Condo was in a fantastic location, a bit dated, needs a little tlc but overall met all our needs. A/C units in bedrooms were a huge plus, hallway fan needs cleaning badly as well as master bedroom closet shelving. Nothing major. We would definitely stay here again

Overall, this condo is great, with good location in kihei and easy access. It was disappointing to hear that the balcony doors were broken a week before we were coming out, but the rental comoany was very easy to contact and work with to make sure we could still enjoy the lanai. Would rent again for sure!

We had a great stay. The sliding door was broken and was a bit annoying. The beach across the road is beautiful. I booked at a lower price so it was a good deal but I didn't think I would pay the new prices.

Excellent location, with an ocean view, and walking distance right across the street from the beach. We love this area of Maui. Overall the unit was above average. Unit needs to be updated. Wasn't enough paper towels, and toilet paper for a family of 5. The sliding door did not work properly and could not open on the 1 side. The company who rents this out was very responsive and accommodating for an early arrival, and extra beach towels needed, however the door was not addressed. There was plenty of beach supplies (ie. chairs, toys, swim stuff).

I believe in giving a fair and unbiased review wherever I stay so with that in mind ,this is my review on 313. We have been coming to Maui for 15 years and stayed in several different condos. The Maui Parkshore is one of our favourite buildings and locations right across from Kam 3 beach. This year because of all the good reviews, we decide to stay in 313, and were pretty disappointed with the overall condition of this condo. This condominium was probably pretty nice when it was renovated years ago, but the furniture is well worn, the kitchen and lanai cushions are very dirty, paint peeling on door, jams, caulking around the bathtub that is mouldy and walls that have not been painted for many years. The mirrored closet doors in the main bedroom are very deteriorated. One of the biggest complaint we have is with the main sliding doors and screens to the lanai which are original to the 50 year old building, they were almost impossible for me to open and close and my wife could not slide the right side door whatsoever. We did have a maintenance man come in to repair the toilet seat and he looked at the doors and said they should be replaced because the track and rollers are beyond repair.There were good points to this condo as well. The beds were very comfortable, the washer and dryer were newer and worked well. The kitchen is stocked well. The TV is a good size and newer as well. The fridge stove and dishwasher were adequate, although the drawer in the range is broken and the icemaker does not work in the fridge. Rentals Maui is great to deal with and took our concerns seriously and were quick to repair the toilet seat and provide us with some barbeque utensils when we contacted them. Overall I would not recommend this condominium as the price for next year has increased to almost $500 US a night and we don’t feel you are getting value for your dollar. We have rented condos @ Maui Parkshore over the years. The location is great and have always had a great time in Kihei. This condo, 313 was very disappointing! We found it dirty and there were several items that we not in working order. First of all, WI-FI wouldn’t work even though we tried several things to get it to work. We had to call the office. The water to the washer was turned off, which we finally figured out after trying to wash a load of clothes and kept getting an alarm. No instructions anywhere. We finally tried the faucet handles that were on the wall next to the stove and that turned on the water! The ice machine also didn’t work, there were a few tiny broken ice cube trays in the freezer for our convenience . All sliding doors took a lot of strength to open and the one to the lanai wouldn’t lock. Lamps shades were all in disarray and tilted. One towel per person, toilet seat moved a couple of inches every time you sat down and even the toilet paper holder spring was gone so you couldn’t hang toilet paper. We made a list and spoke with Cassandra at Rentalsmaui at the end of our trip, she was receptive and had her team go to the condo to correct the issues we addressed. We had been too busy with family to call with the issues while we were there. I had read all of the reviews before booking and they were all positive. Either they were all made up or no one reported them previously. In all, we won’t rent at Maui Parkshore again and we would not recommend this unit! In all it needs a deep clean and lots of maintenance.

Great location and ocean view. Everything we needed was included ie beach chairs and towels, boogie boards and snorkel gear. Although some of the water activities/beach items were damaged and thorough inspection is needed to get rid of and replace them. I also found a pair of two men’s swim trunks in the patio storage bin and wonder how thorough the cleaning process is. My guests and I all agreed that the rooms felt musty/dusty - perhaps from the curtains that could use a wash and portable AC filters need to replaced. This can be a health issue for some with asthma/allergies. There was also a significant amount of dust bunny build up of the bathroom vents and I wonder when they were last cleaned - this can lead to poor ventilation. If not for the location I would have rated this 3 stars based on the unit alone. However for the price we paid, it was a good deal and would consider staying here again if they cleaned it to healthier standards.

Great experience for our third trip to Maui in the last four years. Condo is in a great location, south Kihei, across from Kam 3. Booking, check in and check out process was a breeze. Communication with manager was timely. Condo is solid, plenty of space, has pretty much all you need. It’s a little dated and worn in a few spots, vacuum needs to be replaced, but nothing major. All the pots and pans you need to cook. People have left spices, cleaners, etc. Would stay here again.

The location was great if you’re planning to explore the entire island. A/C could have been better. The windows near the sliding door is broken so hot air came in so it made it hard to keep that area cool. Beach items and cooler came in handy.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The condo had everything that we needed down to a small ice chest to take to the beach for the day. The location is perfect with the beach right across the street and shops and restaurants within walking distance. If we ever make our way back to Maui I will definitely be staying here again.

Overall we had a great stay and would likely book again in the future. However, There were a few things that would have made the stay slightly more comfortable. Although there was a new sponge in the kitchen it would have been great to have a couple dish clothes on hand for wiping counters. Tongs for cooking and the BBQ would have been nice as well as a full size baking sheet. It also was hard to get the bathroom and one of the bedroom doors to properly latch so always had a toddler barging in on people. I did also have to clean the outside of the fridge and handle because of something sticking covering it. Being that a $170 cleaning fee is charged the condo could use a deep clean.I hope this is constructive feedback. Mahalo

The location is the best one I could find in Maui- Just across the street from Kamaole III. Supplies for the beach were provided and were in good condition. Air conditioners were provided for both rooms which made our stay comfortable. The door with number combination was a good too- dont have to worry about loosing the keys and having to go home at the same time as my adult kids. House was well stocked- pots and pa s, rice cooker, washer and dryer, hair dryer, etc. like a home away from home.

We chose this place due to it's beach proximity so that we can carry our blow up paddle boards to the beach each day. It was a little more effort than I was used to but still sufficient. Pool and bbq's are nice in the afternoon when the wind picks up on the beach.

Nice little 2 bedroom condo in an older building. The lanai is awesome. Our family of 5 with older teens had no problem having meals/hanging out on this spacious deck. Great view of Kam 3 right across the street. The area is quite busy, but in a good way. Lots to see at all times of the day!
Unit is well equipped except for BBQ utensils. Decent amenities starter pack. More should be given for longer stays IMO.
Would definitely come back but prices around here are getting out of control. This unit is worth it for the lanai alone!

The beach across the street is great, good snorkeling and good sand. Condo was nice, very roomy, you can see the ocean which is nice but you're also looking out at a big parking lot and a street so we didn't spend much time on the balcony, as opposed to other beachfront properties we've been on with the balcony is a very pleasant place to be. But that's why it's a lot cheaper, still a very nice place and very easy to get to the beach, the property is nice. Also I forgot my iPad and housekeeping gave it to management and management is mailing it back to me!! That is such great service.
