Loved the apartment where we stayed. It was just a short walk to the beach, and a 10/15 min walk from the grocery store and tons of restaurants. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend it!

We loved the area and the access to the beach. The tub in the second bedroom wouldn’t drain. I understand we were not in a hotel but there was not enough hot water for four people to shower. The floors were not clean and left our feet black. The couch and the tv should be reversed since the only air conditioner in the unit blew cold air on the people sitting on the couch. There was only room for three people to sit comfortably on the couch, the fourth had to sit on the floor or on a hard chair. Also the only frying pan was disgusting. I think it came over on the Mayflower.

No, I have never stayed in Kihei before, this was a great location to be in. We literally walked everywhere. Weather is the best on this part of the island than anywhere else. Couple of recommendations for the owner: new mattresses and pillows. Maybe one nonstick egg pan. Everything else is great! Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

Jennifer’s condo is very conveniently located within a 5 min walk to a beautiful beach and within walking distance to several restaurants, natural foods store, and other small shops.
She had everything we could have possibly needed at her place to make our stay very enjoyable and easy: from dishwasher soap to beach umbrellas.
Can’t thank the hostess enough for such a delightful experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Kihei away from the touristy hustle and bustle of Lahaina. Gorgeous beaches, nice people, and easy access to everything you need!

No, I have never stayed in Kihei before, this was a great location to be in. We literally walked everywhere. Weather is the best on this part of the island than anywhere else. Reserved parking spot was a blessing and the water pressure in the showers was just amazing. Easy to find. Couldn’t have asked for a better/simpler experience. Our family of 3 adults enjoyed a week long stay in this well-located Kihei condo. It was an easy walk to the beach & local shops and just a 20 min drive to the airport. We cooked all our meals in and had what we needed. We really appreciated the many beach provisions: umbrella, chairs for all, beach towels, cooler, boogie boards. There was an AC unit in the living room and a stand up fan which was sufficient. We appreciated having parking, 2 bathrooms w good showers and a washer & dryer. We did not use the pool. If these are your priorities, you will be pleased. :)

Loved that the photos weren’t overexposed it was exactly as the pictures showed. Really appreciated the lawn chairs, umbrella and coolers! My only complaint would be where the air conditioning unit was situated. When you sat outside the noise was unfortunate but a very small detail. 5 stars!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Whenever we're on Maui, we always pick Kihei as the central location where we do all of our adventures so you can't go wrong with this unit. The beach is right across the street, the unit is clean and updated and the location is very quiet and great for families. We're definitely booking here again in the future!

You can walk to the beach and to shops but you really need a car to get around. I would definitely stay here again especially if I just wanted to spend every day at the beach!!

We choose this property for a lot of reasons, but mainly because of the location in Kihei and all of amenities. The condo was very nice and convenient. Being on the ground level was great, as well having 2 bathrooms. We had a great stay.

The property was nice, the set up was exactly what we needed. I was traveling with my Mom and Aunt. The two bedrooms with the bed set up and two bathrooms were excellent. The washer and dryer in the unit was very nice to have and the open floor plan was ideal. We loved the beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and beach towels and used them several times. The flooring in the unit was nice and easy to clean up any sand that came back with us. The location is ideal! Just literally two blocks from a beautiful beach, we enjoyed waking up and walking it every morning. There's great restaurants close by too. It was a lovely place and I recommend it. We'll be back ;)

Property was clean and well maintained, it was on the ground floor which was very handy.
Everything we needed was there, and the layout was really good for our family.
Location was great, right in the middle of everything we wanted to access, with a nice beach a short walk away.
Condo complex had a nice pool to relax in, and community grills which worked out great for us.
Jennifer was patient with all of my questions and concerns as they came up.
If she'd have us again, I would definitely rent this property again.

Clean and convenient. The only suggestion is to make note that the unit is in the first building upon arrival. I’d also suggest adding a bit more seating in the living area. Other than that, perfect!

I spent two months here with my two kids as I made the move back to Maui, and unfortunately the condo turned out to be very underwhelming. While it has been renovated, it’s an old building with much R&M required. During my stay the fridge, garbage disposal, door, toilet, dresser and bathtub broke and I spent a lot of my time waiting for these items to be repaired. The space is small and you can hear every single noise in the building, like water running and when the upstairs neighbors vacuum at 11pm at night! It’s dark and the outside patio is extremely small. I’m from Maui and have stayed in many of the condos in Kihei over the years and this one was by far the worst. You can get much better value for money at other properties.
