Very short walk to some of Maui's best beaches. Awesome condo but needs the dishes and utensils upgraded other than that it was perfect. The new condo Manager Lisa-Sue was awesome and helpful. We loved our stay at the Park shore it was close to restaurants and other stores. we would definitely would stay here again.

Nice walk across the street to the beach.
Had family also staying in area, safe walking all along this street to their condos, never felt uncomfortable.

Good host, good communication
Location is perfect, parking in reserved spot, checkin, pool access everything with codes, all information prior to arrival, thanks.
Pool, BBQ and property very nice and clean.
Apartment equipment and furniture I getting a bit old, some things are broken or not work as expected anymore (some power outlets, external fans, door to balcony is not very smooth to open, ...)
Kitchen equipment was good, not so much plates and so on, but enough.
Cleaning prior to arrivals could have been a bit better.

We loved our stay at Maui Parkshore. It was clean and comfortable and made for a fantastic home away from home. We appreciated the extra towels for the beach/pool and small cooler for day trips. The laundry (with detergent!) was also very appreciated and easy to use. The beds were comfy and rooms were quiet (well, except for the birds when we left the windows open lol). The lanai is quite large and was a great spot to relax and people watch. The best part was that we just had to cross the street and we were at Kam 3! We could even see the ocean close enough to know if it was calm or a little rougher before we went, and listening to the lifeguards from the lanai was quite entertaining. It’s an easy walk from the condo to Fred’s for breakfast, too! We met lots of wonderful vacationers at the pool and had a wonderful time. We have stayed in Kihei a few times before, and we look forward to staying at Maui Parkshore again in the future. Thanks George!

The location is fantastic, directly at Kama‘ole III. The pool and barbecue area is very chilly and relaxing. The best thing about the condo was having breakfast, lunch or dinner on the balcony with that awesome view on the ocean. Looking forward to coming back one day……

It was an absolutely wonderful experience to have coffee on the Lanai, soaking in the spectacular view. It was literally a matter of crossing the street to be floating in the warm waters and then closing the afternoon with a swim in the pristine pool. Then soaking up the setting sun and having a great sleep with the ocean breeze washing over us!

Probably not the nicest beach in Maui, but a beach in Hawaii is better than no beach. Right across the street from the beach and within walking distance of some shopping and dining. A short drive to other shopping and dining. I would stay at this location again

The listing is misleading. The unit is not newly renovated. It’s dated and dirty. Some of the furnitures on the photos is not in the units. There are bugs inside the units. The plates have chipped edges all utensils are old and dirty. The kitchen towels is stinky. The beach equipments are broken. We will never recommend this unit.

You can't beat the location. Easy access to a great beach and several restaurants. The condo was well equipped and the beds were very comfy. We would gladly stay here again. We hope that future vacationers enjoy the beach toys, blow up mattress and wheeled cooler that we left behind.

Our family stayed at this property over the holidays 2022. The stay was fantastic. A couple of highlights and points to consider for others who may want to stay here.
1. The unit is pretty clean, could use some updating, but overall good. There was plenty of space for 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) to stay and enough room to host 4 others, we had our whole family for dinner (8) a couple times
2. The unit doesn't have air conditioning, but has lots of fans. Because this unit is on the top floor we got a lot of direct sun so after being out all day the unit can feel hot and stuffy when you return.
3. This isn't a complaint, but rather a notice to anyone planning to stay here. The property has rules and they are actively enforced. A couple to be mindful of. Register your car right away, its easy to do, only takes 5 mins. Also, the rules at the pool are regularly enforced, such as hours, running, jumping etc, be sure to review these rules and make sure your kids know them as well, just to avoid awkward conversations with the property manager.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, it is in a very good location, close to beaches. It was fairly clean and matched the description. One problem we did have is we met a friend that was already in Maui and had her own vehicle but she shared payment of this place so was a guest and we had no where for her to park overnight without a decent walk. Other than that we had a blast and enjoyed the condo very much.

Pros: This property is beautiful, big, open, spacious and right across from the beach. The beds were a dream and very comfortable. The grounds are well kept. It is very very quiet. Lots of fans provided to keep us from melting in the heat. George was great to deal with.
Cons: the fridge wasn’t working properly and took a bit to get fixed, we used coolers and bought ice. The unit could use a deep clean but wasn’t terrible. Cleaning supplies to mop floors etc would be nice. Dishes from previous renter were put away dirty. The weekday (regular) onsite resident manager has a major attitude unless you are an owner/full time resident. A course in effective communication, conflict resolution and hospitality would serve him well and is the only reason I give this property 3 stars. I seen many negative interactions with guests on our stay.

Cons:
—The lanai were very noisy from street cars, pool and neighbor’s lanai. If you want to relax in paradise, this place is not it. It has a motel feel.
—the fridge was barely cold and a lot of our food went bad. Our beer was lukewarm after being in the fridge for days.
—The unit have no AC so it was very hot when we came back from an outing in the afternoon in late October.
—The floor was sticky when we arrived and I had to mop the place myself on our first night there. Even then, the bottom of our feet were always black from walking around the unit. The broom that they had in the closet was filthy. I wouldn’t use it to clean my backyard at home.
—we were staying for 6 nights and were only given 3 dishwashing tablets and we told we had to go out to buy our own for the other 3 days.
—it was nice that there were some beach gears at the unit. The chairs were nice. However, many of the stuff were broken (broken umbrellas, boogie boards, and leaky snorkeling set)
The place just didn’t feel homey and it seems like the place is furnished with a bunch of mismatched and unwanted stuff.

