We struggled with the review for this rental so we will just list the pros and cons.Pros: Beautiful view from porch overlooking golf course and ocean. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and clean. The beds are comfortable and linens were clean. Cons: All of the chair and couch cushions were filthy and had a musty smell and should be replaced. The stair railing to the loft was filthy. There is no air conditioning and we were there on a very warm weekend. Plenty of fans but all were covered in dust and dirt. In addition tv remote batteries were dead, light bulbs that didn’t work and furniture that needs to be replaced. Overall it needs a deep thorough cleaning and some attention to details.

This is a great place for a getaway for two. It’s an end unit, so very private, but still just a few steps from the pool and hot tub which were so refreshing and relaxing. The condo is very clean and clean. The queen bed is very soft and there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom and living space. We appreciated the use of the beach gear and the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the beautiful golf course view each morning and waking up to the turkeys outside. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great views over pool and golf course. Enjoyed sitting on patio. No A.C. but comfortable if keep opened up for cross ventilation. Liked community pool (close to condo) over pool available through Country Club. Pool / hot tub were well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Everything we needed in condo. Complex exterior a bit dated, but not unattractive. Interior has some updates. With that said, I would replace the bar stools (not sturdy enough for our tastes) and overall ambience of interior could be freshened up. With that said, the rental was a good value and we enjoyed our stay.

Check in was seamless. We ended up adding an extra night and they were easy to comminate with. The sunset from the balcony was amazing! All rooms were well stocked and they had lots of fun games for us to play at night. So many beach supplies and easy access to grocery store. Golfed on the last day and it was perfect! The course is fun and even had rentals for left handed women! Thank you for this amazing place... and don't stress about no AC, cooled down wonderfully at night.

A very nice condo in a great location but you'll need a car. It's located near resorts Hilton, Westin, Four Seasons. All have great restaurants and you can use the facilites ar the Hilton. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Owner was helpful and the communication was good. The property is quiet and we were often the only ones at the pool. My only complaint is the condo needs to be updated. There is duct tape on the dishwasher, screen door and flooring. The dishwasher and furniture need to be replaced. u want the dishes clean

What a wonderful place to stay! My brother is building a house less than a mile from the property, which was so convenient! The place was so comfortable, clean, well stocked, and perfect for my sister and me. We had breakfast each morning on the lanai (sometimes visited by a family of turkeys), and wine on the lanai in the evenings. In between we snorkeled, shopped, visited, and relaxed! You cannot beat the location. The condo was clean, some of the kitchen supplies had to be washed before use but believe this was due to length of time with no use. Lots of recreational equipment to use, including boogie boards, chairs, binoculars, etc. Kitchen well stocked with spices, some condiments, and supplies such as storage containers, bags, etc. Overall great experience.

Our lodging was the oasis at the end of full days of touring the island. The condo setting provided a habitat for several species of birds. We were awakened by bird song every morning. All in all we had a restful vacation.

We didn't know that there were at least 20 steps to the front door of the unit. Being 76 and 70 was a huge surprise. Thank goodness a couple who are there a lot offered to help us get the bags up. When we left at 6 am, my sister in-law, who is the 70-year-old, brought all our luggage down.

Our stay was fantastic.The condo unit was incredibly clean and fully stocked beyond our expectations.The appliances were modern and easy to use; dishwasher, stove, microwave, smart refrigerator and washer/dryer. There was also all the pool and ocean equipment you needed; beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, snorkeling equip., floaties, boogie boards, etc.We had such a great time, the place was comfortable and cozy. Nice, friendly neighbors. Pool, hot tub and grilling station. We sat right on a 14 hole golf course. There was a fabulous grocery store a couple blocks away and restaurants and shops (ice cream, pizza and coffee) right across the highway. We would rate it an 8 or 9 on a scale of 10. We'd definately go back.

Got to the property. Strange smell throughout the property. Property itself was fine. A bit dated. Be aware there is no a/c and it gets warm. Lots of fans but they can only do so much. Informed property manager of smell and that we had to find alternate arrangements. He took that as an insult, very defensive, didn’t even say sorry that we found the smell quite bad. Oh well.

This was a nice play to stay for a week. I attended a conference and it was a peaceful place to say for the period. The view is nice especially for the sunsets. The place may need a bit updating though it was clean and in good condition. You felt moving to 90's. The bathrooms were updated and nice. Would recommend if people want to have long stay in a peaceful place and want to play golf. The shores take about 20 minute drive.

Ok. This was a wonderful surprise! I was aware of the pictures and listing and thought it was a great deal. When we first pulled up, the outside was busy and looked "busy"....I thought, "well it's a place to hang out hat."Then I saw the back entrance and the rest of the home. Wonderful surprise! All I can say is it is like a secret garden. The grounds are beautiful, the view is amazing! I loved the location as well Hosts were wonderful even when we got confused accessing the home at first.All in all, I would highly recommend!

This is a well stocked and comfortable condo . The pictures are very accurate as to the condition of the property. Beds were decent and the furniture is of good quality and comfortable. Plenty of cable and streaming options on the three large flatscreen tv's. The big plus for us was the location. Waikoloa village is a quiet and upscale place with a KTA grocery store as well as a new strip mall with some dining options. The Big Island is just that....very big. If you want to explore the island by car, Waikoloa village is pretty central , 20 minutes to the best sandy beaches on the Island , Hapuna and A bay . A bay is a big resort area with dining and shopping about 10 minutes away. 40 minutes to Kona , 20 minutes from the saddle road which will get you to Hilo and the Volcano park in a couple hours. Its about 20 minutes from Waimea which has two grocery stores as well as dining options and its just plain nice up there. For us it was a nice condo in a great location and we would recommend it for those that want to explore the island or be in a quiet place that isn't too busy.
