The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, utensils, and cookware, making it convenient for us to prepare our meals.

Great location. Across from Humpback Whale Exhibit (don't miss). Beach in front of whale exhibit had four turtles and water is very shallow great for the beginner. Condo has everything you need, washer/dryer, air conditioning, full kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, small cooler, beach bags, pool noodles, 1 snorkel/face mask. 2nd floor so you can open your windows. Lots of towels. Quiet.

Overall, we were delighted with the entire experience. Communications were excellent from the moment of Booking through to Check-Out. Check-In was super clear and easy. The property delivered as advertised. It was great to have a homebase to return to after a day of adventure and relaxation in Maui.

We stayed here for a week (11/16 - 11/23) and the location was great - directly across the street from a small beach and a short drive (or longer stroll) down to businesses on S. Kihei Road. The condo is a bit dated and would definitely be a star if the bed was updated along with some kitchen amenities, but our stay was overall comfortable.

If you're looking for fancy, this isn't the place. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place that doesn't break the budget and has A/C (in the living room) and a washer/dryer inside the unit, then this is the place. When I travel, I look for cleanliness, convenience, and comfortability. A/C is a must for me and the one in the living room worked great to cool down the entire place, even the bedroom when you leave the door open. It's always a bonus for me when I travel when there's a washer/dryer in unit. No need to travel home with dirty clothes. It's right across the street from the beach. The unit has beach chairs, beach towels, and some beach toys, boogie board, and pool noodles available to use. Definitely would book again if I were to come back to Maui.

We had issues with toilet flash, and contacted management they were able to fix the problem. One door in the kitchen cabinets can't be opened and needs repairs, but overall it was an excellent place to stay, and I would stay for another week.

Had everything we needed and more. Big space for 2 people and could fit 4 or more. Close to the beach and has a pool with a hot tub. Check in and check out were a breeze. Location is central and is a great spot to return to after exploring Maui.

Great quiet location away from the activity of the main triangle area. Apartment had everything you will need. Lanai was big and allowed for some fresh air. Beach across the street was easy to access. The rental provides beach chairs and towels. Overall was very happy with my stay. Only drawback for me was a very soft bed and a lot of carpeting and curtains that made the place feel stuffy at times.

This was a great property! Having access to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, and all that that the property itself had to offer was great! Having laundry in the apartment was a huge bonus! The grounds were impeccably kept and the pool and hot tub were great!

Our stay was great. The unit was nice and clean. The beach was across the street; no more than 300 feet away. The owner has included amenities like beach chairs and coolers. The complex has a pool and a hot tub. Being in Kihei is a positive because it's quiet but restaurants are a little over 1 mile away. The only negative with our stay was the bedroom was a little warm because the AC is in the living room; but it wasn't that bad. Based on price and location you can't go wrong.

I stayed at this property for 10 days. It was literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and very easy to get everywhere. Plenty of towels and beach equipment to use. We loved staying here.

The property was just as advertised - clean, roomy, full kitchen, washer/dryer, comfy bed, and everything worked. There were even extras such as snorkel equipment and beach towels, which came in handy for us. The beach is literally right across the street. Keaka Beach is only 1/4 mile away and where we saw turtles while snorkeling. The town of Kihei has everything you want and only a mile or two down the road. This is our second time staying in the Kihei Bay Vista Condos and we brought another couple with who stayed in the same complex. Would definitely stay here again.

I liked everything about the place, how tou had everuthing there forme tonue if needed.. the beach was right there, was clean. It was an amzing stay and cant wait to do it again
