The unit was nicely finished and the kitchen well equipped. Easy walk across the street to Keaka Beach. Within a mile of restaurants and shops, and easy walking. Property owner and manager were very easy to communicate with and very nice. Great place for our adult family of six to spend a week! Mahalo!

Sandy’s place was a great stay for my family. It served as the central base as we explored all of Maui. The decor was beautiful and the kitchen was very well- furbished. My family loved the access to the pool and the unit was well-cooled with the ACs! We also made use of the tennis rackets and beach towels and we would definitely stay there again

Stayed here with cousin and their three kids. Place was perfect. The bunk room was great for the kids. While the unit was nicely updated and well equipped. Everything was very clean and neat.
There is a pool, tennis and ping pong to keep the kids busy and entertained.
We walked across the street to the beach when we weren't out exploring the island. Town is not within walking distance but close for a quick car ride.
Would highly recommend and stay here again.

There is a pool, tennis and ping pong to keep the kids busy and entertained.
We walked across the street to the beach when we weren't out exploring the island. Town is not within walking distance but close for a quick car ride.

Nicely maintained with really helpful beach equipment and well-equipped kitchen, and in unit washer dryer making a family trip as easy as possible. Walking distance to nearby beach and a short drive away to the famous beaches making this a convenient location.

Koa Resort 5i was amazing. Beautifully remodeled, loved it as it made our stay so warm and welcome. The kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked in all but 2 nights of our 7 night stay. Lordes was so helpful, pleasant and attended to our every need. The linai was the best too as we were all able to enjoy the great outdoors and watch all the little geikos run by. Across the street from the beach was so amazing as we went for a morning walk daily, even saw a turtle on one of our adventures. Everything was fabulous! Loved this resort, would love to visit in the near future.

Had a great time in Maui thanks to Todd and Sandy. Pre-trip questions were replied to quickly and we were able to resolve the very minor issues while onsite. From my seven adult kids' standpoint, the condo supplied everything we needed (except groceries of course), though they might have a different opinion about the bunk beds, haha. They were good sports about it! The condo itself has been nicely decorated and updated and is in a good location within Kihei. It's close to restaurants, supermarkets, and there's even a beach across the street. The local contact, Lourdes, even answered a couple of questions via phone and text quickly. Mahalo again Todd and Sandy.

There is also snorkel gear and a couple body boards which were perfect. Having AC really made the condo comfortable. And that shower!!! Everyone used it. Very spacious. Very clean and well renovated property in a great location! The bunk beds were perfect for 5 kids and the air conditioning in each bedroom was nice. The location is perfect too for families when you need to run to the store or are looking for a restaurant. Highly recommend!

Only issue - if there is one would be the spiral stairs to the master bedroom. A little challenging for older folks and getting luggage up there. Other than that we absolutely loved the place. Loved the lanai and view from it. Very well stocked for all of our needs. Would definitely stay there again.

This was our first time in this unit but second stay at Koa resort. Can't say enough good things about this listing and the owners. The unit is beautifully kept and maintained. The A/C works great, there are a ton of beach and pool toys, sports equipment, and a cooler. We had no kids with us but there was a pack and play and a stroller in the unit if you have little ones. The beds and pillows were top quality, plenty of towels, everything you would need. The only thing I think renters should be aware of is that the main suite with the King bed is in a loft space that is very much open to the downstairs. Worked great for us but any noise downstairs is heard loud and clear up stairs. Definitely not a reason to skip this fabulous unit but something to be aware of as you plan who sleeps where. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds so plenty of room for kids. Again, this was a top quality place to stay. We walked across the street most nights to watch the sunset. The pool at the Koa Resort is simply the best I have seen. Immaculately clean and large.

The bed were comfy, which is important when you’re staying for more than a couple days. Communication with the owners and property manager was excellent, as they were very responsive. We six friends wanted to gather for a Meditation Retreat on Maui, and this condo was our base. It provided us with hot water for cooking and bathing, separate cooling controls in the bedrooms, beach supplies, and just enough space for six people to dance around each other as we cooked, dined, and meditated together. We enjoyed the grounds, the pool, and the proximity to the beach. Thank you!

This place was very nice. Clean. It has a good location across the beach. It was a bit more smaller than how it looked in the pictures.
Front side walk was under repair so there was a lot of noise very early in the morning.
But overall our stay was okay.

We definitely got lucky when this place popped up! The entire place was freshly remodeled and it was perfect for two couples plus three teens. There was plenty of space for all 7 of us to be comfortable and not feel like we were tripping over each other. Everything was clean and tidy. My personal favorite was the master bathroom! That shower is to die for! All of the a/c units made for a very comfortable environment no matter what room you are in. The owners did a top notch job with this remodel and I would definitely stay there again! The location is great! Everything we wanted to do was just minutes away. You won’t be disappointed booking this place!
