Pros - great view, good location, nice property and surroundings, nice kitchen and well stocked, nice bathroom vanities, comfortable beds and little extras a nice touch.
Cons - dirty floors, dusty furniture, stained and dirty living room chairs, unusable safebox (locked) and old upstairs shower.
The property just needs a little TLC.
But we still really enjoyed our time in Maui :)

My party of 6 stayed with CBI for 7 nights and couldn't have asked for a better experience. House was clean and plenty of towels/linens were provided. Nice big kitchen with lots of kitchen appliances and pots/pans which made life very easy. Great view of the ocean from here as well, would absolutely stay again.

Clean condo with a nice view of the ocean and property. Pool and hot tub were always sparkling clean. Everyone staying on the property was friendly…many were repeat customers which was encouraging! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Kihei. Hope we make it back soon!

Our stay was amazing. The location was great! More of a suburban area & very close to good restaurants & grocery stores. We were 15 mins from Wailea & about 30 mins from Lahaina & Kaanapali. It was the perfect location for our group, since it was pretty central to everything we were interested in. The listing was clean & had all the essentials like beach chairs/towels/cooler & coffee maker & even welcome snacks. Our beds were comfy & bathrooms were roomie & clean. We really enjoyed our stay & would stay there again.

This vacation rental felt so much like home in paradise. Every detail was thought of and we found it super accommodating for a family of 5. We had a great time and would absolutely love to come back again!

The unit was very clean and well situated. The big downsides however for us - we were a family of 5 and even though it sleeps 6 - it is not set up for 6 people - to small and not equipped. There were only 4 beach towels, 4 beach chairs and the lack of "dining' space was limited if you all want to sit together. They only supplied 3 roles of TP per bathroom, as well as limited other supplies like garbage bags etc. it is like they rely on customers to buy things and them leave them behind when they are not used.

We traveled as 2 couples so we had the downstairs bedroom converted to a king bed. We cooked in a couple times and there was plenty of cookware and dishes, etc. The community bb grills work great. Pool and hot tub are cleaned every day. We saw whales from the balcony a couple nights.The only thing small was that there were a couple places that could have been cleaned better (fans in bathrooms are dusty, baseboards). Overall, the unit was clean - just not perfectly spotless. Not enough to lower the 5 star rating.

The property was well stocked with everything you needed including laundry and kitchen supplies. We appreciated the beach gear and cooler for when we were out all day. My only negative would be the living room chairs could use replacing or slip covers, they are very badly stained and we ended up getting blankets to cover them while we stayed.

It’s always tough to feel good about locking in a rental, at this price, point blindly…however this one doesn’t disappoint!
Everything as advertised. Nicely appointed. Location phenomenal. Parking, pool, ocean access, all some of the best we came across.

Beautiful scenic view off the lanai!! Very comfortable beds. Well equipped with anything and everything you need including beach chairs! Great location close to lots of excellent beaches and Maui attractions/excursions but not in an overly crowded area. It was perfect for our family vacation! Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful experience at this unit. It’s beautiful and it was so comfortable staying there. Conveniently located if you want to go hiking at the mountains or go snorkeling at the beach. It’s got a beautiful beach right at its backyard. My daughter saw two sea turtles sim bathing on the beach while jogging there!

The apartment was perfect for a family of four. The views are spectacular and we spent lots of time on the lanai. We also used it as a base for great outdoor activities, as it is centrally located and walking distance from many restaurants and beaches. Loved out stay!

First and most important priority for our family was accessibility for the seniors in our family Unfortunately, this place is on the third floor (stairs, no elevator) which was NOT in the listing anywhere.
The place itself is clean and updated with a modern look but shows its wear with items that should have been checked and updated.. the sliding door was hard to open and close (as mentioned by a previous renter) but has not been lubricated. The remotes for the fans either had dead batteries or corroded battery terminals which made them unusable til we got fresh batteries. The fridge filter needed to be replaced and the fridge/freezer at one point was not cooling at all. The tv remote would not work and a new remote was provided towards the end of the stay. Despite these shortcomings, the responsiveness and willingness to help by the property manager was wonderful. The location is wonderful with a nearby beach, park, and pickleball court. The pool is small and usually crowded in the evenings but then again, we didn't come here to swim in the pool. All said, I'd stay in this property again but not if we have people who have difficulty walking up stairs.

We had a fantastic stay! The unit was well equipped and very comfortable. The furniture could use a deep clean, the screen door to the lanai could use some lubrication in the tracks and those curtains didn’t not pull well with the cords too heavy?) Otherwise everything else was perfectly lovely The CBIP team was generally responsive to our inquiries. Location was ideal and centrally located. A definite must stay?!
