Peaceful place with excellent beach! Nice, quiet, convenient

The condo is in pretty good condition with 2 air-conditioning units, located almost in the center of the Kihei close by to the restaurants and grocery stores.
We were impressed by the big water pool and good jacuzzi. It makes a real difference and gives a real feel of vacation when you return from the day's adventure exploring other areas of the Maui.
The beach is just in 100-150 feet from the condo but the water may be not always as brilliant as in the stunning pictures. However, the sunsets and view are amazing.
We usually drove 15-20 minutes south to stunning beaches like Makena.

We had a great time staying here. This unit is only a short walk down the street from the beach, which we visited often. It has a great little courtyard area in the back with an open grassy area. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice, with a jacuzzi and grills you could use along with an outdoor seating area near the pool. The area was quiet and peaceful.
The king sized bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, and we made use of the blow up mattress as well as the pull out couch. The "sleep mode" on the air conditioner in the bedroom doesn't work so the unit kept kicking on and off throughout the night. Using a separate fan and my sound machine I was able to cover up the noise. There was also noise from the upstairs neighbors walking around that bothered me a little bit. But I am extremely sensitive. :)
The provided beach chairs were wonderful to use and the 'foot wash only' option on the shower was very useful to rinse off sandy toes.
There are a fair amount of homeless people in the area, but this may be common on Maui in general, I'm not sure. We enjoyed the proximity to stores and coffee shops within walking distance.

This unit was PERFECT. Clean, updated, comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioning worked great. Solid shower. Convenient keyless entry. It was so well equipped too. Very close walk to the pool and beach! The location of the condo building within Kihei is perfect too. It’s walking distance to all the good coffee shops and the Azeka centres. Maui is busy and this place felt quiet off the road, yet central to all the amenities. Even the beach by the condo is quieter than other parts of Kihei which was also nice. Definitely would come back here!

The condo and amenities were great.
The Evolve team was unresponsive and one person was rude.
I tried three times to learn the condo number and how to access it since we were arriving late at night.
Our Lyft driver left us on the far end from our unit.
We were wandering around, dragging luggage in the dark trying to get answers.
The Kihei Garden Estates manager was so friendly and helpful until we were able to find and access our unit.
I would book the unit again but will not use a property managed by Evolve.

Great stay in N Kihei! This condo was one of the best stocked VRBO’s I’ve ever rented. Everything I needed to cook, beach toys, etc were supplied. Great home base for a family. Beach behind the condo is not a great swimming beach but awesome for sunsets and turtle spotting. K beaches are a quick drive away. Nalu’s, our favorite restaurant, is across the street. Beds were super comfortable and the pull out couch was great for our two daughters 8 and 6. Pool and BBQ were immaculately clean and right across the lanai. Knives were sharp! The umbrella was broken so the maintenance manager loaned us his. Everyone was very friendly.
We love Kihei and would recommend this unit to any family who is looking for a comfortable well stocked and clean condo.

We were not able to start at your condo due to water damage. But I will say that Christy was very helpful in getting us to someone else who could provide a place. Christy was very responsive and seemed to genuinely care. We very much appreciated that.!
The only reason for the 4 stars is that we didnt know until the day before we were to arrive at this condo and we were already on vacation so it put a panic on our vacation. Christy did help with this though. So grateful.

Glad we decided to stay here for our Kihei trip! Lots of great restaurants & beach is so close i got up for sunrise every day! Laundry next to the unit & only $1.25. Location is ok…on a backstreet near the beach, but also a strip mall. Didn’t feel safe compared to Kaanapali area we stayed in first. Beach was just ok.

Condo was very comfortable and had lots of kitchen supplies and beach supplies. The nearby beach was very close and was great for walking in the morning. It
s not a great swimming beach as it goes our really far before it drops off. The lanai looked out onto the condo courtyard and was a great place for morning coffee.
Small matter but super important--there was no anchor mechanism for the beach umbrella so it wasn't usable in any type of wind.

