Check-in and communication were excellent. The condo was beautiful, with stunning ocean views — we watched sunsets from just outside the lanai and walked just a few minutes the other way for sunrise. The space is large, with two full bathrooms, and the beach chairs, towels, and coolers were a great touch. We couldn’t have had a better stay. Mahalo!

Both the host and the property manager were great -- very communicative, very responsive, and very welcoming. For example, our flight was delayed, and they tracked it the whole way so they knew when to expect us. Then there was a small problem with the oven on our first day, and they came right over and fixed it. You couldn't ask for better folks.The place was beautiful and quiet. The four of us were very comfortable -- nooks and crannies for us all. The kitchen was well-stocked and easy to work in.The location in Poi'pu was convenient to many attractions. The ocean was right outside the door. There is a road between the property and the ocean, but we did not find it distracting.We would definitely stay here again!

It's hard to know where to start to rate our recent stay at Michael and Gina's beautiful and very spacious condo in Poipu Kapili. The view from the lanai was breathtaking overlooking the manicured grounds and looking at the ocean. The condo was stocked with every amenity we might need, the a/c worked great and the furnishings were very comfortable. Every contact with the owners was very pleasant and helpful. We could tell they truly wanted our stay to be the best possible experience. They gave us tips to enjoy special restaurants, bakeries, and the turtles at Poipu Beach. We came away with amazing memories, and we look forward to coming back asap. We also look forward to future contact with such friendly owners.

Our stay at the condo and the property was wonderful. You can see small views of the ocean from the balcony/linea. The grounds have beautiful gardens making the short 5 minute walk to the beach an enjoyable trek. There was good snorkeling right out in front of the resort. There are good surf instructors who will do a great job to help you check a box on your bucket list. The location was nice for exploring all the other areas of the island. My husband and I highly recommend a stay.

The condo was so clean and well appointed. The updates are so nice too with two full updated baths and a gorgeous updated kitchen. We loved the walkability to shops and restaurants and the view from the condo was magnificent. Having tennis/ pickleball courts were a fun plus too. This was a FANTASTIC unit for our family vacation. We have a 5 year old and twin 3 year olds. The space to run outside was perfect. The views from the living room and master bedroom were mesmerizing. The style of the unit was also perfect - very much Hawaiian/Pacific style which was important to us to feel like we’re in Kauai. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms/showers were great. All the amenities you could possibly need. The location to beaches, shopping and food is all less than 5 min drives. This is my 5th trip to Kauai and I would 100% recommend this place to family and friends.

We love Kauai, we've been there 3 times over the last 3 years. Poipu is an excellent home base to explore the island. We love the location of the property, just across the street from the Sunset Wall and a short walk to the shopping area. The unit was clean and well stocked with some everyday essentials. The view from the lanai was perfect for an evening cocktail or morning coffee. Being just steps away from the elevator was a bonus making it easy to carry in luggage golf clubs and groceries. We highly recommend staying here. A1 Experience!!

Mike & Gina's villa is excellent, ground floor walkout just like the picture shows. The pool is just steps from the door surrounded by pretty greenery and shade trees to put your recliner under and not get burned. The view to the ocean is right from the patio or pool. We walked across the yard for the gorgeous sunsets. It's also within walking distance both directions to coffee, dining & shopping. We enjoyed the walk each morning. The entire property is very quiet and peaceful. There is ever thing you could possibly need in the Villa from kitchen staples, cooking seasoning, spices, olive oil, etc. Same in the bathrooms, everything you might need it there. We really appreciated the comfortable bed and having a TV in the bedroom too. The A/C worked well & having the nice fans and ceiling fans if not using the A/C we appreciated too. This place was exactly as listed but they offered even more than we expected. They were even thoughtful in offering to lets us access the unit in the a.m. rather than have to wait all day when we had flown to HI overnight, we didnt even ask! Thats not always possible if rented back to back and they didnt have to even offer but they did and it started our trip on so nice to not have to wait around for hours so tired. This shows what type of owners Gina & Mike are, thoughtful. We had excellent communication with them throughout our stay. I highly recommend this perfect, comfortable, and high quality villa. We will book again for future trips.

