Stayed beginning of July until 4th of July. Everything was as described. Checking in was a breeze. The location is perfect! Close to many of the restaurants and whatnot, and across the street from Charlie Young beach. We loved it here. Would definitely stay again

My friends and I stayed here and had a blast. The location was perfect for us. We were super close to the water and within walking distance to lots of great places for food and dessert. There was construction going on while we were there but it didn’t bother us at all. We couldn’t even hear it from inside the apartment.

The booking process and follow-up communication was first rate, making for a smooth check-in and check-out process.
While there is construction going on next door, the condo seemed to be well insulated so any noise was minimal.
Within a few hours of arriving, my father-in-law was talking about wanting to rebook for another vacation so he was as satisfied as I was!
If you do your research, you’ll see this property offers a lot for the price making it a much better choice than a conventional hotel room.

Everything we needed and more was there! Excellent communication. The construction was not terribly hindering or disruptive. The access to the parking lot was less convenient during the day, but it was a small thing overall. Hey! We were in Maui!

This unit has a great location and was clean (bathrooms, kitchen, floors). The view from the lanai is beautiful, and the noise from the construction did not bother us since we were out and about most of the day. It was really great having an assigned parking spot that was close by and the property’s grounds were very well maintained. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen, but a few more towels in the bathroom would have been great since we were 4 adults.
Unfortunately the dryer was not working when we arrived, and was not fixable before we left so we were unable to use it. The AC units also had some mould inside of the air flaps and the one in the main bedroom smelt so bad when it was on that we could not use it. Luckily the unit in the main area kept us cool. It was unfortunate that these appliances has issues. (I think this is an issue of ensuring regular maintenance.)
Overall the unit was great and despite the issues that arose the rental company was quick to respond to us to try and resolve the issues.

Location is great, 5 mins walk to Charlie Young and Kamaole Beach 1. Close to restaurants and ABC. Property is clean and well maintained. Property manager always responded fast. Once booked we were informed of the next door construction works, but it was too late to find a similar property.
Other than that, the property was very nice, well stocked, clean and comfortable.

Condo was exactly as described. Clean and as expected for the price. Great location. The only complaint was the dryer had a hard time drying towels and air drying items on balcony was not allowed. We were able to air dry towel using the provided drying rack so it worked out. Neighbors also appeared to be vacationers and were friendly. Would stay there again- location was perfect.

Construction in the lot adjacent to the condo ( they did let us know this prior to arrival) if you tend to sleep late, bring a sound machine app or go elsewhere. We were up early thanks to jet lag.

The location is amazing. It was perfect for our family of 4, two kids aged 10 and 7. We were within walking distance of a great beach and town. We walked into town many nights for dinner and shaved ice. The condo was clean and exactly what we needed. The beds were comfortable, the extras such as boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella were perfect. Would definitely come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo is nicely appointed and the complex is well maintained. Great location across from Charley Young beach/Kamaole I, and there is even a little bit of an ocean view from the lanai. They have 2 parking stalls close to the unit. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Kitchen was well equipped in terms of dishes, cooking utensils, etc, and had some salt & pepper and a couple random spices. There are nice beach supplies in the unit including chairs, mats, umbrellas, coolers, and even some snorkel equipment. The management company was very helpful when I left a shirt hanging in the closet at checkout, thank you Tony for saving the day! There were a few minor areas where there’s room for improvement: It would be nice if the pool code was given to us on check-in, we kept forgetting to ask. The decor is very nice but we could have used a little more space to lay out our items (ie. on top of bedroom wardrobes, bathroom shelves, etc). Some cleaning supplies in the unit would be nice, we had a bottle of wine fall through our grocery bag and it was a challenge to properly clean up with what was available in the unit. The mat in the kitchen is so dirty, it really needs to be properly cleaned or replaced. The management company made sure we were fully aware of what would be provided (1 garbage bag, 1 roll of paper towel, limited toilet paper etc.) and we did plan accordingly, but 1 garbage bag for an 8 day stay is a bit ridiculous when you consider what we’re paying. It probably ensures they never have to buy garbage bags for the unit though as people would leave extra bags behind all the time when they have to buy a box. Overall, a very nice stay and we appreciate the service from Rentals Maui, they really went above and beyond to meet me at the unit after hours to rescue my shirt. Mahalo!

Very nice accomodations. Comfortable beds. Nice pool, hot tub and quiet. Only 2 minor problems. Tried the wrong keypad when first got there. I was panicking after 2 tries and couldn't get in with the code when .y husband noticed a keypad further down on the door next to the handle that worked. ( It was night and didn't see that one at first.). The second minor problem was didn't know what to do with paper we wanted to recycle. The recycling bins didn't mention paper and we either didn't see a response from management or missed it regarding this question.

Pretty standard 2 bedroom in Kihei. Well equipped. The only negative was floor was somewhat sandy when we arrived, but I realize it is impossible to completely get sand out. More of an issue with previous renters than owner. Really not an issue and we were happy to have stayed there.

The experience renting from Maui Rentals was excellent. I was impressed by their attention to details; from check-in to check-out, instructions were provided about what to expect and what to do. Pictures don’t do the property justice. If you’re thinking about renting, do it! Rented with my best friend for a week long girls trip. Everything was clean, lots of kitchen wear and beach gear available. You don’t have to have a car because beaches are across the street. Convenient parking. Met lots of nice people at the pool, which has soap and a shower. Only issue may be privacy with the slatted/shutter style doors, if there were 2 couples sharing the unit. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!!

Property description was very good and when we arrived, the place was clean and ready to go. The property was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, walking distance to Charley Young Beach which has good snorkeling and a great beach for young families. Polo beach down the road (15 min drive) is great for boogie boarding and snorkeling as well. Kamaole Poolside cafe is close by with live music and great food. Plenty of good restaurants are close by including Fat Daddys, South Shore Tiki Lounge and Paia Fish Market. (our favorites).

It is located across from Charlie Young beach so quick walk to the beach. Only issue was a squeaky bed in the master bedroom and the ice machine wasn't working in the freezer. Nice surprise was the full sized washer and dryer. Has a coffee grinder for full bean if needed. Will definitely staff again

Our family enjoyed this very cute condo for a week on Maui. The location was really convenient and we loved the pool & hot tub area, too. The condo itself is thoughtfully decorated and has everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. We had everything we needed to grill, blender, pots & pans, glassware, flatware, etc. The closet was stocked with beach and pool supplies and everything was easy to find and clearly labeled. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable enough (it's always better in your own bed :) The only warning I think people should know about is that the bedrooms and bathrooms all have slatted doors, probably for ventilation, but it means there is no privacy regarding sound. If someone went into the kitchen in the morning, every noise was magnified in the bedroom opposite. The tv also sounded very loud from the bedrooms. So, make sure your group all likes to get up and go to bed at about the same time. Other than that, it was a wonderful place and we would stay there again.

Exceeded our expectations! Location is great. Close to everything (the beach, restaurants, shops, etc). Very clean and fully equiped. Pool and BBQ are just a few steps away. Plan on coming back next year. Book without hesitation.