One bedroom condo with lots of appliance for the stay. One block walk to the beach, easy morning stroll for turtles and evening sunset views. Also walking distance to the market and other restaurants. Easy location to drive off to the North or the South.

The pictures don’t do this rental any justice. I wasn’t expecting to stay at a place this beautiful. In addition to the place being beautiful it was cleaned and stocked with a lot of stuff. The bedding is better than most hotel bedding in terms of the pillows and the mattress. I was so sore from my travel to kehei and the bed was a delight to sleep in. The residents of the community were so nice too. Being able to walk like a couple feet to the beach was beautiful. I just wasn’t expecting it to be this nice. Also Christy was such a sweetheart. We never saw each other but she texted to make sure I arrived any greeted me. She was attentive when I did need help with something and when I misplaced the key she was so nice about it! I felt so bad but we worked together via messages to find it. Anyway it was a 10/10 I will definitely rebook and recommend!

Nice place to stay in Kiehe. We enjoyed the beach for walking, watching the whales and dolphins and turtles play. Close to many great restaurants. The condo was cosey inside, however not much privacy on the lanai; We didn’t mind though, cause we were out and about 🌴🌈🌞

This cozy condo in Kihei is part of a lovely community of very friendly neighbors. There is a pool and jacuzzi in the middle of the community property and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The condo is super close to many things, including restaurants, several grocery stores, water activity rental places and more. The condo itself is so well stocked: there are pool/beach towels, beach chairs, beach mats, a beach umbrella, an amazingly well-stocked kitchen (including a Nespresso machine), a dishwasher, etc. We loved the condo so much we made most of our meals there. The bed is super comfortable (California king) and the fan kept us cool throughout the night. The wifi works super well. We loved this rental and would definitely come back.

My wife and I really loved our stay at Kihei Gardens. Chantal was a perfect host. She gave us great communication from the beginning to the end. The property was very neat and homey. We had a great first impression of the cleanliness, amenities and a very sweet gesture of a champagne gift. No complaints at all. The proximity to the beach was my favorite part we spent a lot of time there and was able to use beach chairs, towels, etc.. because of all the things to do in Maui we definitely don’t rule out coming back again soon to vacation and Chantal’s property would be the first choice for us to stay.

My girlfriend and I had a nice time staying here. Upon arrival it was very clean and had all of the supplies that we needed.
Air conditioning worked good, nice to have a unit in the bedroom.
The only thing I would suggest is to purchase a full size hair dryer for the house. Hair Dryer is listed in the amenities so we did not bring one. My girlfriend was frustrated because it was a mini travel blow dryer and was not sufficient to dry her hair.
I'm not sure if there was construction going on in the unit above, but it was very noisy at all times of the day and night. Sounded like someone was moving furniture and using power tools.

I couldn’t be happier with everything about this home! It was in an absolutely perfect location, close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas, banks, and most importantly the beach! The home was very cozy, had a full kitchen with dishwasher, comfy bed, pool around the corner, and right outside your front door is the washer/dryer. We spent our honeymoon in Kihei at this home for 10 days and it was absolutely perfect! Chantal was awesome and very quick to respond with any questions we had during our stay. I would recommend this home to anybody, not to mention it was a great price!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is impeccably clean and has everything you could want. All the 'little' extras were so appreciated. Walking to the beach in the evening was a treat and having the supermarket within walking distance was also quite convenient. We will most certainly stay again on our next Maui trip. Thank you for such a relaxing and stress free stay.

We loved every moment of our stay in your beautiful condo. Everything we needed was there for us to use and we were very comfortable. Our daughter and family stayed in another unit on the property. We spent hours together playing at the pool, walking to the nearby beach at sunset and to see the turtles and enjoying wine on our lanai. Our only complaint was that the week went by way too fast!!

Enjoyed the place. Had all we needed. Wonderful to be so close to ocean. One problem was pillows, too big heavy and stiff.