We live on Maui and we decided to spend a few weeks on Kauai. Part of our time on Kauai was in this unit and we feel that we made a good choice. The development is quiet and well located. It is easy walking distance to a number of restaurants and shops. The unit had nice ocean views and was well appointed. Communication with the owner was clear and responsive. The one thing to mention is that only the bedroom has AC, so if you are particularly sensitive to the heat, that is something to consider. The fans and open windows help a lot with that. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone considering visiting Poipu.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay over Labor Day weekend. The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed, offering a stunning ocean view and easy, walkable access to nearby beaches.The pool area was beautifully maintained—we especially enjoyed spending our mornings there. In the evenings, we joined others along Hoonani Road to take in the spectacular sunsets.Poipu Beach is a short drive or a longer walk away, and it was truly special to see sea turtles there at sunrise each morning. We also loved Kiahuna Beach, just a quick walk from the condo. It was less crowded than Poipu and better suited for swimming, in our opinion.A few minutes down the road is a great shopping center with excellent dining and boutique shops. We highly recommend Little Fish for breakfast and Scotty Brown’s for a tasty/healthy sit-down dinner.While there was a hiccup with the unit not being cleaned before our arrival, Jerry responded quickly and had the issue resolved right away. Though it was an inconvenience, the hosts handled it professionally and made things right. We believe it was a one-time oversight and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This is a stunningly beautiful unit in the best location on the property. It is beautifully appointed and we loved the homeowners book of the recent renovation. The pool is marvelous. We would appreciate the addition of a gas BBQ on the property instead of charcoal. IMO The only drawback of the property is the lack of an efficient A/C unit. I understand the owner is in the process of changing that. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

We were worried about the reviews about the temperature, but they kindly offered fans. A hiccup the first night- the master was 81 degrees. They were super responsive and helpful and sent someone over quickly and when we got home from dinner the temp was 72!! I learned a few tricks too- close the bathroom and closet doors, keeps lights to a minimum and shades closed. No problem and I am a hot sleeper! The decor is high end and very comfortable. Ocean view amazing. Sheraton beach a 5 minute walk and close to anything you need! I highly recommend and I am particular.

Our family of four stayed at this amazing property for a week. We wanted something that was close to beaches, shops, and restaurants, allowing us to walk, but also far enough away to enjoy some rest and relaxation. It was perfect. One thing we did not realize was that the accommodation did not have central air conditioning. The bedrooms each had a portable air conditioner. It worked out well enough.

Very well appointed accommodations. Lots of clear communication with the owners. Plenty of amenities including beach gear and snorkeling equipment. Location to the beach at the Sheraton is excellent, as well as location to the shopping areas. Absolute best sunsets on the island just across the street sitting on the sea wall. Everything in the condo felt higher end and there was nothing that felt as if the owners were trying to save a buck. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool is excellent. The complex is very quiet when it should be and active after the late mornings until sunset, though never intrusively loud. At least when we have stayed at this complex, the vibe has felt very friendly and relaxing with a mix of families, owners and couples. Having the AC is nice. The bedroom stayed very cool, but managing the temps in the front room takes a little work keeping the blinds closed during the sunny hours, primarily when the sun has moved to the balcony side. Admittedly, a July stay is always warm on the Island. The owner has set the minimum temperature for the climate control at 73. We felt the the cost of the unit for our week stay provided very good value. We enjoyed our stay here and it is highly likely we will stay here again.

The condo and property are gorgeous! The view is lovely from the lanai. I had my morning coffee there every day and many of my evening meals. My body may be back at home, but my mind and soul are still there. The condo has everything you need for your stay. The bed is very comfortable for a great night's sleep. I also appreciated having air conditioning as it made for a very comfortable stay. 10/10 would stay here again!!
