You are within an easy walking distance of world-renowned Kamaole Beach II, great restaurants, and excellent shopping.

Kihei Garden Estates G-102 is designed for casual, comfortable relaxation. Your main living area is open and airy. You can see from the kitchen clear through to the lanai and grounds. Tasteful tropical décor envelops the whole condo in a welcoming serenity you will enjoy immensely. Your living room has a TV with cable and DVD player. This location was perfect for our stay. The condo was just the right amount of amenities for our trip. The location is just one block away from the ocean and close to grocery shopping, dinning options, and a short drive to one of the best luau’s I’ve attended. Centrally located on the island, so that if you plan to explore the island you have various options.

Great stay, close to pool for kids is huge plus. Bedding for the folding futons was not good, No sheets though and not comfortable.

First of all, the location is great. The condo is just across the street from a great beach and the pool and hot tub are a few steps from the backdoor. Aside from that our stay was not enjoyable. This property supplied most of the essential basics and not anything more. There are 2 futons in the living room and only one set of sheets for them and only one pillow case for the two pillows. The bed in the bedroom was extremely uncomfortable and we had back pain during our entire stay. There is an AC unit in the bedroom so that's a plus. They had a nice selection of movies for the kids. Unfortunately the DVD player and VHS don't have any cables to connect them to the TV. The biggest issue we encountered was a plumbing problem in the kitchen. The sink gets clogged and backs up into the dishwasher every night and the sink fills with what appears to be sewage. This makes both the sink and dishwasher unusable. The property manager sent a plumber out one time but when we called back to explain the problem was still happening the next day, our call was never returned. Water damage under the sink indicates this has been a long time problem.
