This was a super clean, well updated unit with great ocean views. Nicer than many hotels we’ve stayed in. So much space for 2 people! Would definitely seek this unit out to stay again. We’ve stayed in 2 other Maui Kam units and this one was for sure the nicest.
Only complaint is the property manager company makes you open a file on a desktop computer or download an app if you’re doing it from your phone. They should have a mobile optimized site, it’s bizarre to download an app for a short term rental when you forget to open something on desktop before your trip.

We stayed in I 116 for a week in November and were very happy. The unit was clean and very well equipped. We were advised prior to arriving that the washer was out of service and waiting for a part. The property mgt kept us apprised of the status, and provided overnight laundry service picked up and delivered to address the inconvenience.

We stayed in J-116 for 5 weeks. It’s beautiful in many ways. The size, the furnishing and kitchen utensils, etc.,, the more private and tropical feeling on the lanai, and the relative quiet and privacy as compared to most Hawaii condo rentals. Maui Kamaole is a very nicely maintained property. And the unit is managed by an outstanding, and exceptionally responsive team, Maui Rentals. During our stay, the bedroom air conditioner wasn’t operating effectively. I informed them, and the unit was replaced within two days. We highly recommend this unit. We’ve rented in Maui for the past ten years in different parts of the island. For price, beauty, and location to beaches, this is our favorite. Enjoy!!

We enjoyed our stay with Maui Kamaole as we did last year. We like I-1116 a little more than the condo we had last year so we made a reservation for a month's stay in 2024. Everything worked well and the unit is very well maintained and clean.

The unit was very well appointed and met my expectations. It was very clean and had all amenities I needed for a 6 night stay. I loved the ground floor patio and view of Lanai. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were new and used often. I grilled once at the pool. The grill was new and clean. I was very happy with the stay.

We made a short trip to Maui for our daughter's wedding. The unit was very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of beach chairs and other items. Nice ocean views form the lanai. Enjoyed the a/c in the bedroom at night. We have stayed at this complex before and really like the location. The only downside to our stay which has nothing to do with the owner, is the people up above us with kids running around and it sounded like they were constantly moving furniture around at night.

My wife and I visited the island for a short stay and truly enjoyed our time in this condo. It is very roomy and well-appointed. The view was terrific and couldn't have asked for a better stay on Maui. On our next trip to the island, we hope unit I-116 is available.

Dirty from the kitchen to bathrooms I have stayed in Maui Kamaole from 1992 till now but this time was not good. You would think do covid every effort would be mad to clean the place. My wife and cleaned.
