Condo was well equipped for an active family. Boogie boards, beach umbrellas, snorkeling gear, playpens, games. Plenty of towels! Kitchen well equipped as well. We loved listened to all the birds while sitting on the deck. Love that it is family owned and not through a corporation that owns lots of places. Would stay here again.

This condo was great for our needs. We were a group of 5 women and we all slept comfortably. The kitchen was well furnished and the beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. The only - very minor - additions would be a teapot or electric kettle for tea and some additional hooks in the bathrooms.

The unit was spacious and quiet and we were very comfortable there. There were a few essential kitchen items missing, like a toaster, can opener, and a corkscrew, but once we shared that information with the host, she quickly hand delivered the items to us. Just steps from the pool and right on the golf course so we were entertained. Within walking distance to grocery store. Met lots of nice year round residents as well as visitors from our state of Alaska.

This was a lovely and relaxing condo. The grounds are landscaped beautifully. The lanai is comfortable and pleasant. There is a pool, hot tub, and BBQ grill available. With its kitchen and washer/dryer, this condo is perfect for an extended stay. It's not on the beach--you'll have to drive to get to a beach, but that was no problem. We were very pleased with our time there.

There was no live host. The space was fine. The shower was hard to figure out. It was hard to see the combination locks and the building mumber in the dark. The dresser drawers were hard to open.

Kerrie is a super woman in all parts of hosting units and making sure clients stays are perfect. She was so welcoming along with being super efficient and adept at all parts of her duties. Loved staying here. Paul was extremely gracious and let us check in early so our baby could nap! Appreciated the extra cushion for the pack and play! There were plenty of fans to keep place cool at night. My only suggestions is a bit more of “bare necessities” like extra trash bags, some laundry detergent, and toilet paper, maybe even shower soaps/conditioner/shampoo. Quiet hours that are posted aren’t the quiet hours they expect I supposeRegarding our specific unit, it was really great and well stocked. Only things of note are the shower drain in the master bath drains slow, and there may be a few bugs living under the kitchen oven.

We loved the location of your place, easy access to Hilo and Kona along with the north side of the island. The weather is very good at the higher elevation, mornings were calm and beautiful full of bird song. The roaming wild turkey's was fun with a mix of Nene geese. The sunsets were spectacular and beautiful. We appreciated the washer and dryer, and the kitchen being well stocked with basics. It is an older condo and well used which didn't bother us at all

Could have mentioned that it was not having Central air before we paid.And then we weren't able to stay in the master bedroom after the first night because we were so hot.In the main living room, the fan barely spends.And so when we watched t v , we sweated for the first four days , it just not enough ventilation

Our only concern out of the whole time we were there was that there were some bugs and geckos that were in our place. I told the owners that and they said they would be on top of it for the next people since I had told that at the end of our stay so no fault on their part.

What a fantastic find! This place is a true Hawaiian gem, and the owners have thought of everything. Our mornings were a peaceful dream—we'd wake up to the quiet view from the lanai with our coffee and just soak it all in.The attention to detail here is incredible. From the well-stocked kitchen with every gadget you could need to the ample supply of paper goods and cleaning products, we never had to run to the store for basics. The beach closet was a lifesaver, filled with chairs, towels, coolers, and everything else we needed for a day at our favorite nearby beaches.After exploring the local beaches and attractions, we loved retreating back here with great local carryout food from the many fine restaurants and the well stocked KTA grocery. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. And the evening ritual of unwinding in the hot tub and pool was the perfect way to cap off each day in paradise. It's truly a home away from home, and we can't wait to return.

For the first time in a long time, this property exceeded my expectations. My family and I came to stay on the Big Island after having rented similar Vrbo condos on Oahu, Kauai, and Maui. This condo was the BEST BY FAR. It was very clean, meticulously maintained, and had everything my family needed with respect to towels and amenities. It is evident that the property owners take great pride in their condo. Communication with Rachael was great. She promptly answered all questions I had and offered helpful information with respect to check-in and check-out procedures. I highly recommend this property, especially for folks like me who appreciate a clean place that is exactly as the listing states (and more). I absolutely loved staying here! The property is right on a golf course and the view was stunning. More than anything, I felt 100% safe as a woman going alone. Some people are saying there are a lot of stairs, there are about 10 steps...and they are not steep, very easy to get up and down.- 2min DRIVE to an awesome Grocery Store (I was there everyday!) & Gas station- 2min WALK across the street to a restaurant and bar on the golf course (Johnny's)- 45min DRIVE to the airport- 10min drive down the hill to Lava Lava Beach -They had recreational supplies in the unit: tennis rackets, badminton set, beach supplies - They provide 2 pool keys and a list of property activities- Plenty of towels provided- The kitchen dishes / supplies were stocked!- Although there is not AC, I went in the middle of summer and yes it gets hot during the day, at night it cools off perfectly (I like to sleep in the cold so I was a little worried, but they have extra fans in the unit)The only cons I would say: -The pathway of steps could be more lit for nighttime- The parking spots are assigned and you have two which is great, but they are a little far from your building, so I had a hard time originally locating the unit. Suggestion: Find the unit first then unload your suitcase.I would 100% stay there over and over again.

15 large steps to navigate DOWN to the unit. I could hear the folks upstairs moving around their unit. Using a padlock to open the screen door and then having to open a lockbox to get the key to open the door to the unit was a hassle. Finally, and this is my fault, be sure to find the unit on a map and gauge the distance to where you want to go on Hawaii Island. I was driving 15-30 minutes just to meet up with my family who were staying elsewhere on Hawaii - they don't call it "The Big Island" for nothing!
