The host was extremely helpful with check-in and throughout the stay. The view is amazing and everything was as indicated in the VRBO listing. We saw turtles in the bay very often, as well as many whales in the distance - and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets. We hope to return again soon!

The location of this condo is excellent. Unfortunately, the couch and mattress need a major upgrade. The bed is extremely hard and somewhat lumpy. Put my shoulders and hips to sleep right away. The couch sinks badly. Otherwise the unit is fine. There were some issues getting the unit booked, but they were able to resolve them. We had no problems.

The kitchen was so well stocked. Everything we needed. Coffee maker was awesome. Even Costco paper towels. 3 rolls! Not the cheap, paper thin junk. There were cleaning supplies and shampoo and conditioner to last the entire stay. The blinds worked really well to block the hot afternoon sun. Comfy couch. Nice little library. Nice lanai furniture, especially the counter height table so there was a view of the ocean. Nice flooring in the bedroom.

This was our first time staying in this unit, even though we’ve been coming to Napili Point Resort for years, and it was amazing. The unit was wonderful with beautiful views, and the AC and shade screen were a huge bonus on hot days. The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend this unit and host. We were able to see turtles in the bay, whales breaching in the ocean, and some of the best snorkeling is just steps from the door.

The view is beautiful just know you share it with others since there is a walking path right in front and others like to watch the sunset right in front. No issues for us but not completely private. The house has everything you need could use a once over cleaning....windows dirty, front patio and porch area dirty. I didnt sense ownership or pride in that. Does have the best view possible so there's that. You have to do stairs to get to it fyi and they do have a keurig which isnt listed.

The agents from KBM were prompt in responding to questions. Leave the window or the sliding door to the porch open all night and you can sleep while listening to waves.

The architecture of the property was just right. The upstairs bedroom had an amazing view. We went to bed at night and woke up each morning to a breathtaking view of the bay, along with the calming, therapeutic sound of the waves. Emmet was always available via text. The pool was never crowded.

Not What We ExpectedWe booked this condo based on strong recommendations from friends and the beautiful view shown in the photos. While the view truly is spectacular, there were several things that weren’t visible online that made the unit a poor fit for us.The condo is part of an older two-story building, and the exterior has multiple mismatched window A/C units and a stone stairway that feels very dated. When we arrived, the interior felt hot and stuffy. We turned on the A/C but when we returned hours later—and even the next morning—the unit still wasn’t cool. With the warm weather, working A/C was essential.The windows facing the ocean also appeared foggy or had condensation, which made the beautiful view less clear. The second bedroom opens directly onto the main floor, which wasn’t ideal for our family. In addition, the condo sits right on a busy road with only about 15 feet and some shrubs separating the front door from traffic. For our first trip to Hawaii in over 10 years, I wanted a place that felt special and safe, and the proximity to the street made me uncomfortable, especially at night.Inside, the kitchen was nicely updated, but some of the bathrooms definitely need refreshing. We stayed here for our Babymoon and it was incredible. Tucked away in Hoanakeana Bay, the views of the bay and ocean were amazing from our balcony. The bay is a haven for sea turtles and they can be seen throughout the day from the balcony. The apartment is well furnished and had everything we could ever need. Would stay here again!
