Had a great time staying at this property for my wife and I's 25th anniversary.
Unit has everything you need.
Had only one issue with noise from the unit above doing construction and placed a call to the owner Chad. He said I need to check on something and called me right back will all the right answers. (Refund (1) night for the inconvenience of the demo of the flooring in unit above)

My husband and I spent 5 nights here, and had a fantastic time! The condo was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The balcony view is beautiful, and we spent lots of time out there relaxing - its a great spot to take in the sunset or start out the day with breakfast and a good book. The location is awsome! It was an easy drive to and from the airport and everywhere else we wanted to go. The beach just behind the building is very nice, and we enjoyed reading on the beach and swimming in the ocean.

Chad is a fantastic host. He was prompt with communication and the place was exactly as described. We sat right in front of the ocean, we got to see sea turtles and the prettiest views. The beach and pool were right there, along with a restaurant on the property. The place was a short drive to almost anywhere we wanted to go on the island, which was a great bonus. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our honeymoon. Mahalo!

The apartment was perfect- so many thoughtful touches- available cooler, equipment etc. Sparkling clean and location cannot be beat. Can see the turtles from the balcony. Chad was quick with responses and a fantastic host- highly recommend!

We had a great time! The property was clean and well kept. The check in and check out was easy. We had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was very beautiful. Easy access to the pool and small beach which the kids enjoyed a lot as it was shallow and cornered off by rocks. We enjoyed the stay! Thank you Chad!

We enjoyed beautiful sunsets every nite from our private balcony! The condo was so comfortable with brand new bathroom & kitchen. The kitchen had everything u need and comfy towels were plentiful in the bathroom. Chad was easy to get in touch with when we had questions. The fishpond was great for seeing turtles. I highly recommend a stay here!

Just like the pictures, great place very relaxing, just what we were looking for. The owner (Chad) email saying that the roads were washed out due to heavy rains and flooding that was nice of him. By the time we arrived the roads were open you could see the mud but all was good. It was a raining weekend but remember your still in Maui. The Safeway is very close to get everything you might need. You might stop by the condo first to check what’s been left over so you don’t get things you don’t need. Bring your streaming passwords so you can login to your favorites. Even though it rained off and on great time we would replete that’s Chad for opening your home to us

The view is breathtaking of course but the interior furnishings and finishing of the unit were nice as well. Unit was well equipped from beach chairs to shampoo. Condo amenities like a restaurant on-site and rooftop gatherings were also great. Well managed condo. Kudos to owner!

This property exceeded expectations. The condo is clean, updated and has about everything you will need to enjoy your time.
We didn’t know what area to stay in, but we enjoyed this location. The view off the balcony is awesome. The sea turtles in the water is amazing.
The window blinds issues that other people reported has been solved.

We stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving 2022 with my family. Access to the beach is just getting down to the elevator. There are multiple other picturesque beaches mere steps away. The property itself was just as described but better than some of the comments I'd read before booking. Kitchen seems recently renovated, nice couches, very comfy bed, nice bathroom, and the host had plenty of beach utilities for us to use. Towels were sparkling clean, and the kitchen was stocked well with plates, glasses, silverware, other utensils etc. In short, you just needed to get your food and you were right at home. I saw a review complaining about blinds or curtains; seems they were installed already and we had no issues keeping it dark at dawn.
Chad was also super fast to respond a couple times I needed to ask him something. He even proactively reached out to let us know he'd been notified that the internet was down for a couple of hours. We really appreciated his fast response even though nothing we asked was of urgent nature.
Next year we won't be searching for properties; we're coming back here again. Thank you Chad for hosting us. It was a blast.

The location - This was a great location for us. It was right in the middle of Maui so that we were able to get to other towns on the island.
The property - It was very well kept. Super clean. We love the modern design of the condo. The kitchen, bathroom, floors…all up-to-date. It had everything that we needed. Check-in was simple. Checking out was simple.
The host - Chad was awesome with communication. When I had a question, I usually got a reply within minutes. We had an issue with the AC in the bedroom. It was making a loud buzzing noise every 5 minutes and it would wake me up at times. I believe it to be a bad compressor. I just opened up an app on my phone to play white noise and I was good. So no big deal. But I reached out to Chad and he quickly scheduled for an HVAC tech to come look at it. Chad is a reliable host that would make sure he doesn’t leave you hanging.
I would definitely stay here again if it’s available for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and our experience with the condo. We have stayed in this condo complex before as it is prime real estate on maui.. This unit had been updated and well stocked. We had everything we needed and appreciated the ac as it was pretty warm for the end of Sept. There were a few hiccups that involve homeownership, that you can't always avoid, which we felt the owner resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. We will definitely be back!

