Condo was clean and had everything we needed and then some. Nice touch to have a cooler we could use for our daily adventures. We had a repair issue and it was taken care of immediately. The bedroom facing the sun in the afternoons got very hot! The A/C did not cool down at night to a comfortable temp after being off all day.

Lisa’s VRBO is a wonderful place to stay. She stayed in communication with me from the moment I booked until checkout. The kitchen is fully stocked with every kitchen appliance you could possibly need to cook with, plus condiments and other supplies.
Beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, sunscreen, and lip balm were provided. All of the necessary items you would expect to see at a hotel were also there like shampoo, body wash, etc.
She left several local snacks for us to enjoy in a welcome basket along with a detailed guidebook to follow with check in/out instructions.
We had a few hiccups outside of anyone’s control but Lisa was on top of everything and always communicated with us - the apartment complex decided to shut down the pool for construction after we booked - Lisa offered suggests and ideas for alternatives, plus the beach is right across the street which is where we preferred to be at anyways. Also a water line broke in the complex just prior to us checking in - Lisa made sure we had bottled water and everything we needed for the short time the water was off for repairs. Overall, not a large inconvenience and didn’t really impact our trip.
The location is great, it’s nearby many local restaurants and is close enough to everything we wanted to see. Lisa has several guide books that you can reference in the condo.
This was a wonderful location for us to stay and I would absolutely recommend you consider booking this place for your trip!

Overall this condo was lovely - it was clean, it was well equipped with all the necessities - even a nice supply of coffee, sweetener and cream and a basket of local goodies that certainly didn’t go to waste! Beach chairs and towels are a nice touch and the air conditioner was a blessing.
The owner was very accessible and even went so far as to meet us at the unit, walk us through the operation of the TV and A/C and pointed out some great places to go and things to see.
She was also super helpful about making a go/no-go decision, since the awful Lahaina fire happened less than 2 weeks before our arrival. She was honest and forthcoming about the conditions on the island and helped us make an informed decision.
I will caution future renters that the noise and concrete dust from the hotel construction next door makes the unit uninhabitable during the day - even with the windows closed and the a/c on. It was disclosed in the original listing that rooms were being expanded in the hotel but I was surprised that it was full on exterior construction all day every day. It’s awful!
If you’re 100% sure you’ll be away during the daylight hours, then go for it. It’s a nice spot. But if you’re looking forward to a little quiet time indoors, you might rethink this location until the construction is complete. I’m not sure which was worse - the noise or breathing in the concrete dust. Both were horrible!

Good place for our mother-daughters’ trip. Enough room with 2 bedrooms-2 bathrooms.
We felt very safe and there was never any noticeable noise from neighbors around us. There is construction going on out the living room window. It never bothered us, as we went places during the day. Overall our stay was great, and the condo is well-supplied. No need to bring beach towels which is nice when traveling. Very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We would stay again.

From check-in to check-out our stay at Lisa’s condo was wonderful. This third floor condo had everything you could want for a stay on Maui. The place was impeccably clean. Lisa is a helpful communicator so check-in and check-out were a breeze. Air-conditioning worked well in all rooms. Beds were comfortable. The parking stall was close to the unit. And Charley Young beach is literally 100 steps away! All in all a great base from which to explore Maui.

My sister and I rented this property for 2 weeks and it was great. It was very clean and it had all of the necessities we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed a few meals in the suite. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and shops and the beach was right across the road. I would highly recommend this property. The pool could use a little maintenance- the umbrellas didn’t tilt and the gate to the pool is disgustingly dirty. The pool and hot tub were both crystal clean.

The view wasn’t great as we looked upon construction site and big yellow bulldozers, it otherwise the unit was great and location excellent.
We moved on to another place in Lahaina, and now we miss this unit and it’s amenities. Would return.

I would suggest to add 2 umbrellas and an ice chest. Some beaches dont have much shade and an ice chest would be amazing for longer trips (like road to Hana).
Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Lisa communicated well replied quickly. Mahalo!

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. We have stayed in many other condos in the Kihei area and this was one of the best. Unit was modern, clean, spacious (3 people) and all the amenities needed and more were available. Location is very convenient with the beach across the street and from the lanai, we could watch the beautiful sunset each evening. Lots of great eateries within walking distance. Easy check in/out process, keyless entry and host Lisa was informative and easy to work with.

The unit was very clean and everything was in working order. The unit was big enough for 4 adults to fit comfortably. Definitely recommend booking Lisa’s unit and would stay again!

We really enjoyed our time at Lisa’s apartment. It had everything we needed, super clean, great wifi, loved the view and separate bedrooms. I went with my mom and boyfriend so it was nice to have a few wall between the different rooms for privacy. Lisa was super responsive and quick to help! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

This place is true gem of a condo in Kihei - do not hesitate to book it if it's available!! Lisa's home is extremely clean, spacious enough for an entire family of 4, and centrally located in South Maui - right across the street from one of the best swimming and sunset beaches in the area. Lisa is a very thoughtful, organized, and beyond accommodating host who provided just about everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including extra linens, toiletries, beach gear, laundry and dishwasher pods, cooking utensils/spices, fresh towels, and more. She was quick to answer all of our questions right away, checked in with us to make sure we were doing okay, and even included a warm welcome gift and letter upon arrival! The unit itself includes an AC in every room, in-unit washer/dryer, two separate bathrooms, a pool + jacuzzi, elevators, assigned parking, and your own private balcony with a partial ocean view! What more could you need? We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend Lisa's beautiful home to any traveler in Maui. We will definitely be coming back here again in the future! :)

This is a beautiful condo, the owner Lisa is very hands on. We had a problem with ac, within 30 mins an ac tech arrived and also owner. Lisa was delightful and even helped us plan a trip. She also left a folder with all the best restaurants etc in it. You can walk to beach and little restaurant next door Ami Ami which serves a great breakfast. After touring the island S Kihei is a great spot. For the ladies the clothing boutique Mahina is an amazing reasonable price store. I would definitely come back to Maui and this condo. Mahalo Lisa 😊

This property was perfect for our group of two couples. Owner was very easy to communicate with and really has the space organized well. The location across the street from the beach was perfect for us and it is really close to everything. The split AC system is awesome and we were all very comfortable here. Would stay again for sure!
