Kamaole Nalu 301 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located on the 3rd floor with elevator access and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Although his unit does not have air conditioning, you can stay cool inside ceiling fans throughout and the tropical Hawaiian trade winds! This South Kihei condo is an oceanfront resort and is convenient to a variety of amenities on the island. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the comforts of your private lanai where you can dine Hawaiian style and take in the beautiful sights and sounds of Maui! Step inside to the open floor plan featuring ceiling fans throughout, a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and comfortable, stylish furnishings and décor.
The well stocked kitchen has everything you need to make all your meals in house. Just bring groceries! Off the kitchen you'll find the master bedroom featuring a California King size bed, ceiling fan, and a bathroom featuring a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds, a ceiling fan and access to an identical bathroom.
Kamaole Nalu Resort is a six story oceanfront property located in South Kihei. It offers time stopping views of the dazzling Pacific Ocean and a friendly casual atmosphere. This resort sits between Kamaole Beach Parks I and II, both known for romantic sunsets, swimming, snorkeling, sun bathing and seasonal whale watching. Kamaole Nalu Resort offers free parking, an oceanfront pool and a gas barbeque area for guest use.
Our on-island team also provides the following starter items: dish soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Also provided is complimentary Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.

Loved this place! One of the only few options on the water in Kehei! My only complaint is that it can be loud in the early morning with garbage trucks, landscapers etc. The kitchen and all amenities were fabulous.

We enjoyed staying at this beach front condo. The traffic noise was loud at times but it didn’t bother us too much. We walked down to the lawn to sit and have coffee while watching the sea turtles every morning!! The snorkeling was awesome there! Lots of fish & turtles😊 We just had to grab our gear and walked down to the beach! Great restaurants and shops are just across the street or short drive away! We would come back.

Easy walk to the beach. Clean unit with everything we needed. Beach accessories included 4 beach chairs, towels, and a skim board. Parking spaces are really tight. Great view of the beach from lanai and one of the bedrooms, though lots of nighttime traffic noise. We would absolutely stay here again. It was exactly what our family needed!

The unit was as advertised. Clean, check-in process was simple and easy, close proximity to plenty of beaches and shopping. The unit faces the main traffic street so there is some ambient noise in the evenings. Without A/C, having the windows open was pretty much a must, so there was no avoiding that ambient noise, but this is no fault of the hosts. Unit was well-stocked and suited our needs just fine. I would come back to this unit again.

The unit was great in many ways: clean, well stocked and beautifully located with great kid friendly beaches a short jaunt from the condo. I would consider coming back here in the future except for one issue: the condo is located at the very end of the building near the street. While it makes it quiet with respect to adjacent neighbors (didn't hear a peep from them), the street noise was really loud. Especially on the weekends, there was additional noise from cars/motorcycles gunning their engines. For this reason I felt the stay could have been more enjoyable. Perhaps I would have felt better about it if the price wasn't as high as other units. As a result, I gave the condo three stars.

We hope to be back! We loved the proximity to the beach and all the shops and restaurants in Kihei. It was wonderful waking up to the sounds of Hawaii. The ocean and view from the balcony was so pretty. Also, there were beach essentials at the condo (chairs, umbrella and cooler) which made it especially family friendly. The only thing that we would have preferred less of is the road noise which you hear from the bedrooms especially at night; but everything else was so awesome that didn't matter much.

Stayed in the end unit 3rd floor for a whole week with our family. Great location, right on the beach, walking distance to multiple beaches and stores and restaurants. Third floor right against the road, this unit was very very loud with road noise. Unfortunately no air conditioning but sometimes that happens and verrrry cold cold pool. Overall we were very happy during our stay and would stay in this complex again, but maybe a little further from the road.

Loved the access to the beach, the incredible view and how restaurants, general stores, groceries, and even a legitimate massage place were across the street. Very prime location.
