This is a relaxed, very convenient place to stay. Only real drawback is that it's right next to the elevator on the 1st floor, so you hear people coming and going. Not recently updated, but good functionality. Ground floor is nice with kids as they can easily play on the lawn and access to the pool and beach is easy.

The complex is in a good location on the ocean. You do get a small ocean view from the patio. However, this unit is at the front of the building. It was very noisy in the second bedroom. It's by the elevator and everyone passes by the window, which is also next to the trash dumper. Two times a week early morning the trash truck arrives, and we had people drive in and dump trash a few times during the week at around 2:30am. There is no AC, so you have to leave the windows open and endure the noise.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay a Kamaole Nalue 103. We really enjoyed being on the ground floor and so close to the pool. CB Islands was a great host. Easy to contact and quick to respond. We would totally rent with them again. Would love if the unit added AC as the bedroom on the parking lot is loud at night with windows open and people passing by.

The appartment was great. Everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) is there and ready. All ameneties, fully equipped kitchen, even beach towels. A no worries experience. We were a party of 4 adults and did all the major sightseenings on Maui: Road to Hana, Haleakala, West Maui circle, helicopter ride. All easily to reach from this location and conveniently located within 25min from the Airport as well.

Great for families! First floor walkout is the way to go!!! The location is perfect. A few things to be aware of, the front room is right next to the elevator and trash, which is collected multiple times a week at 7am. So if you are like me and have to sleep with the windows open in a non air conditioned room just know it will be loud and wake you. Would definitely stay here again.
