Very nice condo, very attentive owners. Completely remodeled unit, would stay here again. Only slight negative is the pool is small and older but we didn’t come to Hawaii for the pool. You can walk 1.6 miles south on the beach, which was very nice!

The rooms and property are clean and well maintained. Being towards the North end of Kihei means there is good access to everything on the island most anyone will be looking to see. There is the Monsoon Grill on the property, but most of places we went to eat were in Central Kihei which is 1-2 miles south. Although parked out of sight, it was nice to find the vacuum and swifter. There is no way to keep sand out and we found it useful to run these quickly around to keep the grit out from underfoot. Overall, a this is nice unit at a fair price.

We definitely recommend this condo. It was recently wonderfully remodeled and well stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It had beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, air conditioning, etc. There were also a lot of appliances that you rarely see in a rental like a rice cooker and multiple coffee machines. The location in Kihei was great with a long stretch of beach. We enjoyed early morning walks on the beach to enjoy the sunrise, and gorgeous sunsets from both the condo’s lanai as well as the roof top deck. There’s a protected area called the King’s Pond where the turtles came to sleep on the rocks overnight. We could swim with the turtles there or just stand in the shallow area and have them swim by us. Communication with the hosts was great and they quickly answered any questions we had such as recommendations for a special anniversary dinner. If you want a fantastic place to stay during your vacation in Maui, this is it!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It has fine view of the ocean, beach, and lawn ground with palm trees from the lanai. It was recently remodeled with updated technology TV, refrigerator, washer, dryer, and bathrooms as the pictures.
The location is wonderful to do everything, i.e., eating, sightseeing, and beachgoing.
The hosts Helen and Mark were very helpful. They always assisted us during our stay.

We loved our stay at the Kihei Coop! The condo is beautifully renovated and had everything we needed. Every little detail was taken care of- from beach chairs and towels, to cold water in the refrigerator (which we gulped down after a long travel day). The condo is just like the photos in the listing- a rare thing on the internet! You would be hard pressed to find a better view, too! Loved waking up and sitting on the lanai. And the master bedroom has a panoramic view of the beach!
Helen and Mark were amazing hosts. Their communication skills are top-notch, helpful, clear, and timely. They even provided recommendations to local dining spots. It's obvious they care about their guests' experiences. Probably the best hosts I have ever encountered!
The beach just in front of the building isn't amazing-- at least if you're snorkelers like we are... but we did spend a pleasant few hours just hanging out in the water there. The beach was never crowded, so that was nice. And our children enjoyed searching for small seashells. However, the condo is in very close proximity to plenty of other amazing snorkel spots. So, it's a total win.

Pictures don't showcase how nice this property is. As soon as we arrived at the Kihei Coop it felt like home. There were no short cuts taken when this property was updated. It’s meticulously maintained and perfect for two couples or a family of four. A large stainless steel refrigerator will hold all your food and beverages. A water purification system is also a plus. There’s a coffee bar to satisfy your morning pick me ups. A/C throughout the condo is a HUGE bonus! Rainfall showers and custom heated / lighted mirrors in both bathrooms. The views from the lanai are AMAZING every evening. There are barbecue grills by the pool and on the roof should you elect to eat in. I could go on and on. There’s nothing negative to say. Mark and Helen are excellent communicators including giving us insight and tidbits for coffee and eating locations. If you’re on the fence between properties choose this one. You won’t be disappointed. We’ll definitely be back when we visit Maui again.

The hosts really hit this one out of the park- this unit was awesome! It's a great size and perfect for multiple people. There are 2 bedrooms and bathrooms so no one feel's left out- THERE IS A/C IN EVERY ROOM- Plus fans! I love the updates- great furniture and style throughout, awesome fridge that makes nugget and mini nugget ice, fabulous washer and dryer ... everything was brand new. You could live in this place, it was very thoughtfully done.
There was great communication with the hosts- Helen and Mark were very responsive. There were little notes / tips in each room as well - wifi cards in each room and helpful hints under the glass tops across surfaces make it easy to find key information.
We were sad to leave the unit and loved how we felt at home from the moment we arrived.
The complex itself was nice as well- well maintained, clean and very tropical feel. The beach and grounds were VERY windy, but it's the location on the island. This made it hard to be out on the beach in the afternoons at times. The pool was also under maintenance while we were there.

