Maui Kameole is the perfect place to stay in Maui and this condo is one of the better options we’ve found on the rental market. Located right in the middle of both pools, it’s a short walk to either and a very short walk to Kameole park 3 Beach. The patio is a great place to view the sunrise/sunset from. The condo is nicely updated and well equipped. We did find that a lot of the supplied equipment could use upgrading such as one of the beach chairs and hair dryer were broken, but there were plenty to spare for our needs so it wasn’t an issue for us.. all of the non stick pots and pans are damaged which is a health concern as well and should be replaced. Dryer is a bit finicky and requires a bit of explanation but it does work once you know how to use it.! Lastly, we found the spare blankets to be visibly dirty and Had to be washed. All very minor things, but should be addressed/replaced for the price point of this rental.

We spent a week there and would definitely return to this same place. They provide everything you need in a home and more, with a perfect location on the island. It was more space than we needed for just two of us, but would suit a family of 4-6 easily. The showers, bathrooms, AC, beds, pillows, kitchen utensils, beach gear, etc, just to name a few items in the home were spot on. It would be hard to stay anywhere else if we were to visit that island again. Mahalo.

This was the perfect spot for our needs with amenities leaving you wanting for nothing with it's smartly designed layout and close proximity to most of the major spots in the area. The property managers were easy to get a hold of and answered all of our requests in a speedy manner. It was great value for cost and I would definitely rent here again.

This unit was such a pleasure to stay at. The unit was super clean, had beautiful updated bathrooms, had awesome A/C and had a great location. The management company was awesome also. The second day into our stay, we lost Wi-Fi internet connection. We called the management company and within an hour, they responded and replaced the entire modem. We had a wonderful stay at I214 - everything was as pictured and described. We came with 3 young children, and PMI made sure we had 2 pack n plays ready upon arrival which we really appreciated. The unit itself is beautifully decorated with updated appliances (AC also worked perfectly). The lanai has a great ocean / sunset view (even better in person). Even though it overlooks a street, we barely noticed it. I thought the unit was conveniently located with a short walk to the pool and Kamaole 3 beach. Maui Kamaole itself is pretty quiet so if that's important to you, then you will be very happy here. We'd definitely come back! Thank you PMI.

We had stayed at Maui Kamaole previously in a downstairs unit so we were familiar with the complex. Great location for a diver, just across the street from the Kihei boat ramp. This is an upstairs unit, 2 BR, 2 bath, perfect condition,better furniture than a standard vacation rental. Has everything you would need to cook your own meals, keep your laundry up. South end of Kihei, close to Waimea. Slightly less traffic than mid-Kihei, easy to get on the bypass. No problems at all, everything worked. Perfect place for home base as we explored the island.

This condo is well appointed. Very comfortable and had all the basics one would need to relax, enjoy, cook and play. Only negative are the stairs but we managed! Parking was convenient, pool was lovely.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was beautifully remodeled, and the layout was great for us and our 2 children. The condo was nicely updated and furnished, as pictured. Perfect for our family of four with two kids since it had two bedrooms and two baths. Great lanai with table, chairs, and a chaise lounge, and it offered a gorgeous view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Condo was well-equipped, from the kitchen to the beach gear, which included a beach umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, cooler, towels, and snorkeling gear. Location was good with short walks or quick drives to great beaches, restaurants, and shops. Separate AC controls and fans in the rooms were nice. Overall very clean — only suggestions are the sofa could use a cleaning to remove stains and the freezer drawer fixed so it can be fully opened. Easy, no-hassle check-in/out with security code box on the door.

We were very impressed with almost everything in and about this rental. It has everything (and more) you need on holiday. For example there were ample cutlery and dishes so the dishwasher only has to run once a day, and we used the liquidizer for smoothies. There is a very efficient cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, even beach toys for kids. We found everything very clean. Instructions about arrival, access, parking and even tips and info about the area were clear and welcome. The only negative (but not deal breaker) is the main bedroom has no view and is quite dark. Mat from PMI was very helpful.

This is a very nice newly updated condo. Kitchen was fully equipped & a dream to cook in, beds were extremely comfortable, everything in great shape, and a quiet, local feel to the whole complex! 5 min walk down to the beaches and 10-15 min up the street to tons of restaurants and shops. It fit two couples perfectly, plenty of room to spread out! The management company - Matt - was so helpful and responsive for all our needs.
