The unit is as advertised. Clean, well furnished and stocked. It's high enough to be quiet - but close enough for easy walk to beach / restaurants / etc.
Love LOVED being so close to the tennis courts.
4th time we've stayed in this complex - 1st time in this unit - this one is my fav so far!

Thank you for the use of your wonderful condo. We had a very relaxing week. The beach chairs in the closet made beach days and sunsets very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed lunches and dinners on the lanai. The king-sized bed was super comfortable for both of us and made for a restful retreat.

The condo is lovely and clean, in a great location. They have lots of plates and utensils and even books and puzzles. The pool and hot tub were nice too. The AC was great as well. We cooked meals there and relaxed.
Minor criticisms:
The bed was super firm. I had a difficult time sleeping on it.
They only give you a couple bath towels for your entire stay and only two small beach towels. We had to go buy more. We didn’t pack any, because it said the condo had and it did, but only two small, really thin ones.
The fan didn’t work right in the bedroom and the door didn’t shut right either.
Other than that, super nice! I’m a neat freak and this place was very tidy and a nice place to come back to each evening after exploring Maui.

Check-in process was smooth, property was nice and well maintained. During our stay there was an issue and communication with the property manager was quick. The place also came equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, multiple beach chairs and a beach umbrella which was great. The place is somewhat isolated so a car is a strongly recommended to have in order to get around (e.g. to the grocery store or some of the more popular beaches).

We were so happy with this condo. It was very clean and everything we needed was provided. I especially loved how organized and easy the check-in process was. The views from the lanai are more stunning than the pictures show. We enjoyed the sunsets every evening while relaxing on the lounge chairs. In the mornings we walked the short distance down to the beach and it was just lovely. Nice quiet property complex with gorgeous landscaping. We would definitely stay here again! PS: the new Robin Bones artwork in the living room (not shown) is absolutely breathtaking!!!

Staying in the condo managed by Rentals Maui was a highlight of our Dream Vacation. The condo's tasteful interior decoration and amenities provided a warm, welcoming, atmosphere with a great view of the ocean and evening sunsets. The kitchen was well-provided, the adjoining space and patio accessabke, comfortable and relaxing. The bed and mattress perfect. The beach toys were a bonus for our beach and snorkling trips. For anyone wanting a great central location to stay with close access to Maui"s treasures, this is the place for you.

Generally great. Nice view from the lanai. The condo was comfortable, in terms of temperature control. Fairly quiet, although we were awakened by the 0100h arrival of some guests on the floor above. Sparse in terms of towels / linens; would be nice to have a few extras. (only 2 beach towels in the unit).

I am beyond happy that I chose this listing. My husband and I had the most incredible time, I really can’t exclaim how much we loved this condo. There is no place we would rather be! The beach isn’t as close as I had thought, but we would drive to a further one any way so it didn’t matter. We were able to go on long walks at night, super safe. Manny restaurants and cafes nearby! The condo literally has anything you’d need for your stay, I would only recommend bringing your own beach towels! I have never seen such a fully stocked kitchen, I was in shock! We enjoyed many meals at the condo. The pool and jacuzzi always had a lot of people so we didn’t get to enjoy, but we came for the beach anyway. There’s a free parking spot, I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore further. The community was amazing and this condo was the best!! I loved it, thank you so much!!

Condo J-119 at Maui Kamaole was exceptional. It was very clean, spacious (two bathrooms), had two lanais, and a very comfortable king bed. This unit is stocked with all the beach supplies you could require. No need to rent anything here. The unit also contains any cooking equipment you might need and beautiful Denby dinnerware. The pools are very pretty and didn’t ever seem busy. We would definitely recommend this property and this ground floor unit as well.

It did not disappoint: quiet unit, stellar views, all the amenities - esp for the beach excursions. We had everything we needed for a 10 day stay - and the appliances were too notch! Best thing was it had one of the most amazing views on the property! We would book it again in a heartbeat !!!

We go to another island today, but enjoying sitting on the lounge on the lanai taking in the postcard view. We’re not strangers to Maui Kamaole. I believe this is the 4th condo we’ve rented here. And, actually, we’ll be returning to stay in another Maui Kamaole condo (a 2-bedroom b/c there will be 4 of us) next week!
As for J-119, nothing but accolades for this unit. Pretty, spacious, updated, and most of all…the view! The condo really had everything we needed. Happy with our choice.

This condo was truly lovely! The location was perfect for easy access to beaches and restaurants. It was also less busy than condos closer to the center of town, and the landscaping provided plenty of privacy. Inside we found everything we needed to venture to the beach, make fruit smoothies, and enjoy a homemade dinner with a sunset view. The condo felt as clean as an upscale hotel. The tile floors and large A/C units kept it comfortably cool inside. We would definitely stay again!!

This condo went way beyond my expectations. I know Maui Kam well as I used to live in Maui. This place was beautiful and peaceful. I had everything I needed with a gorgeous view. I won't stay anywhere else from here on out.
On a side note...I did accidentally lock myself out that first day as the door shut with my phone, my purse, and my printed information containing the code to get in. With the office being closed on the weekend and not having a phone to ring anyone, it made the first few hours challenging to find someone to help me get the code to get back in.

My wife and I stayed here for a week on our trip to Maui. We had a great experience staying here. The check in was smooth and seamless. They updated us multiple times prior to the trip to give us all the details. The place was clean and they have us a starter kit of all the amenities to last us for a week. There is a parking spot reserved for us as well right next to the entrance. There were two lanai areas and one of them had a great view of the ocean and the mountains next to it. It’s a great spot to watch the sun rise or set. The location was great too since it is close to many beaches and restaurants. We couldn’t be happier with our experience here and definitely recommend it.

At the time of our stay the view was wonderful. Beautifully equipped. Kitchen had all the things, beach gear, and the bathroom had some extras left behind which we were grateful for (body wash). We also loved this laid back side of the island.

We had an enjoyable trip to Maui. This property had incredible views so we spent a lot of time on the patio. It felt like a home away from home. It was great having chairs and other items on hand so we didn’t need to rent them. Overall it was a great find and one we would consider staying at again.

Very quiet location at the south end of Kihei. I wish our entire stay was here. We WILL be coming back and will be looking at this unit first. Onsite management and security were top notch!
