We rented this condo when our older kids decided to join us last minute on a family vacation. Great amount of space, nice finishes in the kitchen. Bathroom was very large-seemed to be fantastic for anyone in a wheel chair. The kids report beds were comfortable. They were old there to sleep and shower. They were not impacted by the construction next door. Cute inner courtyard. They did say the bedroom that faced the new construction was a bit warm. They appreciated the cooler and boogie boards. Great stay!

The property was clean and a great location to access beaches, and to explore the rest of the island. Construction was still going on, but since we were out all day it wasn't a problem. Unfortunately the pool wasn't available, but the beach was so close it was fine. Very well equipped, we really appreciated the beach chairs, wagon, cooler, etc. Would recommend.

This two bedroom one bathroom condo is the perfect location to beautiful beaches in Kihei. This set up was perfect with two bedrooms and a pull out couch. My husband and I, as well as our two kids and my mom had plenty of room. Our favorite amenity was the beach wagon and beach chairs with coolers supplied in the closet. It really made our beach visits so much more enjoyable. The pool is very nice and we had a lot of fun swimming there. The place is very clean and the property management company was very clear and communicative during our day. I highly recommend this condo for your trip to Maui!

The condo was very convenient to local fare and beaches. The road in front of the complex can get very busy, so it was nice being able to walk to food trucks and other shops. (For the best food, skip the restaurants and find the food trucks.) We really enjoyed the beach chairs and other items made available to us.

Had a unit on the first-floor room was well maintained. My daughter loved the Pool early in the day we had it our selves. Met some interesting people from around the world after sunset while soaking in the hot tube. overall 8/10 the parking was a bit tight and lots of construction going on around the unit.

No jumping, games, or having fun in the pool. Tell your kids to swim quietly and use ASL or security well yell at them.

We loved our stay in Kihei. The perfect beach-town neighbourhood, not too far from the hustle and bustle of Wailea and/or West Maui, but not too tourist-y either! The condo was perfect for our needs including a parking spot and the apartment (including the kitchen) was nicely stocked.

We enjoyed our time at the property in Kihei. Very walkable to beaches and restaurants. Spacious two bedroom condo with a massive bathroom and updated kitchen. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Having the pool on site was nice because it was pretty stormy a few days when we were in Maui. When we couldn’t go to the beach, at least we could enjoy the water at the pool. Would definitely recommend.
The parking spots are tight, but we didn’t always have cars next to us, so it worked out.

Great location! Easy access to surfing, snorkeling, great beaches, and awesome food. The apartment complex is well kept and has nice neighbors.
Downsides: (1) This year they enforced some over-the-top rules at the pool making it almost unusable to anyone that doesn't just float (e.g. any kid). (2) The apartment only has a single A/C unit and the back bedroom gets REALLY hot. (3) The washing machine sounds like an airline landing.
Overall, we really enjoyed the apartment. These nuances were frustrating given the price.

This was a very nice and comfortable place to stay. The unit is on the ground floor with a small lanai that is open to a strip of lawn, that looks over towards the Coast Hotel's expansion site. During the day construction was happening, but as we were out and about during the day it was never a problem. From the lanai you can see the sun come up over Haleakala and set over the ocean in the evening. The Coast's new building might change that, but for now, it lovely to see.All the appliances work great; fridge, stove, oven, washer/dryer. The A/C only had to be on for a short while to cool the whole unit down. There was enough dishes, pots and pans for 4 people to make do and create delicious meals. Wifi was fast, good cable on the living room and 2 bedrooms TVs. It's just a walk across the street to Kamaole Beach 1, and just a short stroll either way on Kihei Rd to lots of shops, cafe's and such. It was a good place to relax and find some much needed Aloha.

We loved being a short walk from the beach and shops. Unit was small, but we were able to meet up with larger groups at the pool to grill. Right now there is a lot of construction going on around the property, so be prepared for some noise and mild inconveniences.

