This unit was a great set up for 3 couples travelling together. One of the few units we found in Kihei with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The location was really good with a gorgeous beach right across the street (Charley Young Beach). Pam was a great host and responded quickly when we had questions. The condo had everything we needed and even came with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach toys. The pool and bbq area were under construction during our visit, however we were prepared for that with advance notice from Pam. We found two of the three bedrooms to be a bit too warm. Pam directed us to the air conditioner remote to adjust the temperature, however we only inquired about that on our last night. Definitely recommend asking for that sooner 😊. A couple things in the bathrooms could have perhaps been a bit cleaner but overall, this unit worked out really well for us and we had a really great stay. Thanks again for everything Pam!

Are stay was great! We booked the place last min! It was great choice! Because it fit all of our family. It’s a plus when there is 3 rooms and 3 bedrooms. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Thank you Pamela for letting us stay at your place it made our trip less hectic.

It is hard to find a 3BR 3 BA so this was a bonus for us!! The space is on the smaller side but for a few days it was perfect. The balcony only fits 2 at a time. Great location (West Coast Hotel next door has great happy hour). Pool was closed for renovations until September 22 so that was a bummer but plenty else to do.

This unit was perfect for multi-households of adults. The three bedrooms with three baths give privacy but allows friends to stay together and save some costs. Construction noise next door was noticeable, but was fine and did not impact the stay. No complaints and great location near ocean and restaurants and shops! We'll be back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s across the street from the beach and the whole island is easily accessible from this location with a rental car. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again. Communication with the owner was fantastic.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s across the street from the beach and the whole island is easily accessible from this location with a rental car. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again. Communication with the owner was fantastic.

This condo is not new and flashy, but we could definitely tell that there is pride in ownership and it has been taken care of. I was travelling with my elderly parents and sister so having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for us. The living space is on the smaller side for 5 adults, but we were outside all day every day so didn't mind so much.
The great stuff:
1) Charley Young Beach is literally 3 minutes away across the street. It is listed in many top Maui beach lists. It is great for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing.
2) The condo is right in Kihei within walking distance to restaurants and shops. There is an ABC store a block away for emergency supplies.
3) Pam was very communicative and gave lots of detailed instructions to facilitate a smooth check-in process.
4) I really appreciated the detailed instruction manual. It took the guesswork out of everything.
5) This condo has a lot of little extras like beach chairs, coolers, ice packs, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one might need. There was also enough dishwasher tabs, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel, cleaning supplies, etc. for the time of our stay. Other places we have stayed, we have had to purchase all of these things so we were very grateful.
6) In-suite washer and dryer was great for all of the beach towels.
7) The beds were comfy.
8) AC worked great in each room. They are on timers which helps to ensure we didn't leave it on while we were out.
If you are looking for a budget friendly 3 bedroom condo, this is an easy choice. Say yes!

This was the perfect rental condo for my group of 5 friends. It was easy to get ready since there are 3 full bathrooms and everyone had their own space. The provided beach/pool equipment was super helpful too! The owner, Pam, was also very responsive, helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was centrally located for everything we wanted to do. We toured the west side of the island one day, toured road to Hana our second day, and had a simple relaxing day on the beach another day.The condo is walking distance from restaurants and bars. The Ami Ami restaurant was really close and had great drinks and food. The Tiki bar had great pizza for a quick lunch. You can walk to the beach, however we chose to drive. The condo was very well stocked with everything you need. My one and only complaint was the air conditioning did not work well at all. It was extremely hot when we would return in the evening. The a/c is on timers. We rented this unit because it had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with air conditioning. Just really disappointed with the fact that they didn’t work properly. I really feel the owners should address this issue if they want retuning customers. Other than that we enjoyed our stay to the beautiful island of Maui.

We had a short 3 day stay at this condo with 2 other couples. The condo was a bit smaller than we had expected, but it was very clean, the beds were comfy and it was certainly located in a great spot!! I would definitely it and would consider staying there again.

