We all wished we could have stayed longer; we were three sisters an one best friend. The condo was so close to the beach, and the beach chairs and beach towels were provided. The layout worked very well for the 4 of us, and it was very clean, plus everything we needed was provided. I look forward to another visit to Maui Vista.

We liked this place!
Pros:
The communication from the management was great, we knew just what to expect as far as soap, no coffee, etc.

It was SO nice to have an AC unit in the bedroom!
The complex was overall very quiet.
The WD worked great
We didn’t realize there was a trash chute, luggage cart and elevator. Nice to have!
We loved walking to the beach across the street for sunset.

People next door were smoking weed (not the fault of this property!)
The pools were very small and very deep very quickly. We loved having them to cool off after the beach!

The location in Kihei was very central and not far from several nice beaches. It is not right on the beach so we drove wherever we went but that could be a 2 minute drive. Not a huge space but it was very well used and we loved having a washer and dryer on site. Both rooms were very separated which was nice. Had a great time in Maui!

Everything was great and as described. The beach chairs and umbrella came in handy. There were also pickle ball paddles. The beach and snorkeling across the street were perfect for us, but the surfing 5 minutes further up the street was so fun for my son. I couldn’t get him out of the water! The kitchen had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

This property is close to beach and food market, parking is free. When we checked in the first day, the sink cannot flow water down on upstairs, I called the office on the third day and it got fixed same day. No shampoo and conditioner provided. The bed is soft and hot with foam mattress on top, AC is loud.

The condo was nice, but there was some flaws. The TV in the bedroom downstairs was acting here and there. I think it got something to do with the cable, and the main bathroom downstairs light were flickering, and also the Lamp in the living room was also flickering when you turn it on. Overall the condo was very nice and well kept. Thank you!!!

This property was just as was listed and fit our family so well. Loved the loft space and separate bathroom for our daughters. We also enjoyed the location as far as beach access and how easily walkable to dinner etc. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Was clean and comfortable. Was not stocked like previous condos I’ve rented (no sunscreen, good shampoo, conditioner, lotion, condiments in fridge, etc) also was quite a walk to the beach (can’t even see the ocean from the unit) probably would not stay again due to these things. Although it did have cold air conditioning and had comfortable beds.

This condo is a great location in Kihei! It’s very walkable to eateries and there is a beautiful beach right across the street. Quick drive to nice shopping and dining in Wailea. It is well equipped and clean. We would definitely stay there again!

We’ve stayed at the Maui Vista numerous times before and when our regular condo changed hands the price went through the roof so we searched for another condo in the same complex. The MV is in the perfect location in the middle of Kihei. This condo was a great find! It’s a nicely updated and clean condo in the heart of Kihei. A short walk to Charlie Young Beach and everything else you’ll need at your finger tips, makes this condo ideal for 4 people!
The condo is well equipped inside (ice maker in the freezer is nice to have). It has great beach towels and chairs however it could use more beach accessories especially a cooler and sand toys (if a young family were to stay here)

We booked this unit for 10 days in December 2022 to attend a family wedding. Lots of the guests booked at this complex, and this was by far the nicest unit of them all! Updated, clean, and well-maintained. The complex is conveniently located just steps from the Charley Young beach, and many other shops and restaurants. 20 minutes to the airport, Target, Walmart and Costco - to stock up on groceries and everything you need for your stay! The room is equipped with towels, beach chairs and an umbrella. My only recommendation would be a small cooler to bring to the beach to keep drinks and snacks cool. Perhaps some sand toys for little ones (but not a biggie at all). All in all it was a lovely stay at Maui Vista 2-423 and we will definitely recommend this property to others! We hope to be back in the near future.

On top of that, Charlie Young beach was right across the street! It took less than 5 minutes to get from the door to the beach! We decided to try a new unit in the facility. We were happy with the unit and layout as it was similar to the other 2 bedroom we rented. However, it did lack some amenities the other place offered. It would be nice if they had a cooler and beach bag to use. More hooks on the lani for drying swim suits and towels would be handy. As well as some basic condiments - I would have no problem replacing condiments or other items used but to have to buy all of that is a large cost for traveling when other condos provided this.

Great location. Pictures are accurate. Full kitchen with some condiments available. Close to the beach and food. The inside bedroom and the living room have an AC unit each. The loft does not but there's a ceiling fan and a stand up fan as well. We would love to stay here again if we were to come back to Maui.

Have stayed at this property on past visits. We traveled with two other families on this visit. All 13 of us stayed at Maui Vista. Great beach just across the street.. Our unit was great. Clean, had every thing we needed. Kitchen items, beach chairs etc. We used the Bbq area on one evening which was great. Beds were very comfortable. Couch a little funky. Check in easy. There are many similar choices at this location. Do your legwork if you are picky about furniture etc. Most owners communicate very well to questions. Would stay here again.

Very nice location. Homie and warming condo. Very comfortable stay near nice beach access. We appreciated the AC and fans, boogie board, beach chairs, and beach blankets that were available to us. Great appliances!! Nice facility; pools, bbq grills, parking lot, elevators. The cleaning service not so great. Dust everywhere. Underneath furniture very dirty and previous guest belongings that fell under there and never cleaned up. Floors not mopped. Our feet turn black right away from walking on the floors. Hairs in the shower. Sinks not scrubbed out. Streaky mirrors and windows. A big clump of hair in dryer. Dusty patio. Towels stained.Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience in this VRBO. Maui Vista is one of my favorite places to stay in Kihei and I’m so glad I found a 2 bedroom condo to accommodate our group! The place was clean, updated, and spacious. The amenities within the complex were great— tennis courts, pools, and plenty of parking! It’s a short walk to Charlie Young beach, and there are so many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

This was our home base visiting Maui for a wedding and vacation. We were very pleased with the location, proximity to the beach and downtown amenities. We could basically walk everywhere locally in Kihei! The unit was well outfitted and very clean. Beauty spot!

Was a great stay with everything we needed. Very close to our favorite beach on Maui. Very nice having a seperate room for the kids and a loft for the adults. Only issues were a few broken things like the main bathroom toilet. Rental company came in once to fix it but didn't so we had to lift the top off everytime and flush manually. Not a deal breaker, would still stay again.
