Stayed at this condo for a week with my teenage son and, as someone who travels a lot and has high standards, this is a great condo. Spotlessly clean, tasteful decor, nice view, completely functioning appliances (including all of the remotes for fans, AC and TV), and a very well outfitted kitchen including great pans and sharp knives. George was very helpful with local recommendations and provided clear communication on check in and check out. The property is very close to a great beach and an easy walk into Kihei. Condo complex is nothing fancy but it's clean, well maintained and has nice landscaping and plenty of parking. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks George!

My husband and I have been coming to Maui for a number of years now and we’re delighted to have had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful property at Maui Vista. This being our 10 year anniversary was made extra special staying at this lovely and clean condo. We will definitely be back to not only this island but to stay at this property as well.

Me & my husband stayed in Maui for our honeymoon, & we have nothing but good things to say about George’s property in Kihei! The photos you see online can’t even compare to the real views in person from your own private lanai, absolutely beautiful view of the trees & ocean (we spent a lot of mornings here). Super easy check-in and checkout process, had everything we needed & more for our stay (the in unit washer/dryer were super nice too!). The unit was super clean, and George was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. 1000/10 recommend staying here if you can on your trip to Maui, we hope to be back in the future! Mahalo :)

Beautifully renovated condo centrally located! Has Everything you need! Watch the sunset from the lanai. Very close to Charley Young Beach 🏖️ our favourite. George is wonderful to deal with. If you have a question he gets back to you quickly. We will definitely be back!

Extremely happy with the place, the area, everything easy to find, also very easy to move around the island from this location.

I cannot say enough good things about this property and George. His response time was quick, the property was super close to the beach and the unit had everything we needed to have a good time. Kihei is also great cause it’s close to lots of restaurants without being too busy like other areas.
The unit itself was lovely. We enjoyed staying there. Everything was clean and the modern. The appliances were brand name and worked great. Highly recommend and would come back to this property again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maui Vista. This unit was clearly updated, clean, and had a beautiful partial view of the ocean. It was stocked well with beach equipment (chairs, umbrella) & kitchen supplies. The only reason I give it a 4 for cleanliness & accuracy of listing is due to the following: the umbrella was missing the corkscrew end for the sand, the boogie board was kid-sized in an adult only unit, the water filter had green film on the inside. Overall, we had a great experience and would return again!

We really enjoyed our stay - the condo is a perfect size for two people and the laundry machines are a huge plus! Nice kitchen, nice bathroom. The view was just eh so don't make that the only reason you stay. Super close to the beach and Kihei has so many great restaurants to choose from! The TVs are smart TVs (one in living room and one in bedroom) so that was also convenient. The only downside is the windows aren't very sound proof so you can hear people VERY easily from the bedroom window. It stormed while we were here and the sound of the rain and thunder were extremely loud and we are not light sleepers. I took a star off for cleanliness because the first night we got here I moved the living room coffee table and underneath it was a massive amount of crumbs, dust, and trash! I quickly vacuumed it with the vacuum provided but was definitely surprised to see that - probably the cleaners fault. Also took a star off for the check in process because they gave us the wrong door code. We had to call and the host answered quickly to give us a new code but imagine that would be difficult if you arrived late at night.
Overall, would still stay here again despite the few minor hiccups!

Great place with a great location, very central to everything in Kihei, and wasn’t more than an hour drive to anything else we wanted to do. Definitely would stay again. So much to do we didn’t even get around to using the pool or tennis courts but both looked nice. Short walk to the beach was great.

Beautiful place! It’s in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Fully fully stocked kitchen, air conditioning, beautiful view with the palm trees. There was also beach chairs and an umbrella. The pool was nice and small. Would definitely come back to George’s place!

The location and access to the beach was perfect! And the Condo was very nicely renovated and clean inside, with comfortable furniture and bed and it had some nice touches like beach chairs, umbrella and towels, everything you need to have a wonderful vacation! It also has a nice pool and tennis/pickleball courts! We enjoyed every minute!
