Very centrally located in Kihei. I walked to everything. Condo was lovely and well equipped.
The refrigerator was very loud but kept everything nice and cold. I would definitely rent this unit again!!

The beauty of this unit is that you don’t get the sun in through the patio windows so you don’t have to close any drapes and you can have a lovely breakfast out on the deck since it’s nice and cool and you have your small but lovely ocean and mountain view. Easy to keep the unit cool with the air conditioners and the ceiling fans. Nice big screen TV and full size fridge. Would definitely stay here again!

Property is as advertised. Had not explored Kehei prior to this visit, but the location was perfect for accessing all of South Maui. Property was close to restaurants and right across the street from beaches. Pool areas gave quiet oasis for down time and beach items (umbrella, chairs) were provided with rental. Parking was a little tricky with the lots being resealed, but other than that a very clean, comfortable stay.

This is a great location, we enjoyed all the amenities, very comfortable..I like the temperature of the pool.

This condo was at the heart of Kihei, perfectly situated with beaches, restaurants and shopping near by. Beach necessities were provided. We enjoyed the condo’s modern touches and our time spent out on the lanai. There was always a wonderful breeze, which brought in the amazing scent of the plumerias. MauiLuv hostess, Ann, was gracious and always quick to answer any questions we had. Mahalo Ann!

We stayed at Ann’s place in Kehei. Ann was a very responsive host and check-in was super easy. Lots of free parking beside the condos.
The unit was clean, updated and quiet. A/C in family room and one in the bedroom if you need it. Great ceiling fans so we hardly needed the AC. Balcony with an ocean and mountain view! Condo was close to everything and across the street from Charley Young beach. Very comfy King bed. We’d stay here again for sure.

Condo is at good location with lots of restaurants and food truck options around. All the instructions to check in were easy, apartment was very clean and had everything you need. We had great time staying here!

We stayed her a few nights on our trip to Maui, and it was amazing! The location allowed us to visit all parts of the island easily, as well as stay and enjoy Kihei by simply walking down the street.
My wife loved waking up and from bed (through the hallway and condo) see the palm trees and ocean/mountain view. This was a fantastic part of our trip and really glad we stayed in this property.
It is a short walk to Charles Young/Kam I beaches, as well as restaurants and shopping.

We stayed here for 10 days. Got married at Makena cove while here. The condo has everything you need. Full kitchen, washer/dryer and comfy bed. Also cable TV. It’s in a big complex with a few pools and it’s the closest building to the beach.
It’s right in Kihei and just steps from an awesome beach. It’s also walking distance to many bars and restaurants that are 5 stars but not crazy prices. We explored all over the island and other towns but definitely love Kihei. We would stay here again!

Staying at Maui Vista was even better than we expected. Anne was super helpful with any questions we had. The condo was at the very front of the property which was very convenient. We also found it to be much more spacious than in the photos! The AC works great both in the bedroom and living room. The bed was so comfortable and everything was well stocked. We will 100% be coming back and staying here, thank you.

Great location in Kihei. Beach is right across the street, restaurants and shopping within a couple blocks each direction.. We took Road to Hana tour and they picked us up right outside condo door! Fantastic location for everything we needed for our vacation, highly recommended

Everything was as it said it would be in the listing. Check-in was really easy and the location was pretty good! The only problem we noticed was that some of the decorations didn’t look like they’d been dusted in a while. We’d absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I celebrated our 20 year anniversary with a 10 day stay at this condo. It was located very nicely off the main strip, close enough to the beaches, food and entertainment but far enough away from the crowds. I thought the condo was just as listed and very comfortable for our stay. A great place to unwind after a busy day in the water or hiking. We loved having an eat in kitchen for some quick breakfast and lunch. Felt very private and quiet through the evening. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! I would love to stay here again one day!

We loved our stay at Ann’s Kihei condo. The property was clean and well stocked. The king bed was very comfortable. The location was central for all our activities. We enjoyed the distant ocean vand Mountain View. Kamaole Beach 3 was the best beach within walking distance. The owner and management company was very responsive. Great value!

Very nice stay in Maui. Loved the Maui Vista complex! Very clean, run very well. Even clean the Grills every night! We loved Chaley Young beach accross he street. Never needed the air conditionner, Tradewinds, ceiling fans provided great airflow. Stayed three weeks, so storing all our luggage and hanging our clothes was tight but we managed to use less, and leave some clothes in our suitcases. Ann was a pleasure to work with.

Good location and nice view from the lanai. short walk across street to Charley Young beach. Condo complex parking lot was being repaved so parking was a little inconvenient for a few days.
Condo was clean and kitchen was updated very nicely. Living area furniture can use some updating as it was quite old.