This property is pretty perfect. My husband and I stayed here for 7 days in August for our honeymoon and we are very pleased with the entire stay. It is in a great location, containing its own little beach as well as close to so many other beautiful beaches. Easy access from the airport and near many local restaurants and shopping. The view from the balcony is divine from the time the sun rises to the time it sets. This property had everything we needed in terms of kitchen, bathroom, and laundry making it super convenient. I would definitely recommend this property and I would definitely stay here again!

The area is probably one of the worst in the entire island. There are homeless people all around. The beach is dirty, rocky and muddy. The place is very windy and dry. The view is a dry windy mountain. There is a restaurant downstairs in the building that creates nauseating odors throughout the day. The AC unit in the bedroom creates sounds that are disturbing. Especially annoying during nighttime. The unit does not have curtains or shades which is bizarre. My son couldn’t nap during daytime due to excessive sunlight reaching the unit. The towels provided were stinky and unusable. Bringing your own towels is highly recommended. Overall the unit is updated and clean but the building is old, not well maintained and noisy. Also, the parking is very crowded and spaces are small. Somebody backed off their car and scratched and damaged my side mirror. I would not recommend staying at this property. Spend little more and go to Kaanapali, Wailea or Napili.

The condo was clean, updated recently, and right on the beach. The property manager was very responsive when we had a question. Kihei is an unpretentious place to stay that is centrally located. Tons of beautiful beaches whether you want to walk from the condo or take a short drive. The Condo had good amenities including beach chairs, an umbrella, and a few beach toys. Great place to stay in Kihei!

A disappointing end to an otherwise incredible trip to Maui.
I would have rated this property 4 stars had it not been for the fact that:
1) there are no shades to keep the sun from blasting in the window for a rude awakening at as early at 5:15am. and having to wear sunglasses indoors in the afternoon
2) The rude / dismissive response from the owner when providing feedback, particularly about the shades (more below*)
3) some of the towels had a bad odor, hence the low rating re: cleanliness
* When asking about the shades, the owner's response was: "Yeh shades are on my to do list..."
When asking if anything could be done about it during our stay the owner's response was:
"Welp I’m not on island again it’s on my to do list for next time I’m there. Place just got fully remodeled still some nicks and naks to get done. Sorry "
When asking the owner to consider refunding 1 of 3 nights for the inconvenience, the first response was a dismissive "Safe travels", then when asked again about the possibility of refunding any money back, the owner went on to respond:
"The reason there’s no shades is because people leave the windows and doors open. Then the wind comes up and they just break."
Altogether it was a frustrating back-and-forth where the owner said "I can’t please everybody" on multiple occasions. When I mentioned I would highlight issues so future visitors the owner responded "I will review you as well To for warn other owners "
I've never stayed a place at a beach destination, or anywhere with consistent sunlight for that matter, that didn't have shades. This, stinky towels, and the owner's dismissive then combative response to voicing our complaint about the shades was a reminder to consider hospitality when picking lodging during future vacations.
Moreover, it leaves us reconsidering using services like VRBO and other vacation rentals over hotels / properties that care about their guests' experience and overall hospitality.

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed for 8 nights. The condo had much more than we expected! Kitchen was fully stock! We had beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler etc.. There were extra blankets, linens and pillows. The sleeper sofa was comfortable. It was a great area next to a man-made inlet, where turtles hanged out - perfect beach for a family with little ones! I would definitely recommend. Property manager was always quick to respond, and we were able to check-in early.

We LOVED staying here. The views being right on the ocean were unreal. The beaches were beautiful and very kid friendly. The place was clean, new and very well kept. We felt extremely comfortable and Chad was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Maui and wanting to say in Kihei!

Perfect view of the ocean from the patio! We spent our mornings and evenings on this patio enjoying the breeze, sunset, ocean sounds, sea turtles swimming by! Beautifully remodeled condo, very comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed we just added groceries!
Walk down to the beautiful heated pool and beach in one minute. The owner Chad was very responsive and made the whole process seamless.
The location is so close to many excellent beaches including my favorites in Makena. Minutes away from dining in Kihei and Wailea. Easy short drive to boat trips originating in Ma’alaea Harbor and the Aquarium. You have to check out the Whale 3d show at the aquarium!
It was just the hubby and myself however you could easily put two smaller kids on the fold out couch.
We are ready to plan our return trip!
