When we arrived, everything was as expected. Registration was easy and we settled into this lovely condo with beautiful surroundings. Julisa was very thoughtful about providing what we needed, especially the beach wagon and gear, which we used everyday! We absolutely loved the pool and jacuzzi which was a short walk away. Many friendly people and good vibes! Kihei is a great area with lots to do and nice beaches for families and kids. We had such an amazing vacation and were happy to have a comfortable place to come home to!

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. Julisa is a 5 star host and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The listing doesn’t lie! There is plenty of beach gear and the cart was a lifesaver for us. The furniture is comfortable. We also appreciated that we could be beneficiaries of condiments etc leftovers from previous renters and in turn leave our jelly etc. We loved the location to the Kamaole Beaches. We also really appreciated the mini-splits for cooling. We would come back in a heartbeat!

We found an enjoyable welcome basket upon arrival. Every so often we’d take an excursion over to Paia, Hookipa, or upcountry Makawao,, Kula, those sorts of half-day trips. Hopefully this info gives the reader some insight as to our priorities in creating such a stellar review. Oh, almost forgot: a short walk west and you get the best sunsets ever at the cocktail hour. Summary: No complaints whatsoever deserves five stars.

We booked a last-minute getaway, usually stay at resorts. Julisa was very helpful, offering recommendations and tips for activities, sightseeing, beaches, where to watch a hula show.
The unit was much larger than we expected, great kitchen space, large master bathroom, beautiful shaded lanai. Super clean and comfortable. The best part was that she stocks it with boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, collapsing wagon, sand toys, snorkel gear, Portable cooler, even reusable water bottles.
The location was perfect, a great sunset spot across the street, lots of safe beaches within a mile or two or even walking distance, some even have lifeguards. The condo had a really nice pool and hot tub area, I think there was a second pool as well. Really pretty Landscaping.
We had an amazing stay, and will definitely be back to stay again at the same property. No complaints!

The unit was very clean and extremely convenient for access to the nicest pool on the property. The host was terrific at answering questions and assisting with plans. This unit has a very comfortable bed in the bedroom. The two couches make into double beds with toppers for comfort. The heat pump keeps the unit nice and cool as soon as you want it to be. The television has lots of choices for all interests and ages. The kitchen was very well stocked with extras for cooking although I didn't use them. The washer and dryer are really nice but even better there is a drying rack outside for bathing suits and towels plus a comfy lounge for reading.

Great location next to amazing beaches! Short walk to the beaches and the we loved the pool! Julisa has great communication and was so helpful in making sure we had whatever we needed. So nice having the beach equipment to use. Kitchen is well equipped. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our visit. Julisa’s condo was perfect! Clean and open layout with a 5 minute walk to the beach and we felt like the pool was our very own. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and hope to be back again soon! Everything we needed was provided for us. Mahalo!

The property was very clean and since the quarterly pest control was due during our stay, the owner gave us a ticket to go to the aquarium which was phenomenal. The location is great and guide books inside are very helpful in planning out a day or places to stop along the road to Hana. We had a great exerience and would recommend others to stay here.

This condo was perfect for us, a family of 5 (kids between 3-8), for our Maui vacation. The location was great. It was walkable to a really good beach and a short drive to some of our favourite beaches. Everything we could have wanted for the beach was included in the rental (from beach towels to boogie boards to sand toys to snorkel gear), and the wagon to pack everything up in was so helpful! The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed with everything we needed and more - many thoughtful touches. Julisa was super responsive and helpful. The complex was secure and it was so lovely to have two outdoor spaces as well as a quick walk to the pool (which our kids loved). I highly recommend this rental.

Julisa was such a welcoming and accommodating host for our first trip to Maui to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday! The condo had everything our family of five needed for our best vacation ever! The condo comes equipped with all of the fun beach things you need, and a wonderful beach (Kamaole III) is walking distance. We frequently walked down to the beach to watch the spectacular sunsets while the kids rode the boogie boards that were provided with the condo. The location is perfect - so many restaurants within a short 5-10 minute drive, plus a grocery store is nearby too. The condo was very clean, and the landscaping on the property was beautiful. We spent many relaxing mornings drinking coffee on the lanai. Thank you so much for a great stay, Julisa!

My husband and I have travelled to Hawaii many times and stayed on all of the islands, but this has to be the best stocked unit we have ever rented. You could arrive with nothing but your clothes and shoes because everything else you need is there! Kitchen had all the condiments and spices needed if you want to eat in, restaurants close by if you want to eat out. Plenty of toiletries, laundry and cleaning supplies (which no one thinks they will need until they run out of garbage bags or tissues). And for going to the nearby beaches - that is fully covered as well with everything from towels and snorkel gear for the whole family to plenty of sand toys for the kids. The beach wagon was a real treat for hauling all that gear from the car.
Julisa was a joy to work with. Very responsive to every message, and the pride she takes in her condo really shows. Thanks again for a wonderfully comfortable stay in Maui.

