We were so pleased with this vacation property. The condo did not disappoint on views; full ocen views from every room. We were lucky enough to spot a whale from the lanai!
The property owner and the property manager were both punctual about responding to inquiries. The condo was clean, well decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed, including beach accessories.
I would be remiss to not mention the beach. Kamaole Beach Park III is literally right across the street from the condo. This was the perfect beach for our family. We enjoyed snorkeling, body surfing, boogie boarding, and laying in the sun.
The condo is a short walk to a variety of restaurants and shops. There is definitely some street noise as Kihei Rd is quite lively at most times of the day and into the night. We did not mind as it also provided a wealth of people watching. We hope to be lucky enough to stay here again on our next trip to Maui.

Perfect size for a small family and has everything you could possibly need, HOWEVER, the AC is limited to 4-hr timers (which wasn't mentioned in the listing) and the homeless and mentally-ill population in the area is out of control. We were miserable in the unit, as the temps were high all week and we'd come home to a unit that was even hotter inside that it was outside. No matter what we tried, the temps inside would not come down to a comfortable temp until 3-4 am. All of the ceiling and pedestal fans were extremely weak. Even on the high setting, you could not feel any air coming from them. I can honestly say that we were happiest when we were away from the unit, and we dreaded heading back anytime we were gone more than 4 hrs, because we knew we were going to be walking into a sauna. The timers were ABSURD. The unit was fairly clean, except I'm positive that the sheets were neither changed nor washed between the previous guest's departure and our arrival. The sheets smelled of body odor and there were physical signs of soiling. Also the bathrooms reeked of urine. The unit is in a great location. It's right in the middle of everything. The only problem we had with the location was the number of homeless and mentally-ill people living at and hanging around the park 24/7. We were verbally accosted by them numerous times. I would NOT feel comfortable having my wife or daughter walk across the street to the beach/park alone, especially early in the morning or after sunset.

The walk to the beach was so short and sweet. The beach had some of the best snorkeling on the island. Swam with 5 turtles and saw some really nice fish. Beach was not crowded and everyone was so nice. The apartment had a good view of the beach and was very clean.

We had such a great time renting this condo. It was very sad to leave. We had a beautiful view of the beach from the lanai. We spent every morning and night on the lanai soaking in that gorgeous Maui view. Condo had everything we could possibly need. Sean was quick to respond to any of my questions. We love Kamaole lll beach which is directly across from the condo. It is great for both swimming and snorkeling. We’ve seen many turtles and also whales. We even saw some manta rays while snorkeling here. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Maui.

The condo is as advertised. It is beautifully furnished and well appointed and maintained. The view of the ocean is amazing. We spent most mornings watching whales from the lanai. The 2 A/C units are effective at keeping the unit cool when needed. Street noise can be a little bothersome at night with the windows open, but we didn't notice it when we closed them. We asked for the 2nd bedroom to be in a king bed configuration, but it was 2 twins when we arrived. Probably just a miscommunication with the maintenance staff. Overall, we loved our stay here and would happily book it again.

We love coming to Maui and Sean’s place is the perfect spot for our getaway! Christie, the property manager checked on us multiple times to ensure there was nothing we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with all you could need. Tons of beach equipment. Plenty of spots to relax while not hanging around the beach or out exploring the beautiful island. His condo looks out to the ocean and with the blinds pulled open you can see the sunset from any room or from the cozy seats on the balcony. Just stunning!! My family just finished our trip to Maui at this amazing property. The location couldn't be any better and the condo is even more perfect than the pictures make it look. Everything you need is included, just show up with some clothes and relax. Sean is a fantastic host, he was always quick to respond and has been extremely accommodating to my family. My family of four absolutely enjoyed our holiday in Kihei and this property was the perfect place to do it. The communication with the owner and property manager, Sean and Christie, was exceptional. They quickly answered any and all questions we had before/during our stay and checked in with us to ensure all was good.
The property was clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. The location was perfect; we could walk across the street to the KAM III beach park, walk to restaurants, to get our morning coffee and cinnamon rolls as
well as get any groceries we needed.

This was our 4th year in a row returning to Kihei and by far the nicest condo with the best view that we have had stayed at. With vaulted ceilings, this top floor unit feels even more spacious than other units in the complex. We spent so much more time on the lanai than any other place because the view was incredible.
I appreciated the little details that made it feel like home, like the containers for leftovers and food wrap as we eat in most of the time. The beach pantry was very well equipped with everything that we needed to head across the street to enjoy the ocean, turtles and whales.
Just a quick walk to some of our favourite places to grab a cocktail, appetizer and meal!
The property manager was very personable and accommodating with a bit of a mix up with our check out time.
We certainly hope to visit Kihei again soon and would book early to try to get this unit again!

My daughters and I enjoyed this condo with it’s comfortably furnished roominess, a guaranteed parking spot and an elevator to the top (fourth) floor. The view was spectacular and every sunset was right in front of us. No matter where we wanted to go, the beach, the upcountry, the many dinner spots, they were all an easy walk or drive. We really enjoyed our stay in A-402. The location is great - Right across the street from the Kam-3 Beach Park. It's walking distance to many desirable activities. We also enjoyed how beautiful the interior was decorated. It really made us feel like we were in a tropical paradise. We very much liked walking across the street to enjoy the sunsets. It was also very appreciated that the condo had air conditioning.
Our only negative was dealing with the main sliding door's screen-door. It seemed like it was still original from the 70's. And getting it to open, or especially to close, was very difficult. I would highly recommend that the owner or property manager have a professional work on it. It would at least need new rollers on the bottom of the door.

The owner has lovingly designed this penthouse to capture the essence of old Hawaii but at the same time has equipped this space with every modern convenience you need to vacation in stylish luxury. It was just such a pleasure in every way to stay there. Beautiful bed linens and towels. A kitchen so well equipped it was a joy to cook in and large bright bathrooms. The attention to detail and the ability to anticipate the guests needs while holidaying there is truly first class. The location is perfect. Beautiful views at every time of the day; walking distance to great restaurants and other wonderful beaches if the one right across the road doesn't suit your fancy and it is great; and very close to the overpass which makes travel to Lahaina and upcountry much shorter. The traffic on the road in front of the condo was never an issue and we loved falling to sleep listening to the surf. Christie, who is the property manager for the condo was extremely helpful and very patient with all my questions. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else on Maui! Period! It is the best. Thank you

We arrived late at night after a long day of flights and were immediately impressed with the place from the moment we walked in! The pictures are a true representation of what you get which was a pleasant surprise. This is the real deal. The kitchen was full of everything you need, decor was very Hawaiian, beach pantry was full of pretty much everything you need and there were lots of towels for both the beach and showers. My wife and 2 girls had a fantastic stay and enjoyed sitting out on the patio at night watching the sunset and listening to the waves.
Great location to the beach and restaurants etc. Good waves, snorkeling and lots of turtles! Overall great beach for entire family.
Our 2nd time in Maui and thoroughly enjoyed the condo and being in Kihei.
As noted by others is a busy street so expect some traffic noise during the day but quiets down in evening where you can hear just the waves. We enioyed the people watching and being around all the activity so wasn't a negative for us.
The owner was extremely responsive throughout the booking process and provided tons of tips and recommendations for the area.
