Very impressed with the fantastic, walkable location and amazing views from the balcony. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Byron, the property manager answered all our questions promptly and was very helpful. Valet parking and all staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Loved the security of the building. Only disappointed was that the pool was closed due to a leak but happy that we were compensated for that inconvenience.

Spent three nights in this wonderful condo prior to boarding our cruise. This newly remodeled immaculate two bedroom was everything we could ask for! Spectacular location across the street from Waikiki Beach! Easy short walking distance to beach and shopping and dining. Very quick valet service for our rental car was included. Unbeatable view from 26th floor looking straight onto the beach with spacious balcony. Our group of three adults and one 10 yr old loved it. I have already recommended it to all my friends!!!

We stayed here for 6 days in December. Apartment is just as pictured and despite the main pool deck being closed for repairs throughout our stay (which we knew about prior), we definitely enjoyed our stay. Every amenity is right outside your door. Comfortable beds and full kitchen. Absolutely recommend!

Staying at the condo in Waikiki was a beautiful experience! The condo is comfortable and had everything we needed for a week stay for 3 people. The view alone is worth staying there, but the pool and and easy access to the beach across the street make it even better! We could walk to everything we needed and had a car for exploring. The valet parking was easy and quick to use and everyone was friendly and kind! I would stay there again anytime!

The view was great, the Wifi was fast, and the room was great.However, when I tried to contact the designated property manager after 9am on the day of check-in, I got an answering machine and couldn't get through. Even when I call the office, I can't get through to the answering machine. No matter how many times I try to call, I can't get through, and the cost of international calls continues to pile up. Eventually, they even started rejecting calls. After struggling for more than an hour, I finally managed to get in touch with another property manager, and when I asked about it, I was told that the person I was assigned was on vacation today. If the person in charge has changed, shouldn't you contact us in advance?

We can’t say enough good things about this amazing property. The location couldn’t have been better (across the street from the beat beach in the world and next to all kinds of shopping and restaurants). The staff was friendly and professional, the condo itself had everything we needed including a washer/dryer, beach chairs, etc. But nothing prepared me for that VIEW!! We loved it so much, my husband says it’s the only place we’ll ever stay on Oahu. Thank you!!

Despite checking in advance, there was only one hair dryer. I contacted the staff and went to pick it up in another room, but twice they couldn't get it.

Would be amazing rental, if the condo received a makeover. Air conditioning temperature was inconsistent and didn't run very well in the bedrooms. Otherwise the condo was very clean, considering the obvious wear and tear due to age.

The only down fall was the location of the key pick up. It seemed very unsafe and wondered why they couldn't be picked up at the same location. One down fall was it sounded like someone was running back and forth in the condo above us and was pretty loud when it came time for bed.

I highly recommend them for providing great properties to enjoy.This unit has one of the best possible panoramic views of Waikiki Beach. It’s difficult to describe or rate it other than it’s just fantastic. The unit, as so many previous reviews referenced, is in need of being updated. The Waikiki Beach Tower is rated as a 4-star facility, but this particular unit falls short of that, but it could be. It is a clean and functional unit. A few basic startup supplies, kitchen related, would have been useful. Bathrooms had sufficient supplies.In addition to the fantastic views, the master bedroom bed is very comfortable. You have plenty of hot water, the A/C works well without the need of ceiling fans, good wifi, entertainment devices, and there are beach related accessories, that made the beach visits enjoyable. Worry free Valet parking was a plus.Overall, a great visit.

It is steps away from the beach, next to a lot of restaurants and shopping malls and has very friendly staff in the hotel. Everything was perfect and we loved the chairs and view from the lanai! The best thing about this condo is the view of the beach from the living room and main bedroom. The living room and main bedroom both have sliding doors that open onto the balcony, letting in a cool breeze. The condo was super clean and well maintained. The pictures were accurate, in fact the condo looks even better in person.
We walked 2 minutes to Kai Coffee and had coffee on the beach every morning. We loved that we could walk to a huge variety of beachfront parks, retail stores, and restaurants.

Condo was just as described. It’s in the heart of busy Waikiki Beach, but the valet parking is super convenient, the lobby and elevators were never crowded and the Unit itself is wonderful, and a nice refuge from the bustle outside. The 4th floor exercise facilities are top notch. The property manager, Chris, was very responsive and helpful. We noticed some issues with the sliding glass doors to the porch, which Chris will be addressing. Perfect place to stay with teenagers!