The location is wonderful and there’s a great family beach directly across from you. The staff was friendly and communicative. The unit has no AC so I wouldn’t recommend staying here prior to oct/nov. There's mutilple fans to help with air flow but all of them have a thick layer or dust/dirt on the vents/blades. The screens did not fit the bedroom windows properly and there’s large gaps so you will have bugs coming in the windows and the patio screen door has multiple holes/tears. Could be a great spot but definitely needs to have a deep clean and repairs done.

This condo was really nice, the location was amazing. As others have stated, a deep clean would be nice (filthy floors, dust and garbage behind bedside tables)- this is particularly surprising as the cleaning fee is quite excessive. My only complaint was, this place was HOT. Like hot hot. It NEEDS AC, and we learned other units in the building have portable AC in the bedrooms. This would be a game changer. Until that, I wouldn’t stay again. Get some AC and I’m coming back!

This was our first time to Maui. Overall, had a great time, enjoyed our stay, and will be back.
Some pros and cons:
Pros: Great location and within walking distance of beach, eating, and shopping. We would walk across the street to watch the sunrises, sunsets, and to enjoy the beautiful beach and water
George was very responsive and always responded in a timely manner.
Condo had all the amenities needed for our stay including ice packs, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, small jug of laundry soap, etc..
Beds: very comfortable
View: outstanding and we could watch the sun set over Kamaole III from our patio
Bus stop right in front of the unit so makes it easy to jump on the air conditioned bus and go to wherever you want
Roomy: Enough room for 4 adults to move around
Pool/Outside appearance: Clean and kept up
Extra food: Management team will take unopened /non perishable food to the food pantry
Cons: NO AC and wasnt really cool enough at night to cool the place down in the hot/humid Aug heat.
Property manager: Expects everyone to be very quiet with "no noise tolerance". Witnessed him rudely and condescendingly telling several other parties including teenagers to read the rules while the were in the pool splashing around and not bothering anyone but him.
Cleanliness: Needs a good deep cleaning.
Maintenance: Very slow if any response from the team you email from the app. Had to email George who responded immediately and had maintenance out that very morning. Thanks George.

We had a great experience renting here. It was amazing being so close to a beach and a beautiful swimming pool. The kitchen was well stocked. We slept well as long as we had fans going. The grounds were beautiful also.

This condo was very clean and well appointed. Beach towels, 1 beach chair and lots of water/sand toys. The condo also came with a full size washer/dryer and a small supply of detergent which was very handy. It was also in a great location with lots of activities all within walking distance.

Enjoyed the location across the street from the beach and easy drive to most anyplace on the island. Condo was well stocked with all of the things for cooking your own meals. Balcony was great. The condo could use a deep cleaning and touch up paint. The process of going through the management process was tiresome. Every other VRBO we have booked has been very easy with a single e-mail with all of the check in info and details about the condo in one place. We had multiple e-mails, apps to download and then additional forms to fill out when we arrived.

The condo was great for our family. It was unfortunate that the pool was being maintained our whole visit. But being so close to the beach was great. Also having a washer and dryer was helpful. We were able to pack less and just wash our clothes.

Straight across from Kam 3. One of our favorite snorkeling spots! Lots of turtles and fish at the point between Kam 2 & 3. Many stores/restaurants close by. The unit itself is on the 3rd floor facing the ocean. Only a few trees obstruct your close view. It is over the pool, which can by noisy at times. Beautiful kitchen and baths. The furniture could use a bit of updating. Overall very nice. I’d stay here again. PS- the owner is very responsive to any questions.

Good place for most of your traveling needs. Okay location, as it faces ocean. Unfortunately as with most places in Kehei it is located across the road which brings a fair amount of noise: The condo could use a good scrub down, we made due, however shower heads could use updating and the floor needs professional cleaning. And a clean broom and dust pan would help.
Owner was accommodating to our travel dates which was very nice. The “on-site manager” has an attitude and polices a bit so as a result we felt like we had to walk on egg shells while using the property; things like keeping kids quiet at the pool and making sure they didn’t splash. Which doesn’t work. So all in all I guess it was good enough; priced accordingly.

Across from the beach and pool... walking distance to stores and restaurants. Sunsets were fabulous from room. Very quiet... safe...patio furniture was comfortable and nice. But the inside furnishings could use upgrade.... no ambience....but we were outside almost all the time.

Counter tops had smudges all over, floor could have been swept better and mopped. Hand/foot prints on bedroom walls. Windows/fan blades and overall deep clean of the unit would improve the stay.
Location of unit in complex is ideal and overall very convenient for family needs and adventure.

Was very well stocked. Would have been nice to know there were beach towels and chairs and coolers before arrival. The floor was filthy making our feet black. and check in was very difficult going through a third party. Having to verify covid testing when we couldn’t have flown without being negative or vaxxed seemed redunant

This was the perfect spot for my stay! The view was absolutely amazing. The only thing I was disappointed about was there was no AC. So if you get hot like me, than this is not the place for you but if you don’t mind it then it’s definitely a go to.

This 2 bed/2 bath condo was perfect for two couples traveling together. Great central location on the island and close to lots of eating options. I gave it 4 stars because it was advertised as having an in-unit washer and dryer, but the washer was broken upon on our arrival. Owner said that he was aware and that one has been ordered. I appreciated the beach chairs and ice chest at our disposal. We would stay again.
