The beach is at your doorstep. Many options for meals within easy walking distance. A great place to watch the sunset every night and enjoy looking at the turtles during the day.
Be aware that with this location you will be serenaded to sleep listening to crashing waves every night....it can be loud!

This property is all about location and views, you just cant beat 'em. We booked this in Nov 22, and it was a brand new listing. It originally stated it had a sofa bed. Sometime before our arrival it got a new couch, and the listing was changed, but the property management never notified us of the change. The new couch is really comfortable but the management should have been forthright and told us about a change. Be prepared for warm evenings, as it doesn't have ac and the back room gets uncomfortable, but there are fans. There are also no window coverings in the back room, and the light from the elevator shines in and reflects off the large mirror in the room. The smells from the trash room can be very nauseating when the wind picks it up. The dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes, we found numerous dirty dishes on our arrival, and had to hand wash everything because the soap just sits there and they come out dirty. We were told on checkin to get a parking pass from the office, but the office is never open. We got a warning on our car for not having it, finally found office staff, who state they do not give parking passes to units owned by agencies and to contact the agency, so that was very confusing. But our stay was still fantastic. We rented stuff right across the street, had surfing just down the road, had loads of eateries and stores in walking distance. The views from this condo are simply divine, and those sunsets are to die for.

Balcony was great. Fans really helped in each room. . Beach towels, and chairs provided. Beach access is amazing. Lawn chairs readily available. Pool was nice, but small. Sunset was beautiful each night. VERY EASY access to many good restaurants and shops. Two full bathrooms were great, but one was very small. Kitchen had adequate equipment. The secondary bedroom is very hot— no air movement. Main problem…. Primary bedroom juts right up against the neighbor’s balcony. NO PRIVACY! Otherwise, nice ocean front view.

Went with extended family and had a blast! Decently appointed modernized condo with great view and convenient location. Loved that we could rent boogie boards across the street(and get basic sundries) along with a shave ice and food. Very convenient. Only downfall for us we had two cars and only could get one parking pass--and most street parking had signs threatening towing. Great Beach next door, we boogie boarded for hours and snorkelers at far end by rocks and it was decent! Overall great trip, I'd rate it a 4.5 so we'll round up to 5!

The views from the unit are astonishing. The location is fantastic with a beautiful beach steps away. Our biggest concern was that the screen door was difficult to open and close which was not that big of a deal. Thanks for a wonderful vacation for our family of 4! We look forward to visiting again soon.

Pros: right on the ocean/beach. The beach is basically in the backyard. Loved the view and beach. It was beautiful!
The beach was great! Soft sand. The beach slopes out pretty far making it easy for the kids to play before the water gets too deep.
So many shops and food places nearby making it easy to get what you need within walking distance.
Beach chairs available to use. Which is very nice!
Bathrooms look to be redone.
Cons: there is no AC and it’s gets pretty hot. The windows being open and fans help move the air but still pretty hot. Perhaps ceiling fans needs to be replaced.
The bedroom with 2 beds is right next to the elevator that have lights that shine right into the bedroom keeping it too light all night long. There are no curtains. We had to find something to hang up to try to block some light.
I wish the showers had at least one hand held sprayer.

We love this location with a view of both the sunrise & sunset. There’s a great beach for swimming footsteps away. Having a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a kitchen is perfect for traveling as 2 couples or a couple & 2 kids. The one room has s full & a twin for people to either sleep together or not. We love the health food store right across the street as well as the other food & tasty treats all within walking distance.

The location of this property is perfect. It has an amazing view of the ocean, it’s situated in an area with lots of walkable restaurants, bars, and shops, and it’s literally right on the beach. Be aware that the parking spaces are quite small and if you drive a large vehicle, it will make things difficult. I would say there were only a couple things that weren’t as great as we had hoped: 1. The unit wasn’t as clean as we had expected it to be. We interrupted the cleaning crew when we arrived, so they may have not have had enough time to finish up. 2. It would have been nice to have AC in the rental. But, we spent very little time in it during the day and opening the windows at night made things comfortable for us.Overall, a great property that we’d rent again.
