The condo was beautiful and immaculate! Everything seemed brand new. The view from the balcony was great. Not right on the water but an easy walk across a grassy area. Shopping and restaurants a half mile away but we didn’t walk because there was so much traffic on our street. Sidewalks were not continuous. But we loved our stay.

Loved the updates and decor, so modern and beautiful. And great ocean views from the living room and balcony. Glad we had AC and washer and dryer in the unit. Kitchen had all the necessities. Great location as well. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what we we looking for. The one complaint we had was the fan light turning on in the bedroom every morning at 5 AM if you had the fan running.

Must have been updated recently, everything looked so new and clean in the condo. Good view of ocean and mountains even though it said garden view. Lovely lanai to sit on for morning coffee. Beautiful sunset views. Never made it to the pool and hot tub it looked nice though. Quiet area

While you can tell the Luana Kai resort is a little older, there were many renovations and updates that made the resort very nice. The condo itself is stunning and we were greeted with a wonderful welcome basket with some hawaiian treats. The grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed the smaller quiet resort. Pool was well maintained and the views from our laini were gorgeous. It was nice to have the little park behind the resort that we went out one evening and even played pickleball with some locals(thank you for including the pickleball set in the unit).
The unit included everything we needed for our stay; Beach towels/pool towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, washer and dryer (super nice after a day at the beach and hiking Haleakala). We liked the location in Kihei. Being a little smaller town, but still having great access to incredible food and shopping. It was also very nice to start and end our days there, as we traveled most of the island trying to soak in all Maui had to offer. Kihei was very centrally located.
Everyone we encountered was so nice.

We loved our stay at Luana Kai C203! The condo is nicely updated. The ac makes it very comfortable with the warmer temps outside. The view from the balcony is amazing and completely accurate in the pics. Having laundry in the unit is a huge help. The bed was comfy. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again next time we’re in Maui!

An absolutely beautiful unit for a holiday in Maui. Completely renovated, state of the art appliances including stackable washer and dryer, well appointed and exceptionally clean. Ocean view treated us to amazing sunsets. If I get back to Maui, I will definitely book this unit again.

This condo and the property Luana Kai was beautiful. Would totally stay here again. The only thing is there was a ton of kids and they screamed all the time. My suggestion is not to come over spring break that Amy make a difference. We will try again just not during that time period. My only criticism is there needs to be another comfortable seating option in the living room, the wicker chairs are not comfortable for evening viewing of the Tv when wanting to just chill. But, everything else was awesome!

We loved this property. It was exactly as described and in pristine condition. The bed is comfortable, everything you need to get started is available in the kitchen (including salt/pepper and basic spices). The walk to the beach is short and easy. The sunrise and sunset are spectacular from the beach or the balcony.

We loved our stay at the Luana Kai resort in Kihei, Maui. The condo was spectacular! This unit was recently renovated and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. The unit was extremely clean upon check-in and the hosts even left us a small welcome gift :) The kitchen was extremely well-appointed -- with a huge variety of pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishware, small appliances, and even spices/oil. We really enjoyed eating breakfast on the porch each morning and were greeted by a beautiful rainbow over the ocean one day. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

If you are looking for a great place to stay for your visit to Maui you can stop looking as this is it!
The condo has been recently fully renovated and is in perfect condition. Your hosts, Dave and Sally, have thought of everything you may need and it is very well decorated with all the little extras you may not even have thought of. Having a full-size fridge, stove, and dishwasher was fantastic as we enjoyed a nice breakfast each morning on the lanai. The bedroom is a good size with a very comfortable bed and lots of pillows along with a large dresser and ample closet space. The bathroom, also all-new, had a nice size shower with great water pressure and no shortage of hot water. There were plenty of high-quality towels as well.
The location in Kehei is very convenient as you are minutes from everything you want to see but in a quiet area. No shortage of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
The pool area is very nice and well-maintained and it is a very short walk to the beautiful beach where you can walk for about 2km. Sugar Beach which is what we feel is the nicest beach in Maui is less than two minutes away (we actually timed it). On this beach, you can walk for 6 km with very few people on the beach. We enjoyed a lovely walk on the beach every morning!
The location is easy to find and there was plenty of free parking. The pictures don't do it justice as the location is even nicer than the photos. The unit is on the second floor with a great view of the pool area and ocean while there is an online photo that may make you think you are on the ground floor. It was nice being up one floor so people on the path below weren't looking in.
We hope you enjoy your stay in Maui as much as we did and you will be off to a great start if you stay here!
