I have stayed in different units several times. This unit was updated and clean. The air conditioner is probably in need of replacement. It was a little warm at times after being away and then wanted it to cool off the unit.
Nice walk in shower. comfy bed.
Nice washer/dryer unit my inky issue was I needed to use a small footstool to reach the controls on the dryer.
.Pool and hot tub are two excellent amenities always well kept and very njce to have.
Beach is right across the street.

We had a wonderful time in Maui! This condo was perfect for our family. It had plenty of toys, a well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. Location is centrally located. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed the location of this property. It was quiet, except for the traffic noise during the day. The location across from the National Humpback Whale Sanctuary was perfect. We could watch the sunset from the beach across the road and usually see sea turtles resting at the shore.
The only correction I would ask the property owner to make is, if you are going to advertise a TV in the bedroom, please put one there. There is NOT one there, which didn't matter to us, but I am sure it does to some people. OR remove it from your description of property amenities.
We would stay there agaIn. Aloha!

Having the pool and hot tub was a great addition to this trip, being able to escape the sand and waves to a 3ft to 6ft deep pool was great for our 3 and 8 year old.
The Condo complex is in a fantastic location, close to shops and restaurants but not so close that you feel like you are in a busy area.
The complex is well cared for and the living quarters were in great condition as well.
Being able to make our own meals and do laundry in the condo was also amazing with small kids.

This was our 6th stay at KBV although in other units. We stayed 4 weeks. This unit did not have a TV in the bedroom as listed. The kitchen and bathroom were updated from the photos but the towels, kitchen linens, sheets (100 % polyester!) and pillows all need to be replaced. The complex is getting old so they replaced the roof and pool structure while we were there--noisy & unpleasant. Problems with getting propane so hot tub not working. But worst was the flashflood. 2 feet of water and mud in the parking lot. And this was the third flood since September. Will be finding a new place to stay.

And since we got in after business hours we couldn't get ahold of anyone to clarify. But the condo itself was really nice, perfect size, comfy bed, had everything we needed.

overall it was good experience. but few suggestions. we stayed 8 nights in maui and everyone know that its so hot but bedroom has no AC only one AC is located in hall. so not a single night we slept well because fan is not enough

Very clean and well stocked condo. I know people prefer ocean-view condo(s), but even though this is a garden-view condo, the beach is practically a few yards away. It’s quite and peaceful, we had a home away home experience. We got to see green turtles resting in the beach across the house. This is very close to a lot of other lovely beaches.

Extra thick mattress on sofa bed was greatly appreciated. Found adequate cooking and cleaning supplies. We are Girl Scouts so we left it better than we found it…sorta. We turned on the dishwasher and washing machine before we left. I hope someone puts it in the dryer quickly!

We stayed at this place for 1 week. Location was very convenient. Off a busy street but we didn't have noise problems. There's a fish pond across the street where we saw turtles every afternoon.
The unit itself was clean and had so many useful items such as beach umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler, towels, vacuum, among other things. We have no complaints and we'd definitely stay here again in the future.

The property was great! The management company was responsive and kind. The permanent neighbors of the condo were lovely and we were lucky they had dear children that played with our child. The location was a bit out of the way of larger beaches and restaurants, but we had a lovely quiet beach with turtles to enjoy.

We loved staying here, it was big enough to accomodate all our needs but small enough to be comfortable. There were dishes for anything that anyone could need and the pool was fantastic. It was perfectly clean as well. The only troubles we had were: it's a bit difficult to open the curtains in the bedroom, the road noise (but that can't be helped), and the shower curtain is on a tension rod instead of the rod being securely hung onto the walls. But the beach is right across from the condo and we'd love to stay here again in the future! Overall, an amazing stay that we hope to replicate in the future!

Overall, it’s nice and quiet location. The room is clean and neat. Especially, they have beach chairs, water shoes, coolers, needle floats, etc available in its walking closet! Very convenient!

It was super clean. Looking through the pictures wasn't exactly what I thought. It was renovated which is nice. The Lanai wasn't clean unless you want to sit out there. They had beach chairs in the closet and underneath the bed. I just want to let you know one of the life jackets were dirty and had this weird black short hairs on it. So clean the life jacket before trying them on. Overall, everything was good about the place. I would definitely rent this place again.

The place was very clean. The beach is just across a two lane street very convenient for that early morning swim, and not too mention the turtles. Townhouse had all you needed for a very relaxing stay. The grounds are well maintained and quite. I would stay there again when going to Maui

We loved being right across from the beach in quieter section of Kihei. There is an ancient Hawaiian pond there too that was perfect for our toddlers. If you go early in the morning, you can see lots of sea turtles!
The condo was clean and comfortable. Thanks for the extra mattress on the pullout couch. It made it extra comfortable. The pool was a hit with the kids and we even got to use the grills.
