Pros: The view is beautiful! The unit is very breezy. The management added a portable AC unit in the lower bedroom.Cons:The worst part and deal breaker is that there are so MANY flying and crawling pests even during the day!!!One flying bug landed in my lip one time and we found 2 small cockroaches in the oatmeal that I cooked the night before and left on the stove. They were so small they got in through pot’s steam hole!The next day we found another 2 cockroaches floating in our tea in teapot! The management sent their person over with some sprays that were ineffective. I wrote them to suggest other ways for pest control and they said they prefer their method and said that pests get into our apartment because I only had the screen door most of the time.I told them that screen doors are meant to keep pests OUT unless they are already IN!Also the management refused to let my husband see the unit when he was in town a few months before our rental period.I should have cancelled then because why would they not want you to see the unit beforehand? If the unit is not as advertised!It has a lot of deferred maintenance. The furniture is worn and tattered. The carpet is stained and dirty and should have been changed years ago.There is a huge sofa outside on the balcony!It should be patio furniture outside but they are too cheap to buy the right furniture. We would have left but they wouldn’t have given us a refund.Avoid this unit at all cost!!!!

You can tell a good host by how quickly they resolve issues, we got locked out after hours and had our problem solved in 10 minutes. Listing was very accurate, great spot, quiet, perfect family vacation. Having the beach chairs & umbrella on-site was really handy. Would absolutely book here again.

My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon. The location is outstanding and is easily the property’s biggest advantage. Being so close to Napili Bay is hard to beat!
Unfortunately, the condition of the home doesn’t match the premium price. Many items, including the furniture, rugs, couch, kitchenware, and towels, feel very very very old and worn. A few relatively inexpensive updates would greatly improve the guest experience..
Cleanliness was also below expectations. We found dust, hair, and debris near the bed and other areas of the home (photos attached).
The biggest issue was the towels, which had a strong musty odor even after being washed several times.
On the positive side, the house includes useful beach equipment, plenty of kitchenware.
This property has amazing potential because of its exceptional location. With better maintenance, cleaner housekeeping, and a few updates, it would be easy to recommend. In its current condition, however, we do not feel the value matches the price.

This VRBO had the best view! You step out on the porch and you can see the waves, sunset, stars.The host gave us great suggestions in the area and we did go to a few of those recommendations. Such a fabulous way to spend a week on vacation!

This property was perfect for a family of 5. I thought the other reviews that mentioned being able to see sea turtles from your balcony in Honokeana Bay was maybe an exaggeration. It wasn't. We saw multiple sea turtles popping up pretty much every time we were on our balcony. There is a rocky path to get to Napili Beach along the water, but just walking the half-block along the street to the public entrance was much easier. One morning snorkeling along the rocks in Honokeana Bay opposite our balcony, I swam past more sea turtles than I could count. It's an easy drive to all the other West Maui beaches, restaurants, and sights. Besides Napili, Fleming Beach was our favorite. The unit itself is very nice, and we never felt crowded in it. The washer/dryer in the unit was very nice to have.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Our host could not have been more accommodating, allowing both early check in and late check out as well as providing a pack n play for the baby. The condo is clean and well appointed and the location next to both Napili and Kapalua beaches is ideal. But the best feature of the condo is the view. It's magnificent. The condo was in a great location with a wonderful view, including gorgeous sunsets. The place was clean, fairly well stocked with standard rental fare of dishes, pots and pans. The home was not large, but comfortable, with the exception of a very small toilet/shower area that had no window. Our issue is that we arrived to a non-functioning bathroom fan (in a moist climate, this is problematic) and a dishwasher that seemed to marginally wash dishes. John was attentive, answered our text about the issues and seemed to be familiar with the problems. We were asked to unplug the dishwasher and replug it, however, my husband found no plug and flicked the breaker to at least get the dishwasher somewhat functioning. John said he would be addressing the bathroom fan and most likely getting a new dishwasher. It was unfortunate that the issues were not addressed before we arrived. My review reflects the lack of proactive management.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very nice and being able to look out on the cove from the lanai was incredible. We snorkeled almost every day to get a close up view of all the turtles living just outside our unit. Highly recommend if looking for a place in the Napali area.