We were delighted at the collection of super functional beach gear, including kids life vests, and added 3 kids boogie boards to the collection. Location was great, complex was pleasant and clean. Condo common areas were definitely cozy and wifi didn't work but Pam worked on it. All in all a great place for our first family vacation to maui. Mahalo!

Great! Like any vacation rental, there is a little wear but not much! Plenty of space, lots of information when needed. Kihei is a busy place so the noise can be big at times but this place is fairly quiet. Comfortable beds.

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was the perfect size for my family consisting of 3 adults, 2 teens, and a 4 year old. We enjoyed walking across the street to the beach every day- the sunsets there are outstanding, and on our first time in the water a gigantic sea turtle swam right next to us! It’s close to a great beginning surf spot that our big kids enjoyed. My little guy enjoyed the beach toys and the toy fire truck. We ended up renting snorkel gear because there was only one good usable set, but that was no big deal. The washer and dryer were a life savor! The three bathrooms were also a luxury. Excellent hospitality. We will definitely stay here again.

Our family greatly enjoyed staying at this VRBO in Kihei. It was SO helpful to have 3 bathrooms, and the twin beds (that convert to a King) were perfect for our 16-year-old son and 10-year-old daughter since they did NOT want to sleep together. The condo is comfortable and has lots of kitchen amenities and beach gear, which was helpful since we didn't eat out much. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes and the location is better than West Maui for trips up Haleakala and to Hana. Pam was responsive and the keyless entry was very helpful. We'd stay here again!

We just got back from Maui and loved the condo we rented via VRBO. The location was perfect! We were able to load up our wagon we rented and just walk across the street to the beach. This beach was very swim able and picturesque. The pool on site was decent but really basic. It was awesome having 3 bathrooms for the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped which made it easier for us to make meals and save cost on this trip that way. Finally, the AC was great and personalized for each room. I highly recommend this condo!!

This was a great find for 3 couples that do not want to share bathrooms.
Pros:
- Great Location
- Clean
- Walk to Charlie Young's Beach (great snorkeling, easy sandy entry).
- Tons of beach gear (chairs, boogie boards, etc)
- Well equipped kitchen
- Responsive maintenance and property manager (within a couple of hours).
Cons:
- Air-conditioner works but is locked at 72 degrees. However, I don't think it ever got below 75 in our room. I was somewhat hot a sticky all night and didn't sleep well. Still, it was cooler than outside.
- Charlie Young's Beach - Tiny jelly fish (only sometimes). My friend got 20+ stings under her tankini top with redness and swelling. Ouchie! Wear a rash guard (long sleeve if possible) to minimize the risk. We used white vinegar + calamine (pink stuff) to stop burning.
- Bathrooms could use a little updating but were adequate.

This property is a very good value for a family. It is in walking distance of the beach, with tons of beach equipment. A couple negatives though: (a) if you want to cook there are only 2 large pots and 2 frying pan; and (b) the AC system is frustrating - set at 72 and cannot be changed, and on timers with a max of 8 hours, so it usually cuts off well before you want to wake up.

Our first time visiting Maui, just returned today and miss it already!! This is a great central location within walking distance of restaurants, shops, etc. Loved being a 5 min walk from the beach and we made it our family routine to walk to the gorgeous sunsets each night. Saw turtles at the north end each day. The beach was overall quiet and able to space out nicely vs. when we visited the Wailea resort beaches. Check in and parking was easy, keypad entry is a plus, the complex itself is very quiet and residential. I prefer to have the comforts of home vs. a resort/hotel room and this had everything we needed. Great to have the washer/dryer to limit our packing and leave more room for souvenirs :) Would stay here again in the future

This property is the most beautiful and fully stocked unit I have ever stayed in. The location is a 5 min walk to Charlie Young beach where I snorkeled with 8-10 sea turtles every morning. Lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location near the beach and other activities in Kihei. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were great for our group of 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The kitchen is a little tight for more than 1-2 at a time but that is a good trade off for the 3 bathrooms. The owner is great. Check-in process was super smooth. We had the most fantastic time!