Overall we had a lovely stay at Julisa's condo. The beach supplies were very helpful for myself and my family. The unit was smaller than other one bedroom condos which my other family members were staying in but well stocked. Julisa was very prompt in answering my questions and was a good host.

The condo is very nicely maintained with a private backyard setting right next to a beautiful pool. Walk to the beach (Kamaole 3) is less than 10 minutes. I was on my own for the trip but it definitely has room for a family of 4 if using the pullout sofas. Julisa is excellent to deal with, very prompt, helpful, and cares about ensuring your happy. Would definitely stay here again.

I can’t say enough about this condo. It was perfect for our family. Good size and Julisa made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. She was just a phone call away if we had any needs. We used her vehicle during our stay and it was so convenient to have transportation to and from the airport. If you’re on the fence on booking this, just do it, you won’t be disappointed. Great location and all the beach items you will need. Thank you Julisa, we will see you again!

The condo had everything we could possibly need for our one week stay. The location is perfect, near the beaches and restaurants but not busy at all. The pool is a wonderful benefit to this condo as it’s literally in the backyard! Julisa was great for checking in and responding quickly to any questions we had. We would 100% stay here again.

This unit was clean and comfortable. It is well decorated with an open concept which allowed us to mingle with each other while in the kitchen. There was plenty of room for everyone in the living room and gave us options between 2 sofa beds and an extra mattress. There were 2 AC’s and 2 ceiling fans to help cool us down after spending the day under the sun. The bedroom was spacious. It has its own lanai. It’s quite serene with a rocking cabana. Perfect place to take a nap.
The complex itself was quiet and the landscaping was immaculate. The condo is conveniently located. The beach is a hop and a skip away. It’s very close to restaurants and stores. Foodland is only 9 minutes away. Julisa kept in contact with us throughout our stay which was very reassuring. She provided a plethora of beach equipment. We used the beach mat, chairs, floaty for the baby, and wagon which prevented us from making more than 1 trip and having to lug all of our necessities.
The pool is right behind the unit which was great for us. Also, there’s a backyard where we were able to soak up the tropical ambience and hang out. We also used the hose to wash down our sandy footwear. There are plenty of amenities. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, washer, and dryer. We didn’t have to worry about practically anything. We, very much, enjoyed our stay in Maui. This unit was perfect for our family. Thanks again for hosting us.

I love Kihei! It’s my favorite place to stay on the Island. Julisa’s condo is warm, welcoming and clean. It’s located close to my favorite beaches and a short walk away from the best cinnamon buns on the Island. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The pool is steps away from the condo and is a beautiful place to relax before happy hour. We will absolutely be back.

We spent two weeks in this condo- 2 adults and 3 young adults (ages: 17, 19 & 22). Great location. The unit is super close to the beautiful pool and the complex itself was across from the beach and close to everything. Sleeping accommodations worked out great-two girls on the pull out sofa and our son (6 feet tall) slept on the futon. Plenty of linens, towels (beach towels too) and everything you need for the beach and snorkeling. There is also a fantastic wagon/cart that was a life saver for lugging all the beach and snorkel gear. The landscape of the complex and the lanai was beautiful!
Julisa was very attentive and available to answer any questions. Love this condo, thank you Julisa!!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is quite large and having 2 bathrooms was a definite plus. You have everything you need here including proximity to the pool and a lovely lanai to eat breakfast at. Julisa was very helpful and made sure we always had everything we needed. Our stay was great. The condo was very homey. Julisa's condo had everything we could need from cooking at home to going to the beach. She had everything in her amenities. Julisa responded quickly to all our questions. The location is minutes to many beaches, food, and the pool is right in the back yard. Julisa was also very accommodating. I have three kids ages 4, 11, and 13. She provided beach towels for my family of 5 and there was plenty of house towels for everyone. We loved making use of the sand toys, surf boards, snorkeling gear, mini cooler, and wagon for our beach adventure every day. The washing machine and dryer was a plus. She even had laundry detergent! We would definitely stay her again.

Julisa’s condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay on a budget. Clean and well-appointed. The two separate pull-out couches were just fine for our kids. This was a great home base for our adventures. The kids loved to hang out and meet other kids at the pool while my husband and I relaxed on the back patio or cooked dinner. The grounds are quiet and beautiful. I would definitely recommend!
