Great location and unit. The building is easily accessible to the beach. Minimum two minute walk. the space was very comfortable and quiet. The only issue was the bugs in the kitchen, we understand that this isn’t the property owners fault.
It was easy to check in and the communication with instructions was very detailed. They checked in to see if we needed anything during our day.

This condo has excellent location and excellent ocean view (especially if you like sunsets). It is very close to one of the best beaches of Kihei (Kamaole I). It is very well equipped too: you have everything you need even if you prefer cooking at home. Beds are very comfortable, even the folding sofa. Beach accessories (chairs, umbrella and towels) is also a pleasant addition. We will definitely recommend this condo to our friends.

This property is absolutely perfect! The condo is clean and has everything you need for a trip. Location is wonderful. The beach in front of property is frequented by many turtles. Our first day there was a turtle sleeping on the sand and the next day we saw 6 turtles swimming within 2 hours! Plus great food in all directions. Perfect place for a trip in Maui!

Loved this property! My husband And I had the pleasure of staying here (Condo could certainly accommodate a small family). Absolutely great location and very clean! Everything you need was provided from beach gear, kitchen utilities, and bathroom products! The bed was comfortable and linens were soft! We would definitely stay here again.
Condo has also been renovated and new floors were put in from original photos we saw when booking, such a great surprise!

Beautiful location steps from and overlooking Kamaole Beach 1. Very walkable to dining, activities, and convenient stores. The room was as described with a pull out couch and king bed in the bedroom, plenty of kitchen furnishings as well as beach chairs, umbrella, mat, towels and some sand toys. Perfect for our family of four.

We love staying in this property when we come to Maui. The building is clean, friendly, quaint and an excellent location. We’ve stayed in several units here and this one is great! The only thing I would say is it’s not stocked with basics like spices, sugar, coffee filters, but that was ok as it’s super convenient location. Also, I love this property management company-they are truly at your service! I forgot my bikini in the dryer and they shipped it back to me! Mahalo! We’ll definitely be back.

Location was beautiful, sunset view off the ocean. Only a 2 minute walk down to the beach. The unit home was nice, close to shops, restaurants and lots of food trucks. Everything is walking distance. Definitely will be back.

Loved the ability to access 3-4 beaches in walking distance. Food is sparse nearby but with car you have ample choices. We opted to eat in, Foodland was a great choice with their food saving program. They were so friendly. The place was clean and what I expected.

Perfect location, and it means perfect. Walking distance to the beach, middle of everything, right next to the strip mall, etc.. Balcony is very nice, kitchen is nice, washer/dryer is very convenient. Can't think of anything bad. We are not tall or big, so smaller sized bathroom didn't bother us at all. Pull out bed mattress is much nicer than other ones I see! Abundant towels, beach equipments, etc.. definitely recommended. We enjoyed the stay greatly.

We came to Maui as single parents (less kids/grands) and left as engaged lovers of seven beautiful adult children !

This is a great property a 2 min walk from one of the best beaches on Maui for kids. The unit is updated, comfortable, and clean. The unit had everything we needed to cook for a week. There are BBQs on the shared top deck of the building. There is a smaller pool which is a great size for kids. This unit has AC which we did use on a few occasions to cool down the living room before bed. There are restaurants, ice cream, convenience store, gas station, snorkel and body board rentals next door, and surf lessons and large shaded playground within 15 minute walking distance. The wi-fi had clear instructions and was easy to set up.
The property manager was responsive, clearly communicated everything we needed, and great to work with.
Our only challenge was the pull-out-couch - as a bed it heavily sagged toward the middle and the head. We put the kids on it propped up with pillows and they managed, but it needs to be fixed. Otherwise it is a great unit and we'd love to stay again :)

Everything with the property was great we loved the unit! Only unclean part was the ceiling in the bedroom has a lot of dust hanging from it. That’s just a suggestion though we loved everything else!

This condo is stunning! Amazing views, terrific location, and all the amenities one could wish for in a Hawaiian vacation rental. We've stayed in this complex on and off for 30 years, in fact stayed in this unit 15 years ago, and can't say enough about this particular unit. The indoor great room and large outdoor space are perfect for getting together with family and friends. The remodel that occurred since our last stay has improved it immeasurably -- tasteful decor, fully equipped kitchen, nice appliances and comfortable furniture. We especially enjoyed chatting around the outdoor fire table after enjoying the sunset each evening, and preparing meals in our private outdoor barbecue/dining area. During these pandemic times, this unit was so self-contained we felt very safe, and were able to feel the joy of vacationing again. Our host was most responsive and helpful and we're grateful for their hospitality...can't wait to return!
