Very easy to completely relax in this condo. Nicely decorated and furnished for even beach activities. Complex pool/jacuzzi/bbq are very nice and within easy walking distance. Beach access is terrific with either a car beach pass or as a walking path across the lava then the golf course and around a bend. (There was no need to even communicate with property manager so 1* just because entry had to be filled in to complete survey.)

We spent a week here and absolutely loved it. My husband and I and another couple - we loved having two "master suites". The Lani was a dream, new furniture and an amazing view. Could walk to the pool or the beach club easily. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than I have in my house at home and the main closet had coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. Hope to return soon!

This was a beautiful property with views of the golf course and ocean. Perfect for 2 couples. Two improvement points which I was not aware of until checking in. Air regulated at 72 degrees which sometimes left us a little warm in the condo especially in the bedroom close to the front door. Opening the patio door and using fans helped to cool but never really cooled this one bedroom. The second point was the hot water which was also regulated. I like to take hot showers and only was able to enjoy warm showers. I get it. Trying to save money but for a condo in this price range, I would prefer to control. Al in all, condo very nice. Beds very comfortable and having beach chairs and cooler available for the beach was nice. Jason also allowed us to stay until we left for our flight which was at 10 pm so that was helpful and allowed us to enjoy even more sun before departing. Jason was also very responsive to my emails and helpful with info on the volcano.

The unit is nicely decorated and has nice amenities. I appreciate that they have beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear and all of the necessities for a nice beach day in the unit to use. When we had a parking issue we called the manager (?), he picked up even on a Sunday and got the issue resolved. We had a great time in Hawaii and staying in this unit helped making our stay even better. We'll definitely come back.

The view from the lanai and this spacious condo exceeded our expectations. We found the beds incredibly comfortable. The condo had everything we needed from the kitchen to beach supplies. The complex and ground were peaceful and quiet. Jason was great to deal with and had a quick response to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was spacious and well equipped. Anything we needed for cooking was there. The view and the community were wonderful. The one thing that kept it from being a five was the showers. The main bath shower wouldn’t get hotter than a Luke warm water and we had to use the guest bathroom as our main shower, it was much smaller and inconvenient.

My family of four (one teen, one pre-teen) absolutely loved staying here for our family vacation, which was our first trip to Hawaii. The condo itself was true to the pictures and it came with great amenities (including beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs). The view, setting, and Mauna Lani resort area was absolutely beautiful. We watched humpback whales from the lanai, snorkeled, explored the grounds, and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Jason was a great host - very responsive and helpful with any questions. I would return in a hearbeat.

Spacious condo with beautiful ocean views and huge lanai with ceiling fan for relaxing morning coffee and evening wine. Really appreciated the well equipped kitchen, cleanliness, fluffy towels, and ample beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, beach towels, noodles), beautiful decor, and of course the access to the Beach Club and Mauna Lani amenities. We hope to be back soon!

The property lives up to the billing! There is plenty of room to relax, the house is well stocked, and the views from the lanai are incredible. We loved being able to walk to the beach. The house is very quiet, yet with easy access to lots of things to do. We hated to leave!

We rented this unit as a pre-wedding place to gather and post-wedding honeymoon spot. It worked great for both...large enough to host a few people, and classy and private enough for a fine honeymoon. The view is as shown...just gorgeous for morning whale watching. The walking/hiking path is steps from the door, and Napua Beach Club is an easy walk. Jason, the owner's agent, was very kind and helpful throughout. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again, or to work with Jason on a rental or purchase.

We loved A205. The sweeping view is more beautiful than the photos show. It was roomy, quiet and very clean. We enjoyed eating at Tommy Bahama's & Lava Lava. Recommend Volcano National Park and eating in the Volcano House restaurant there. Loved the high cattle country road (250) from Waimea to Hawi. Saw the full orange moon set into the ocean early one morning. We couldn't have asked for more and hope to return.

This is a lovely unit in a gorgeous resort. Views and unit as pictured. Very, very clean and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen and beach/linen closets. Lighting in guest bathroom is quite dim and challenging, this could be improved upon. There's also no AC in bathrooms, so it can get stuffy drying hair/doing makeup. We did have challenges with the 'smart' a/c thermostat but the response from Jason was outstanding. Jason greeted us to walk us through the unit and was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would rent a property from him anytime!!! As a suggestion, battery operated candles for the lanai would be wonderful. We hated to turn on any lights and detract from the stars, but some ambiance lighting would be lovely. The lanai was our favorite spot for breakfast and nightcaps.

Great two bedroom condo in fantastic upgraded condition. Owner has included lots of extras such as beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, etc. Fully equipped kitchen has nice items such as double ovens, newer pots and pans, and even a juicer. Only minor items that were missing were a crock pot for the kitchen and 1-2 boogie boards. Only real negative was the fire alarm in the unit went off at 1:00 a.m. one morning and lasted for ten minutes. Never happened again but was still concerning. The property manager Jason was very helpful from the initial booking all the way through our checkout.

This is as good as it gets. The agent, Jason, makes everything extremely easy--attentive and responsive then leaves you alone; the location is picture perfect pretty and quiet; peace and beauty reign. And the view. We were here 5 days and must have said 300 times--'wow, can you believe this view' or some version of that. You won't get tired of seeing or saying 'can you believe this?'. The condo is well laid out, and well appointed. Great kitchen with supplies. You need a car [or golf cart] to get around.

The property was immaculate and very nicely set up for two couples. We mostly enjoyed sitting outside on the lanai until it got too windy! If you are a snorkeler there is great access to a spot just across the golf course as well as from the Mauna Lani beach club.
Jason was a pleasure to work with, very cooperative and responsive. The unit has beach chairs, extra towels, beach toys and a fully stocked kitchen.

We enjoyed the quite (except once, when they did the lawn in front of the house at 7.30am) location. It is close to shops and a beautiful small beach. The view over part of the golf court towards the sea is just amazing.
