The room was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The complex is like a little community and everyone is so nice! Was nice to have a/c and a fan in the main room and in the bedroom. It also helped block out the noises as the walls are thin and without background noise you can hear mumbling of neighbors. Checkin and check out was super easy! Would highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay here & had a mostly positive experience with one small hiccup. Upon booking, we received the needed info about check in via email. Our flight was delayed so we arrived well past the 7:00pm front desk closing. We followed the procedure for after hours check in & were able to get in our room. We were told we would need to stop at the front desk to obtain new cards by 11:00am. The next am after breakfast, we tried to get back in our room & the key card didn't work. We stopped at the front desk & found that it didn't open until 9:00am. We tried to call security to see if they could let us in our room & were told they couldn't & we'd have to wait until the front desk opened. We had to wait for almost an hour until they opened since all of our belongings were in our locked room. We were later told that the key cards are very sensitive to magnetic things so to keep them away from our cell phones, key fobs, etc. After this one hiccup of our stay, things went smoothly & we really enjoyed the stay. The condo was clean & comfortable for our family of 4. The pull out bed in the living area was not super comfortable but it was ok for the time we were there. It was super awesome waking up to the sound of chirping birds every morning! We felt like we were in a tree house! There was a separate AC unit in the bedroom that didn't have a functional control to even turn it on so it was warm. We enjoyed the pools & close access to Napili beach! We'd stay again!

Fantastic place and room was great. Nicely updated with lots of hooks to hang your things. Also enjoyed being close to bbq and hot tub. Only draw back was people being able look into our place from a certain part of the pool. But not a deal breaker for us! Thanks Leanne for letting us stay in your home away from home. We love Maui❤️

My family stayed here in April 2023. It was our second time to Napili Shores - you cannot beat this location! Napili Shores is a great place to stay, right next to Napili Bay and if you're into snorkeling like we are, Honokeana Bay is a short walk to see the reef & turtles. The unit itself was clean and as expected. I will point out that the location of the unit overlooks the pool/spa. This wasn't a problem for us as things quieted down in the evening, but otherwise you can expect to hear some noise from the pool - again, for us this was not bothersome at all and made evening trips to the hot tub very convenient! My only suggestion is that the unit change from a keycard access to a keypad combination access like some of the other units we've stayed at. This is much more convenient when going to the beach/snorkeling/etc and having to worry about bringing the key around.

We loved this room! My littles really struggled with the time change and woke up VERY early. It was nice to have a kitchen and make coffee and a light breakfast in the really well stocked kitchen. I drink tea and they even had a tea kettle! I was worried that the pool would be loud when my kids were sleeping but with the slider closed you couldn't hear it at all. In fact the walls / floors seemed very thick and we rarely heard any neighbor's noises (huge plus)! The beach was amazing and we saw turtles in the tidepools every day. The onsite restaurants were good but the Gazebo had an hour wait at all times. There is a market and a couple restaurants down the road that were really awesome to go to for something quicker. The only issue we had was that our cards got deactivated almost every day (yes we were keeping them away from our phones). And the front desk only is open certain hours. They did say they are switching to pin codes for the doors possibly so that might not be an issue much longer.

My Wife and I absolutely loved our stay, unit E-243 was clean and newly remodeled. The only minor complaint was the door access card, we had to replace a few times because it didn't work. The on property restaurants are great! also the pools are very clean and well ,maintained.
We would stay again with no hesitation.

Wonderful property at Napili Shores. Clean, well appointed condo with updated interior. Super comfy bed and great proximity to upper pool and hot tub. Short walk to several great snorkeling spots. We will be back to this property and enjoyed our stay very much! They mean it when they say no early check in.

We have stayed in Napili area several times, but hadn’t been to Napili Shores for many years, and were pleased with how nice the resort was, and with this unit in particular.
It was very clean and roomy. The AC was effective, lots of storage and extra things like beach totes, towels, pool toys. Even the sliding door was smooth- rare in the islands! No spare condiments but that was fine. We had a friend stay on the hideaway, and she said it was very comfortable.
We loved being close to the pool, but also enjoyed reading in the shade of the trees down by the lower pool. We didn’t use the BBQs but it looks like they are in good condition and have lots of seating.
We enjoyed eating out at Merrimans, Mala Ocean Tavern, Roy’s and happy hour pupus at the restaurant at Napili Shores. And of course, the Gazebo ( tip, the line gets shorter at about 1pm).
Mahalo for a wonderful week in paradise.

The resort is well-located, very clean, and relaxed. Napili Bay is a fantastic beach.
The property management company is very easy to contact, and having the beach chairs and umbrellas delivered was convenient.
The unit has an updated, fully stocked kitchen.
The bedroom and bathroom are a bit dingy, and the glass louvered windows in the bedroom mean no privacy (sound wise).
All in all we had a great time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Even though it overlooked the pool there was no noise issue for us. Around 8:30 - 8:45 PM is was always very quiet. The condo itself had pretty much everything we could ask for. The only things missing were a couple of beach chairs (and maybe a cheap boogie board). The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. AC was working great, you just have to follow the instructions :-)
Even though there was roofing / solar installation going on throughout our stay, we didn't have any noise complaints. Work was done during the day when most people are out on the beach or at the pool. The resort, BBQ & pool area were kept very clean. We can't wait to go back.

We like to have clean floors and bare feet so we stayed ontop of it. The condo was perfect for the most part however the water pressure in the shower was just awful. This might have to do with construction going on at the time but I'm not sure. If you are a woman with thick or long hair like myself just be prepared to never get a full rinse. All in all we would 100% stay here again though, its affordable, in a great spot, and worked well for our family for 3!

We had a lovely time at the condo. It was very well equipped, beautifully decorated and comfortable for our family. The cove around the corner was amazing for snorkeling. Construction made parking and maneuvering the lot challenging but we managed. Would highly recommend this place!

This is a beautiful condo and well equipped. We enjoyed eating at The Kitchen which is located on property. The grounds are well kept and very pretty. I was disappointed that the trail to the beach was closed and the only way to get there was climbing down rocks and walking around the point in the water to get to the beach. The laundry room is clean. The only real drawback was that it was difficult to keep the sliders open or use the lanai for several days because of the location right over the pool. It was too noisy and sometimes people were very loud until almost 10 pm. It’s a great place especially if you want to use the pool easily.

Really enjoyed staying in this unit. Bright, clean, and just a skip and a hop from the upper pool and hot tub. We enjoyed stopping at the hot tub on the way home from every beach trip. We had read some earlier reviews about the pool noise but didn’t find it to be an issue. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The unit was beautifully updated and well equipped. It was located just above the pool, which made for a fairly loud stay. Also, the property itself has poor noise management: we could hear every conversation from people in the parking lot below, those walking into the next room, guests walking down the walkway.

Nicely decorated and looks like recenty renovated. We have stayed at Napili Shores before and it looks like all units have recently installed Mitsubishi mini-splits and very nice insulated slider doors. Open the slider and bedroom windows for the trade winds during the day and turn on the A/C to sleep and you're quiet and comfortable. Excellent king sized bed. Decora switches and outlets throughout with multiple USB outlets built in. Beach towels were provided, on-site coin laundry is convenient.
