While things were generally fine, there was some mold on the bottom of the shower curtain and along tub caulk at floor level. The door to the bathroom needs to be repainted. Would be useful to supplement dinner plates and bowls.

I took my mom here as a Mother’s Day gift and we loved the property! We loved having an ocean view room! We also enjoyed the access to the pool on the property as well. The room had everything we could have wanted like beach chair, coolers, beach towels, kitchen supplies and more! Thank you for having us stay at the property! We will for sure be back!

We had a wonderful stay and overall this condo was very comfortable and met our needs. We loved being right across the street from the beach and enjoyed the ocean view. Unfortunately, any noise in the corridor/courtyard outside can be heard from the bedroom, but I imagine that is the same in all units of the Maui Vista. Luckily the neighbors were not that noisy during our stay. The master bedroom mattress could definitely stand to be replaced as it has started to sag in the middle. Having AC in the bedroom, instead of only the living area would be nice. We would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

Overall, great location! Close to lots of restaurants, food trucks, and small shops. Beach was right across the street, very accessible. Pictures were accurate. Kitchen was bare bones, just a few pots and pans, and utensils. Only sparse toiletries provided, needed to buy or bring our own. Beach chair, umbrella, and coolers were appreciated! Had very high cleaning fee, but still found hair in bathtub when we arrived. Hot water heater was a little unpredictable. Overall building was well-maintained. Never had issues with parking.

Great place to stay in Kihei. Loved the view of the ocean from the lanai, especially at sunset. The apartment is larger than I expected from the photos, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, including beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. Everything was clean, and the host provided great instructions. The location was also great: directly across the street from a beach, and a short walk to the heart of Kihei, where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. Would recommend staying here as a base for the numerous beach activities you can do in and around Kihei!

The location was perfect. You're right across the street from the beach. And restaurants and shopping are all a close walk. The apartment itself is exactly as pictured. Loved having the pool too. Really had all the amenities you could need - washer, drier, full kitchen, beach chairs, cooler, etc. It's also a pickup spot for some of the guided tours, which was great. Especially for a 230 am sunrise pickup! Definitely recommend to anyone going to Maui.

We had a great time staying here for our first time in Maui! The place was clean and the in-unit washer/dryer were very convenient. It's right by the Charlie Young beach which was a great spot to hang out, and really close to several coffee spots.

The condo was is a great location for eating, shopping, and adventures in Maui. The condo‘s size was good and we appreciated the beach towels, cooler, beach umbrella, and boogie board. We never had a problem finding parking space. Good experience.

This stay was everything you could possibly need! Me and my boyfriend stayed for a week and everything was easily accessible! The beach is right across the street and there's plenty of food near by as well! The host was super responsive to any questions I had also! Great value for the price! I would definitely book again!

We had a great time, Love the location, the ocean view, it's right across the street from beach, and you can walk and get food anywhere. Love that they provide beach towels, beach chair, I don't recommend using umbrella very old and torn, snorkeling also looks over used and old, Finn's are ok. The bed was comfy, sofa can use some upholstering, feels Grimie, had to put blanket over it. other than that great place to stay. We had jammed pack schedule so we didn't spend much time there. But time we did we had no problems.

The bed could have been a little more comfy and the funiture could use some updating. The couch just isn't that comfortable. However, considering the location, proximity of the beach, responsiveness of the property manager, and what we paid, we were very happy with this condo.

Great condo for our week stay. Some road noise for the trade off of having a great view but barely noticeable with sliding door closed . Beach supplies were very handy and kitchen supplies with all we needed.

Beautiful property maintained well and security present. Unit has wonderful ocean views and very close proximity to many beautiful beaches and multiple restaurants and shops. Only negative would be that the bedroom gets quite warm and living room A/C unit doesn’t really cool the back bedroom. Also, living room carpet stained and dingy. Easy to look past those things due to the beauty and location of the unit!