I could go on-and-on about how perfect Kihei Coop was for our family, but there's a character limit, but in short: if this place is available during your dates, BOOK IT NOW!
Not only was the condo exactly as described, but it was so much more! The property is very well kept and has a charming old Hawaii feel to it, in a very good way. The grounds are beautiful and the view over the ocean and down the shoreline is perfect, especially since it doesn't receive direct morning and afternoon sun.
The second floor location makes taking the stairs very convenient, and the unit is close to the access point, which is nice. The protected lagoon has a sand bottom and is a perfect place for kids to swim, as well as to swim with sea turtles, which we did every day of our trip.
The location in Kihei is also ideal as it's a few mins away from more of the hustle-bustle, but very easy to access everything. Parking was also very easy, and the on-site Indian restaurant had great food and incredible open air seating with incredible sunset views.
The unit itself is immaculate, and the recent remodel was done with a high level of thoughtfulness and quality. It is clear that Helen and Mark took great care in every detail and amenity; we truly couldn't have expected anything better for our stay, and we cannot wait to go back.
On top of everything, Helen and Mark were the most wonderful hosts; it felt like we were staying at a family friend's place. Thank you Helen and Mark for sharing with us!

Two adults and two teens stayed the second week in July.
The unit is very well appointed with high-end technologies, beautiful artwork, comfortable and tasteful furnishings, and everything needed in the kitchen. The cookware is high quality and in great condition. The condo does have a wonderful view of the ocean.
The living room and the deck were smaller than we expected but accommodated the four of us.
The complex is well-maintained. And we always felt safe. We always found a parking spot though the parking spots are narrow.
Helen and Mark were excellent hosts giving us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do.

The condo was perfect for two couples on a long weekend in Maui. It was well stocked with everything we needed from making breakfast in the condo, plus some extra bathroom necessities in case we forgot anything. Close to shopping and restaurants and the view of the sunset was fabulous. The host communication was excellent and was flexible with a little tropical storm over the island. 100% recommend.

Before leaving, I shared the good points of this space with my family. Except for the first one, the bowl was clean with no broken dishes. Second, it was nice that the shower head was not fixed. Third, I liked the wonderful view from the balcony. So, rather than sightseeing, I wanted to stay at the accommodation. Fourth, it is a furniture arrangement that makes good use of space. Fifth, the washer and dryer were as clean as new. Finally, 4 beach chairs were prepared, so I used them well. This is where I want to stay when I come back to Maui. Highly recommended.

The Kihei coop was the perfect homemade for me, my husband, and our 2 adult kids. The condo is newly remodeled with really nice flooring, furniture, and fixtures. It is exceptionally clean and comfortable! The views are wonderful, you can see beach, palm trees, and beautiful ocean for miles! The location is perfect, a short drive to all parts of Kihei and easy to get to highways or roads if you are venturing either way along the west coast of Maui! We would highly recommend this spot, and will definitely book here again!

Our family of four stayed here for 16 nights/17 days. The condo was just what we needed.
The kitchen was well appointed and had every single thing that we needed to cook meals. The view off of the living and bedroom was amazing. Maui served up some fantastic weather during our stay (late May to early June). We ate most of our meals outside on the lanai. The apartment was super duper clean which was important for me. Many of the basics were provided in terms of laundry, dish and bath items. There were plenty of beach towels, blankets, bath towels and extras.
Our hosts provided EXCELLENT communication well ahead of our reservation as well as during our stay. They checked in on us and they also thought of things that weren't on our radar.
Parking was never an issue and the condo allowed for easy access to many places in Kihei and Wailea. We never had to wait long for elevators and the pool was never overly crowded.
- Don't overspend on bottled water. The filtered water in the refrigerator was FANTASTIC!! We refilled our bottles for most of our stay and it was such a wonderful convenience.
Pay attention to the hours for the trash chute (not open 24 hours). Also, we had to work from the condo while there and the internet isn't consistent. Not a huge deal but something to note if you have multiple devices online.

