myself, husband, and two adult children. The outdoor patio or lanai was wonderful. The unit is a little bit older and would benefit from a " sprucing up" but, all things considered, it was perfect for our needs!

The location is great and the condo info was pretty accurate. Check-in is a little confusing and apparently the staff have several different procedures for different units; so be patient and question any unexpected charges. Slightly disappointed with no Internet service, but office gave us internet access to another unit. Unit could use some TLC as far as little things like switches to lights that don’t work (washer/dryer area), a missing toilet paper roll holder in master bath and beach chairs/umbrella in the lanai closet are old and torn up. These were very minor inconveniences though because the unit was clean and had everything you would need for the most part. Also you can rent umbrellas, beach chairs and boogie boards at the pool. This is a very family friendly resort if you have children.

My family and I spent 10 nights in this unit. Great condo - very clean and the kitchen was amazing. Perfect for our use, great space and well equipped. The location was perfect - right across from the beach, where we were able to snorkel and swim. The lanai was great for meals - getting the fresh air and tropical breeze from the ocean. As we were on the corner unit, it was very spacious and quiet. The pool is great as well - especially for young kids.
The owner was great to deal with - provided us with lots of information, from check-in/out instructions, ideas for places to eat as well as answering all of our questions.
We hope to return again soon!

This is our third time staying at Kamaole Sands and this large corner unit is definitely the best. The unit is very spacious, has a large lanai with a lovely view over the gardens, is well equipped and the kitchen and bathrooms have all been renovated. The owner was great to deal with and quick to respond if we needed to discuss anything with him. We hope to be back again next year.

We are regular visitors to Maui and we have stayed in several different units at Kamaole Sands. This unit is one of the best one's we've been in. My family of three spent 14 days here over spring break and the unit was very comfortable. We loved the large lanai, murhpy bed and location of the unit within the resort. The owner was great to deal with and responsive when we needed more beach towels. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I spent 11 nights in this beautiful condo.... Our stay was perfect! The location is perfect... Close to shops, great beaches, and it seemed like it was the best weather on the Island... The description was accurate, it was very clean, and the on site pool and BBQ area was a great touch to every evening. The owner was very great to deal with... We wound definetly stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was our home while we were in Maii. Loved having breakfast on the large lanai every morning, great view of the beautifully landscaped property as well as a small view of the ocean. Well equipped kitchen as well as many beach supplies. We also really appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom for sleeping at night.
We talked to someone else staying at Kamaole Sands and they told us not to stay anywhere else, this is the best place. The location was wonderful right across the street from the beach.

We stayed at Kamaole Sands and had a fantastic holiday. Kamaole Sands is located in the best location in Kihei, close to restaurants & shopping, all within walking distance. The beach is right across the street and beautiful.
The condo itself had everything we needed and more. It's perfectly located near the pool and centrally located within the resort. The complex is very quite and very well maintained. The parking spot that comes with the condo is one of the best. Close to the door for easy packing and unpacking.
We went to Maui along with 60 family members for a wedding and everyone who came into our condo said it was one of the best they had seen.
The owner was wonderful to deal with and I would recommend unit 6-201 to anyone who wants to travel to Maui. We will definitely return!
