We loved our stay at this condo! The location is perfect, the space is well appointed and decorated. However, our stay was interrupted by some rather heavy footed individuals who were staying above us. We contacted management multiple times via text (an option they explained was available via text) and never got a response. Other than that, our stay was perfect!!!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The condo was clean and well stocked. Everything was as described. Check in was easy. We really enjoyed the view of the ocean from the lanai. It was fun to walk across the road and watch the turtles. We spent 4 weeks here and were sad to leave. We hope to come back again.

The condo was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean & perfectly located in town. It's a nice property well taken care of (one of the nicer ones in the area). The pools are great especially the one in the "K" section with a waterfall. You wont need much at this condo other than food/snacks. Its thoughtfully stocked including beach gear, towels, coolers chairs etc. We felt instantly at home here. The only issue we had was very noisy neighbors above us. After 1 call to the mgmt office it was resolved promptly. Much appreciated

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding/honeymoon trip. We were blessed every day stepping into the hallway and seeing the gorgeous view out the patio doors of the lanai. Everything was clean and stocked when we arrived. The welcome kit was plentiful and got us through the weeks stay. Check in/out was easy. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were updated. The kitchen was nicely furnished and plenty of dishes and cookware for all our needs. We can't wait to book our next stay!

This condo could not have been anymore perfect. It was clean, updated, and had beautiful views. Next time we visit Maui we will more than likely book this same condo. You cannot beat the location.
Only complaint is that is it on the ground floor and the people above us were very loud until around 10pm every night. We could hear them stomping around 24/7 which made it a little hard to fall asleep. That is out of owners control though.
I recommend this place 100%.

Relaxing and stress free vacation, Sitting on the lanai in the morning sipping coffee and making plans for the day was awesome. From the moment we opened the door we felt so comfortable and welcome it was a joy to stay and we wished our vacation could last longer. Maybe next time.

House is clean and fully stocked even with beach toys and chairs. The view from the lanai is the best feature though. We arrived to the home at 5pm and was greeted with a beautiful sunset view from the lanai. Would love to stay here again!

The condo is amazing, the view from the back porch, is awesome to watch the sunset!! The place is as advertised, has everything you need and more, even has beach items. Chairs umbrella coolers etc.. we will be back to this place next year.

Everything about the Property was first Class.
Extremely well appointed and incredible view of the ocean and sunsets.
The only issue we had..and it was a HUGE ONE... The builders of the units didn't insulate the ceilings...It was difficult to enjoy Maui when you couldn't get a good night sleep.

Very Clean, and well provisioned in a great location on the property. We've stayed here before further up in the hill and hated the long walk down to the beach park.
Nice to have a big flat screen in the main living room for watching movies.

The unit has been very nicely updated and generally very well appointed. We look forward to renting it again in the future. There were only two beach chairs so we had to buy a third one which we left there. It would be great to have a Tommy Bahama beach umbrella. We didn’t know there wasn’t one whe. We went to Costco.

We travel to Maui once a year for my wife's birthday. Maui kamaole is always our place to stay. Excellent location, love the pools. We try to add one new experience each visit. This year we took the ferry to Lanai, well worth the time. See you next year.

This was the perfect condo for our Maui vacation. It was super clean, spacious and had a gorgeous view on the ocean - we even spotted whales from the lanai!
The condo offered everything you could ever need, including beach chairs and an umbrella. The communication was also great - we had a small issue with one of the outdoor chairs, and it was resolved immediately.
We can’t recommend this condo enough and would definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay at Maui Kamaole #A-109. It was spotless and Michelle was most helpful when needed. Would love to stay there again but would want the sofa bed and patio cushions to be replaced. We will miss the warmth and the views!

I looked and looked to find the right place for my husband, 6 year old son and myself. This condo was perfect! The pictures don’t do it justice. The views off the patio, updated kitchen and bathrooms, well stocked with water toys and activities and great complex! If I had to complain about one thing it would be that the master bed is very firm and then sofa bed is not comfortable. Wouldn’t be an ideal property for more than 2 adults but if your brining kids they’re good! Great place! Can’t recommend enough. We will be back!

We are from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and retired. Now if our dollar would get back up there we’d be back this winter and would definitely rent from David! Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one!

This was a very nice and spacious space with close proximity to food, shops and the beach. It was perfect for me and my son. We used the kitchen with nice new appliances and even took advantage of the grill area nearby for some T-bone steaks! This was a relaxing area with beautiful grounds and two pools which were beautiful. We would definitely strongly consider this property again next time.

It was a great vacation and the condo was great for what we needed. A misunderstanding when we booked the room. On the website it shows two bedrooms that sleeps four but it was only one room and a fold out couch.

Generally good with some corks that’s most likely out of management control. Great location, excellent view, clean and well maintained.Parking spaces narrow, extremely hard to park and get in to exit, most often blocked by adjacent parking space user.

I travel to Maui at least once a year and this unit is one of the nicest I've stayed in. It is incredibly spacious, more than enough room for 3 adults! The updates are fabulous, although the master bath definitely needs more towel racks (there's only 1!). The view from the lanai is fantastic. I typically avoid ground floor units, but this unit's location (& view!) had me embracing ground floor living! Highly recommend, just don't tell too many people, or it won't be available 😉

This unit had a beautiful scenic view. It was decorated beautifully inside and out.
The location was fabulous and it had a well equipped kitchen and great beach supplies with coolers.
The pull out bed could use an upgrade. Everything else was GREAT!!!

The location is awesome. Close walking to beaches and restaurants. The sleeper sofa is terrible. My teens complained about the bars in the bed nightly. However if you had 3 people, one could easily sleep on the couch and be very happy.
