We loved our stay. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The bay right behind the property had the best snorkeling, we saw so many sea turtles! There were great restaurants and cute shops all within a 10 minute drive. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at Napili Point. Location was great, easy access to a fun little bay to snorkel in and a short couple minute scramble across the rocks to get to Napili bay, which was fun with kids. We loved the unobstructed ocean views from the lanai and the kids had fun playing on the lawn. All in all a great value compared to some of the more expensive options, the kitchen had everything we needed, the sofa bed worked well for our two young daughters. I’d definitely stay here again!

Check in process was easy, registration desk was very friendly. The host was very responsive to my questions. The grounds are well maintained and the pool was nice. The grills on the property were well maintained. Beautiful ocean views, we had surfers right outside our condo on many afternoons. Sunsets were spectacular. We saw whales off in the distance a couple of times. Beaches within walking distance, or a short drive. The Napili shopping plaza is minutes away and has a good market and good food options.

Great location within Napili Point resort. Lovely renovation with nice showers on main floor and loft. Some of the furniture could use touch up such as nightstands. Well equipped and stocked kitchen. Good quality beds with a King bed in the loft and Queen in the main floor bedroom. The on island team was wonderful. Emmett was a lifesaver during the Kona Low storm.

The condo is in a great location. The furniture, bedding, and bathroom towels are very dated. Primary bathroom sink, toilet and shower are very dated as well and due for updates. The kitchen is well furnished and has newer items we needed and wanted on vacation. The beach towels were newer and much appreciated. The beach chairs were adequate. We appreciated having some functional snorkeling gear...we did not want to go out everyday, but we got a chance to use them once and was glad we did. The positive features and top location I've mentioned saved the day...otherwise the value vs cost would be a big loser...the price we paid for this unit was mid to upper range, and I'd not expect poor bathroom features at that cost.

The view was spectacular and we enjoyed the closeness of shops and restaurants. Unfortunately we were there for 2 big Kona storms and were unable to do many things like explore the nearby snorkeling and swimming. The place was well stocked with basic supplies. It was a bit dated and a couple more chairs in the deck would have been great. The view made up for it! I would recommend this place:)

What we liked: it was very clean, nice bathrooms, dreamy comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and a lovely view of the cove . It was great to do extra laundry, as we washed a lot of towels because of the rain. The resort itself was family friendly, and the property management was very responsive, communicated in a timely manner and in detail. The bummer is we weren’t there 3 of our 6 days because of the Kona storm. It was sad not to get to enjoy the turtles, but everyone we talked to said normally the cove is very beautiful and some of the best snorkeling on the island! Can’t change the clouds or the rain, but it did not bring out the best of the unit. When it stopped raining, we couldn’t sit outside because the rugs never dried and the furniture stayed wet. Indoors, the rain brought out a funky mildewy smell that was an overpowering at times, and the furniture was very uncomfortable. It was frustrating to not be able to sit and relax when we couldn’t go outside. While this is a very family friendly place it is not as easy a walk to the sand beach as implied in the description. It would be challenging with babies or toddlers. Older kids would love climbing the rocks to get there though! Seniors not so much. We made the most of our trip finding things to do outside in the rain. Whale watching with Makai Adventures was A! Serenity spa was a treat, and the food truck dining was fun. Leoda’s pies are a must!

Very clean and overall nice property. The listing did not make it clear that the unit was near the entrance and office, for us, that was a let down. We liked being near the pool but prefer private and quiet more. The Murphy bed was great and the unit had all we needed except coffee and filters for that first late night arrival. That a touch that is always nice at this price point. The only reason it’s not a 5 star is that the listing was not accurate regarding the location within the complex, or at least it could have been more clear.