This was our second stay in this unit. We love the location, with a beautiful ocean-front view and lanai, and steps to the cove for snorkeling. We found some improvements in the unit from our last stay, including: snorkel gear, main sliding door, and a few more basics. A/C worked great. Note that since you are right at the entrance to the cove, there is often foot traffic passing by. We do not mind the tradeoff for the location.

Location is perfect, views are amazing. Our only complaint would be we were notified of a possible entry for pest control at 8am on our second morning there which we arose early for and was not needed apparently as no one ever came to the door for. Teen slept on the pullout couch which was comfortable enough for her.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was very clean and well-appointed.The location truly couldn’t be better—right next to the beautiful ocean. Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay are both within easy walking distance. We walked to the Kapalua Coastal Trail almost every day and enjoyed snorkeling in Kapalua Bay, where we saw many turtles and all kinds of fish.Just around the corner, we even snorkeled right off the rocks and saw multiple turtles up close. There are also plenty of great food options nearby. Napili Market has the best poke, and Honolua Store offers a great café with delicious burgers. We also enjoyed dinner at Taverna and Sea House Restaurant.We would love to come back!

We had a great stay at Napili Point. Location was great, easy access to a fun little bay to snorkel in and a short couple minute scramble across the rocks to get to Napili bay, which was fun with kids. We loved the unobstructed ocean views from the lanai and the kids had fun playing on the lawn. All in all a great value compared to some of the more expensive options, the kitchen had everything we needed, the sofa bed worked well for our two young daughters. I’d definitely stay here again!

Check in process was easy, registration desk was very friendly. The host was very responsive to my questions. The grounds are well maintained and the pool was nice. The grills on the property were well maintained. Beautiful ocean views, we had surfers right outside our condo on many afternoons. Sunsets were spectacular. We saw whales off in the distance a couple of times. Beaches within walking distance, or a short drive. The Napili shopping plaza is minutes away and has a good market and good food options.

Great location within Napili Point resort. Lovely renovation with nice showers on main floor and loft. Some of the furniture could use touch up such as nightstands. Well equipped and stocked kitchen. Good quality beds with a King bed in the loft and Queen in the main floor bedroom. The on island team was wonderful. Emmett was a lifesaver during the Kona Low storm.

The condo is in a great location. The furniture, bedding, and bathroom towels are very dated. Primary bathroom sink, toilet and shower are very dated as well and due for updates. The kitchen is well furnished and has newer items we needed and wanted on vacation. The beach towels were newer and much appreciated. The beach chairs were adequate. We appreciated having some functional snorkeling gear...we did not want to go out everyday, but we got a chance to use them once and was glad we did. The positive features and top location I've mentioned saved the day...otherwise the value vs cost would be a big loser...the price we paid for this unit was mid to upper range, and I'd not expect poor bathroom features at that cost.

Unfortunately we were there for 2 big Kona storms and were unable to do many things like explore the nearby snorkeling and swimming. The place was well stocked with basic supplies. What we liked: it was very clean, nice bathrooms, dreamy comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and a lovely view of the cove . It was great to do extra laundry, as we washed a lot of towels because of the rain. The resort itself was family friendly, and the property management was very responsive, communicated in a timely manner and in detail. The bummer is we weren’t there 3 of our 6 days because of the Kona storm. It was sad not to get to enjoy the turtles, but everyone we talked to said normally the cove is very beautiful and some of the best snorkeling on the island! Can’t change the clouds or the rain, but it did not bring out the best of the unit. When it stopped raining, we couldn’t sit outside because the rugs never dried and the furniture stayed wet. Indoors, the rain brought out a funky mildewy smell that was an overpowering at times, and the furniture was very uncomfortable. It was frustrating to not be able to sit and relax when we couldn’t go outside. While this is a very family friendly place it is not as easy a walk to the sand beach as implied in the description. It would be challenging with babies or toddlers. Older kids would love climbing the rocks to get there though! Seniors not so much. We made the most of our trip finding things to do outside in the rain. Whale watching with Makai Adventures was A! Serenity spa was a treat, and the food truck dining was fun. Leoda’s pies are a must!