There were a lot of cockroaches, dead and alive. We had a party of 5 and the pull out couch mattress had a hole in it and would not inflate. The AC is on a 6hr. timer which means you have to get up in the middle of the night to reset it to stay cool. Overall, we wanted a place within walking distance of the beach, which was nice. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

This was overall a great place to stay. It was clean, close to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The pool and hot tub were nice amenities. The only downsides were that only the main room has an air conditioner and the unit was not very well lit.

We enjoyed this property. Located a very short walk away from a great beach to watch the sunset. It is also a short walk to the best breakfast place in Kiehi the Kiehi Cafe.
We BBQed by the pool a couple of nights on the clean grills with ample seating.
With the 4 Of us in the room it was a little tight using the single bathroom but that would be my only concern. Our daughter slept on the fold out couch which we left out the entire time and we still had plenty of room.

Overall vacation was lovely. The condo was great! The property description was accurate, walking distance to many amenities. The condo was clean. We loved it there. The boogie boads were not in good shape, so we rented 3 for 2 weeks. The pool had too many rules for children to play and have fun.. (No jumping, no pool toys, no drinks allowed nearby like water), boys couldn't have fun in the pool with security telling them theyt pretty much had to just sit in the cool water. We were disappointed in all the pool rules & didn't enjoy our pool time Our unit did not have a Safe - Very disappointed. I have never stayed at a condo that didn't have a safe... In the futuree I will confirm whether a safe is on the property. Luckily we had friends in Maui at a different condo at the same time and they stored our passports, etc for us in their safe. I would recommend this property only if the pool rules were more relaxed and a safe was installed. Thank you.

The location was awesome, easy access to groceries and fun things to do all within a 20 min walk. We only had a car for half of the trip, but it was still so fun because the beach was just a short walk away. The room we were in came with some beach chairs and an umbrella, definitely wouldn't have survived without that. A little sad to be on the ground floor, but it made setting our stuff out in the sun to dry a lot easier. Air conditioning is a must, but the unit worked great. 10/10 would recommend.

This unit was beautiful. It was clean with easy check in process. The parking wasn’t the easiest because spaces were too small for an suv but it’s only because it’s apartment parking. The location is great, we walked multiple days to the bar and restaurants. The neighborhood was good and very quiet. I would definitely rent again!!

The room was pretty clean (some random bugs) which is to be expected in a tropical climate. The room was well stocked with all sorts of beach stuff; boogie boards, chairs, towels, sand toys, umbrellas and a wagon to tote it all. Kitchen had all the dishes to use and the washer/dryer was great to have. The only thing that needs to be fixed was the air mattress in the pullout sofa has a slow leak. Other than that it was perfect and I would absolutely stay again. I was sad to go home.

Property is located in a very good beach accessible, restaurants and markets
The issue we had was the property was not cleans, had roaches coming in since it was on first floor maybe. Bedrooms are old and very awkward for bed size, floors were dirty and couch was very old.
Property management company was the reason I did not give this place 1-Star as they were very good in solving a inflatable side bed situation over the weekend.
Kitchen was upgraded and was a plus.
I would certainly stay in this area but would check with company first on condition of the unit and avoid first floor !

We stayed for 4 nights at the beginning of a 10 day trip on Maui. Our favorite thing about this condo was that we could walk from the unit to Charley Young in 5 min or less! Unit had tons of great beach stuff to use, including a wagon that made hauling everything to the beach a snap. Unit was clean and much better stocked than most rentals we’ve stayed in!
The shower wasn’t draining upon arrival, but the rental agency was quick to respond and sent someone out the same day and took care of it. There were some small ants in the microwave as well, but we didn’t use it and they were gone in a day or two.
We enjoyed the pool on property as well, which was a nice break from the beach when winds picked up in the afternoon, and the A/C kept the unit cool. It’s a smaller unit than we’re used to, but for the price we were quite happy and would definitely recommend it.
