We've been planning this trip forever - my wife and I taking our kids (23 and 26) to Hawaii for two weeks. Kicked the trip off here in Waikiki and SO happy with this VRBO choice! The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Including the full kitchen (we actually cooked dinner one night). The location was ideal - right on the beach in the heart of the strip. Building staff were so polite and helpful. Valet parking was super convenient and those guys were terrific too. One pleasant surprise were the beach chairs in the closet. Oh, and of course the view was spectacular! I'd definitely come back here!!!

We had a fabulous experience at the Koloa cottage property. It was ideally located with a huge yard and lanai wrap around. Our host paid attention to the details and thought of everything we could need. Our family of 4 was able go snorkel, boogy board, go for long walks and runs. The kitchen was fully stocked and they even supplied a drying rack for our clothes to air dry. We would definitely come back and stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Our condo was within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and shops. Having access to valet parking for our rental car as part of our reservation was a wonderful addition. We loved our stay at this 35th-floor condo in Waikiki! The ocean views were absolutely stunning right as you open the door. It is west facing so at sunset, it felt like paradise. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach and walking distance to everything from McDonald’s to ABC store Target or Hermes.The condo was clean, comfortable, and impressively stocked. We were thrilled to find surfboards, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and more — everything we needed for perfect beach days, all neatly stored in a closet. Valet Parking was also extremely convenient. The staff was courteous and they would pull out your car in seconds. It was peaceful, secure, and super convenient. A true gem in Waikiki — we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

My family stayed in the condo in May 2025. There were 4 adults. The condo is very comfortable. All three beds were in good shape as were the appliances and cookware. The balcony can be a little tight with all 4 of us coming and going, but the view is great. The best aspect of the condo were the building staff who were so helpful and friendly. They made us feel like residents versus tourists. The location is good to walk, shop, and eat in the southern half of Waikiki. My only complaint is the beach or lack of one in front of the condo. There is just a very narrow strip of sand like 30 feet wide and it was very crowded. This is more of a complaint of Waikiki Beach than the condo. We ended up driving to the north and east sides of Oahu to go to nicer and less crowded beaches. However, if you want to surf, Waikiki Beach is great. I would recommend the condo to others.

Our stay was perfect - the back porch is amazing and you could just sit there all day to enjoy the views. The listing doesn’t say it but there are also 2 rollaway beds and a playpen available to use. Living room is huge and pullout sofa is very comfortable. Great place to stay.

This property has to be one of the best locations to stay in Waikiki. It has unobstructed views of the ocean and is located perfectly situated steps away from the ocean, shops and restaurants. The unit is all about the floor to ceiling windows and large balcony…and from the 19th floor across street from ocean, there is truly never ending ocean of blue.Unit was very clean and necessary supplies were well organized. Newer washer/dryer was bonus. The building and its amenities have been upgraded, but unit is a bit tired and dated (though can’t say enough about view!) Great location and included valet service, which means you can conveniently rent a car and escape the congestion of Waikiki.Only negative was communication was a bit clunky. Didn’t receive confirmation with check in details until after actual check in time when I send note in app, however, I had received a text (outside of app) a few days earlier asking about planned departure time on final day, so I knew I had a confirmed reservation. They do have a local property manager and will provide his direct contact info. We didn’t have need, but it was a comfort knowing there was someone to call, if an issue did arise. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

The view is great. The location great. But the property? It was very tired and old. Carpet was threadbare in places, curtains with holes in them, bolts sticking out of the wall, and worn furniture. This is not what we paid a lot of money for. We walked in on Monday afternoon to a freezing room. We wanted a unit for the convenience of a laundry, ironing board, kitchen, etc. There was no ironing board. Called the manager and to his credit responded immediately. An hour and a half later knocked on the door with a new ironing board. Brilliant! Mentioned the aircon was freezing, even though I had turned it up to above 80. He advised that it was probably the widget (can't remember but wondered how he knew) and he would contact the aircon contractor and someone would be around the next day. Great. Tuesday and Wednesday went by. Nothing. The lever on the toilet then broke. This prompted the Handyman to come over. He was good, but this was now Friday! Fixed the toilet, and on the next day arrived with the replacement widget. We moved out a day later! But was still not working properly, as was the toilet! Suggest you pick another apartment!!!

Our first trip to Honolulu was fantastic, much of which is attributed to the condo. We found it to be the perfect location and the view could not be better. Instructions prior to arriving were well communicated so we didn’t need to contact the host during our stay. Although Byron was great to deal with upon arrival. Would definitely stay at the condo again. What a great place!

My husband and two teen daughters just stayed here for a week and were very happy with it. The view and location were great. Right across the street from the beach and tons of restaurants and stores were within 15 minutes walking distance. Close enough to Diamond Head end to have a nice, quieter run along the water. Place had plenty of room for all of us. Big balcony. Always staff in the lobby area. Valet was super fast. All the staff were very friendly. Super convenient having 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels available. And made good use of the washer and dryer.

This property was just right for our group of teens and adults. The location can’t be beat, and there are towels and other necessities that you can use. We really appreciated having the washer and dryer available and 2 separate rooms and bathrooms. The balcony with pass through window was one of the highlights. The valets were friendly and helpful. The link to check out was a little wonky, but ultimately worked out. No complaints here! Beats the hotels hands down.
