A101 is an air conditioned* condo right at the corner on the ground floor and provides quick access to the pool, tennis and park at Luana Kai as well as the ocean. A101 is tiled with cool earth tone tiles, tasteful prints and a mirror over the couch. It has a modest library for lounge reading. The kitchen and bathroom are updated with glass shower, granite back-splashes and modern cabinets. This condo asks you to relax and feel the ocean breeze.
Ocean breezes beckon you across the bright green of a giant grass park and the deep blue of the Pacific. Beckon you to royal sunsets of pink, red, purple, blue, orange, and gold. They are right outside your large glass door lanai. Come set outside and maybe see a whale, local birds, wind topped waves and a variety of ocean sports. Feels like home? We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the ocean, kite-boarders, and sailboats. Accommodations were comfortable and all necessities were there. Location in Kihei was fun. Beach and water were perfect, especially in the morning. We highly recommend this property for a Hawaiian vacation. Can’t wait to go back.

The Luana Kai condos provide great value. Close to a nice beach and a very peaceful area. The management and pool area are great and we really enjoyed eating out on the lanai every day facing the sun setting on the beach. Just be aware that the area outside the resort is not very walkable so you’ll have to drive whenever you want to go anywhere.

We loved our experience here. Ground level room made coming in/out really easy during the day, plenty of space for us to spread out, unpack and make it feel like home for the duration of the trip. The room is right next to the pool and walls/windows are thin so if you are sensitive to noise you may notice your surroundings more, but we loved being close to everything happening.

The most well appointed rental I’ve ever been in! Everything we could want was there - from beach chairs to a whisk!
Fantastic tips from Vanessa, the night manager….buy your alcohol at Longs drugstore, get your car from Kihei rent-a-car. 👍

Enjoyed staying in the Kihei area. The property was nice and very well maintained. Enjoyed the grilling area by the pool and it made nice to enjoy dinners in the evening. We had a wonderful view from our unit. Amd Enjoyed the proximity to the water. When we were there, we did not swim in the beach area since the water was so murky after a storm. But enjoyed the beautiful sunsets.
