We recently stayed at RM 410 for a second time and found we were just as pleased with our experience as first time around. The unit is nicely decorated and well supplied and the waterfront view is spectacular. On top of that, the Royal Mauian is in a great location between 2 lovely beaches and close to restaurants and stores. Looking forward to our next stay!

The property was very clean, kitchen well equipped and organized, updated and homey, communication timely, restaurants and shopping within short walk, between two walkable beaches, great area to snorkel, beautiful lawn and pool area. But, the sunsets from the balcony were spectacular!

The condo is in a perfect place; idyllic surroundings that meet a convenient town. The condo itself is of a high standard, with every possible amenity available to you. The rooms are spacious, and well decorated; the beds are incredibly comfortable and the lanai has a perfect vantage point looking out over the Pacific that is simply breathtaking. This condo is the new standard of high quality. We loved every minute being there, and if you book it, you will too.
There are restaurants, bars, and even a fantastic coffee/smoothie/shaved, ice hut directly opposite. There are restaurants, general stores and souvenir shops or within a short walk.
The rental company, Rentals Maui, were simply brilliant. From booking right through to during our stay, they were on hand and available. Just before you arrive, you’ll get access to an app that has all of your accommodation details therein. It is such a handy way of organising your stay with the condo. A brilliant idea!

The location of this place is amazing! Plenty places to eat and shop; and best of all, my family and I enjoyed walking to the beach every single day.
The condo is very beautiful, clean, and well taken care of with a wonderful view and sound of the soothing waves crashing on the rocks. I definitely recommend this place.
A small but manageable con, the dryer in this condo takes a long time to dry clothes/towels, so I recommend washing small piles.
Overall, you will leave missing this place :)

We have rented many times at the Royal Mauian for its ocean view lanais and location in Kehei. U can walk to almost everywhere in the beach front areas. This condo is wonderfully decorated and extremely comfortable. Will definitely come again as I would love to see the whales someday!

We had a great vacation at the Royal Mauian suite 410 Apr 15-30, 2023. The suite was immaculately clean and has been renovated to a high level of comfort and convenience. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms were beautiful. The suite is well stocked with everything you need for meals, going to the beach or just relaxing on the Lanai taking in the breathtaking views. The grounds and common areas of the complex are immaculately maintained. We especially enjoyed the roof top barbeque area grilling some exotic Hawaiian seafood while experiencing great views particularly at sunset. Our days started with breakfast on the Lanai followed by time on either Kamaole beach 2 or 3 or exploring other beaches on the island. Our afternoons were full of adventure exploring the upcountry at Oceans Organic Distillery, the Lavender farm and our favorite place in the world, Maui Wines at Ulupalakua Ranch. We went for a morning Molokini snorkel trip from the Kihei boat launch, rented Mopeds from 808 rides and really enjoyed walking through the shops at Wailea. We had great meals at Tommy Bahamas, our favorite place, Coconuts just across the street for lunch and Penny's Pizza, Nalu's and Casanovas in Makawao. We will definitely return to the Royal Mauian next year and the year after that. I would like to thank the owner of the suite, 410 along with Rentals Maui for ensuring we had a worry free vacation.

We had rented a 6th floor unit in this building a few years ago, but it did not compare to the quality and luxurious feel of this unit. Location is A+ in South Kihei; walking distance to stores and restaurants, and just steps away from the beach. We could never grow tired of lounging on the lanai with that ocean view!

This rental was beautiful.. Some of the essentials is the furniture that condo’s have and the furniture in this condo was very comfortable. After a long day in the son, the one thing that i look for is the comfort at night and this met the mark. I would definitely recommend this condo.

The condo is beautifully decorated and it was spotless. We had everything we needed including beach towels, beach chairs, boogey boards and umbrella. The beds are comfortable. It was nice to have an air conditioning unit in each room with their own controls. The sunsets on the lanai were enjoyed every night. The roof-top patio is a great option for bbqing. The snorkeling right out the back was great. So nice to have the pool on the ocean side. The building and grounds are well maintained. So nice to have a beach on either side of the building to access. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Check-in was seamless and the rental company was very friendly and accommodating.

This was our fourth time to the Royal Mauian and by far the nicest and best equipped unit we have stayed at. The renovations are well thought out with almost every detail considered. We would not hesitate to recommend unit 410 to anyone. The management company was well organized and very helpful.

We loved the lanai and the views and the updated condition is wonderful. Very well equipped kitchen and the roof top grills were great. The only small issues were a toaster that needs to be replaced and bath rugs that could stand to be washed. Comfy beds!

Royal Mauian Condos do not disappoint, neither does Rentals Maui in their management of the unit. The condo is in a great location in Kihei, steps always from the beach, dining, coffee places and activities. This is our second time renting in RM and will continue renting from Rentals Maui. Super condo and people to work with!

Probably is just beautiful. 3rd time staying at Royal Mauian bit first time in 410. Just as pictured. Master bed sooooo comfortable. The whole unit is perfect. If we get lucky enough to come again I’m hoping to rent the unit again. And the view… awesome sunsets!!!

The Royal Mauian is a fantastic property, excellent location in Kihei - close to beaches, stores and restaurants. Checkin was very low key, and access to condo super easy with digital keypad. We loved the comfortable, well equipped and central location of condo and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean after watching one gorgeous sunset after another. The property managers are quick to respond to msgs and great to work with. Highly recommend!