We had an amazing stay at this oceanfront condo in Napili. The location alone makes this property special and waking up to the sound of the waves and the stunning views over Honokeana Bay was unforgettable. Watching sea turtles right in front of the property was a highlight of our trip and the ocean-front pool was clean and uncrowded.We were in Maui for our daughter’s wedding in Kapalua, and the condo was perfectly located—just a quick 3-minute drive, which made the whole weekend incredibly convenient for us and our family.The layout of the condo worked perfectly for our stay, with a beautiful lofted primary suite and a comfortable second bedroom, both with private bathrooms. The kitchen was fantastic and fully equipped, making it easy to enjoy breakfast or dinner while looking out at the ocean. The living space is thoughtfully designed and really makes the most of the incredible oceanfront setting.The location is also ideal for exploring the Napili and Kapalua area. We loved how close it was to some of our favorite restaurants—The Gazebo for breakfast is a must, Sea House Restaurant for sunset dining right on the water, and Kitchen 5315 Tiki Bar for great food and drinks in a fun atmosphere.Being just minutes from Napili Bay and several other beautiful beaches made it easy to swim, snorkel, and explore every day. What a lovely experience we had at Napilli C18. Perfect for 4 women traveling as a group. KBM is very responsive to needs. Our umbrella was not usable. I let them know and they delivered and brand new one within an hour. The condo is clean and great condition with all the things needed for a fabulous vacation. We can’t wait to return.

Great location! Easy to get down to snorkel with the turtles and great view of the ocean and cove! Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. There were seasonings, but no oil or foil/plastic wrap. Loved that there was a Brita for water! Furniture was very comfortable. Only drawbacks are no A/C (which wasn't a problem in March), but I would not stay here when it's hotter. However, there is a GREAT breeze that blows through the condo and ceiling and portable fans too. Other drawback was the trash truck coming at 5 am two times during our 6-day stay. Would be great if there were more than two chairs at the balcony table, but we just used one from the inside table and made sure to move it back inside in case of rain.We loved staying here and Epic Realty answered all my inquiries prior to our stay in a very timely manner. LOVED having a keypad for entry so you don't have to carry around keys.We'll be back for sure!

My wife and I stayed at Napili Point with our 2-children in a one-bedroom plus loft unit. The location was perfect. Stunning views of the ocean. Perfect for turtle and whale watching. Easy access to snorkeling just steps away from the condo. Very active turtle bay and safe accessibility for the children. Outdoor shower to rinse before jumping into the 2-community pools. Several clean barbecues to enjoy your favorite cookout.
We especially like the Napili area because its quiet and well-kept but just about 1-mile outside the busier resort town of Kapalua. Short 10–15-minute drives to Kaanapali and Lahaina. Napili Point is a quick 5-minute walk to The Gazebo restaurant and Napili Bay Beach, and a 5-minute drive to the Kapalua Bay Beach. Less than 1-mile to the Napili Plaza for local shops, dining, and groceries.
The condo itself was cozy and homelike, well maintained, and had all the beach gear and household items needed to enjoy our stay. Water Works Sports next door offers water and beach gear sales and rentals.
We highly recommend Napili Bay and the condo unit!

Whatever you do, don’t book with “My perfect stays”. Absolute nightmare when my husband and I just landed for our baby moon. We had booked our stay with through VRBO and when we arrived to the property. There was a huge mess of debris from the walls where they removed pieces of the wall to get to piping. Please keep in mind that we were allowed into the property and they claimed they did not know this encountered. So they did NOT check the unit before guests arrive.If you are booking any units with them, keep in mind you are walking into a blind purchase, so buyers beware. Kimberly then called me multiple times to scramble on other properties they had. Please keep in mind they were NOTHING like the property we booked above and even charged us extra for the one that we had to rush to get. Then we had to think of a quick plan since we needed a place to sleep and I am 6 in a half months pregnant so of course I need to find somewhere to accommodate my family so we continued to book through them after all the stress. We arrive to the new property and their management company. We then booked through Kimberly then the office closed at 4 (time of check in) after they took our additional payment. We had to contact front desk and go back and forth to let them know we booked the room.I will never stay with “My perfect Stays” and please do your research before booking Vrbo and make sure the property manager actually sees the rental BEFORE you land.

The location of this condo is excellent. Unfortunately, the couch and mattress need a major upgrade. The bed is extremely hard and somewhat lumpy. Put my shoulders and hips to sleep right away. The couch sinks badly. Otherwise the unit is fine. There were some issues getting the unit booked, but they were able to resolve them. We had no problems.

The kitchen was so well stocked. Everything we needed. Coffee maker was awesome. Even Costco paper towels. 3 rolls! Not the cheap, paper thin junk. There were cleaning supplies and shampoo and conditioner to last the entire stay. The blinds worked really well to block the hot afternoon sun. Comfy couch. Nice little library. Nice lanai furniture, especially the counter height table so there was a view of the ocean. Nice flooring in the bedroom.