We highly enjoyed our stay here! Lovely view of the ocean and beach from both the bedroom and patio. The unit was very clean and updated with modern appliances. Great location with lots of food and shopping just minutes away. The hosts were super nice and great with timely communication! Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Kihei!

The Condo we stayed in was fantastic! Updated, modernised, beautiful decor. The view of the ocean, palm trees, & beach from the lanai was amazing! Being on the 2nd floor meant we could leave our sliding doors open to hear the ocean waves & people passing by couldn’t see in. The hosts are very helpful & friendly. There is a great Indian restaurant in site & green sea turtles can be found resting on the rocks outside the building. A short drive (very close to) everything we needed including morning coffee at Kraken coffee food truck. Would highly recommend this condo!

The hosts Helen and Mark were very helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries. The condo was very comfortable and great attention to detail was used to furnish the home. The location is great - very centrally located to all areas of the island. This was our first time staying in Kihei and we really enjoyed the access to lots of local restaurants and beaches. My favorite part is the fishing cove right outside the condo property where the sea turtles come to rest. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with comfort in mind. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and we really appreciated the filtered water in the fridge - this saved on having to buy water. This was a really great place - definitely met all of our needs!

We loved our time at the Kihei Coop! Helen and Mark were great -- check-in and out were very easy and during our stay, our front door code inexplicably stopped working, but Mark answered our call immediately and addressed the issue without delay! The grounds are beautiful -- we saw sea turtles on the beach and in the fishpond and really enjoyed our coffee on the balcony each morning. Being in Kihei was perfect-- excellent location to access stunning beaches, restaurants and other island activities.

Helen and Mark have prepared a very welcoming place to come home to after the flight or after enjoying Maui. The condo is very clean, in new condition, and everything is comfortable and works well. But some perks I don’t expect of short term rentals at any price point are notable: a well-appointed kitchen with sharp knives and nonstick cookware that is still nonstick! Amazing.
The hosts are also great communicators, acting as a helpful concierge. Their messages were timely, useful, in a positive tone rather than heavy handed, and they paired everything with tips on how to better enjoy the local area.
The building is on the beach and the balcony has a wonderful view and is a great place for coffee and meals. For people wanting to stay out of their car, it’s safer and more pleasant to walk the beach and cut back up into Kihei town, rather than walk along the street. Your smart phone’s mapping app will help with that.

We had a great experience at this newly renovated condo. Our booking and communication throughout was very prompt. The location is only 20 mins from airport. This allowed us to get settled quickly. The location is central to everything. Eventhough West Maui is more popular, I prefer Kihei as it feels less crowded but still has good places to eat and see. The beaches were good in Kihei.
The condo itself was a great. A few steps to the beach and we enjoyed the morning walks. The condo is very modern and all appliances are connected to the TV for notifications. Great view of ocean from the balcony and bedroom.

The condo is beautifully remodeled and feels like everything is new. Super clean. It has an expansive view of the beach, ocean and the island of Kahoolawe. Sunsets from the lanai are spectacular. The host is super responsive. It is "high tech" with adjustable lighting and overhead fan controls, fancy refrigerator, several types of coffee makers, brand new Mitsubishi split AC. Furniishings and decor are top notch. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo. We booked last minute after holiday flight cancellation disrupted our schedule. Mark and Helen were really helpful and friendly and supportive. We would love to return and stay here again - my wife is telling me to add that. She also says it is like a 5 star hotel and I agree except it is better due to the privacy and expansive space. I've been visiting and living in Hawaii since 1969 and many properties along South Kihei road have road noise. This condo is very quiet and peaceful but you can go out on the lanai and hear the sounds of the ocean and birds, and there seems to be a tradition of conch blowing at sunset time in the neighborhood - which we found to be a pleasant acknowledgement of the beauty of sunsets in Kihei - magnificent indeed.
