This beautifully remodeled unit is located on the corner of Building 3 in the lovely Maui Vista complex. This spacious condo has extra windows that provide plenty of natural light and it is slightly larger than our regular one bedroom condo. You’ll enjoy all the benefits of an extremely private suite with the convenience of being close to plenty of island entertainment!

This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, for those who love nothing more than cooking their own gourmet meal. The kitchen itself is an experience with custom cabinets, beautiful granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. There’s no need to go to a laundromat as you’ll be able to do your own laundry on-site with our brand-new stacked washer and dryer set! Enjoy a relaxing day indoors with a Flat-Screen TV, free Wi-FI, and as an extra bonus, a Roku that includes the NHL game center so you never miss a hockey game! You’ll be sleeping in style on our King size bed and high-quality linens. We also provide you with not one, but two air conditioners to help combat those hot Maui nights.
The complex has a total of three buildings and each building has its own pool & tennis courts, which means you never have to worry about overcrowded amenities. This spacious complex is approximately 8.8 acres with lots of parking available all year round.
Unit 3-213 is close to the pool and lively tennis courts. It’s also just a 10-minute walk away from the scenic white sand beaches of Charlie Young, Kam I, II & III. as well as numerous restaurants and shops. Forgot your beach equipment? No worries, we provide you with your own beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler!
Nothing is too far from Maui Vista! If your perfect day includes golfing, you’ll enjoy the famous Wailea golf course, which is less than 10 minutes away. If an adventure abroad is more your style, try walking to Kihei Boat Landing or drive less than 20 minutes to Maalaea Harbor where you can catch a boat to go snorkeling, scuba diving, whale watching, or treat yourself to a relaxing sunset cruise.

We enjoyed a very pleasurable and relaxing experience in Kihei. Our host was most thoughtful and kind, and our accommodations were just right for the two of us. I enjoyed staying at this property. The rooms were just as described and it was walking distance to the beach, across the street. You could also walk to places to eat/drink or even a grocery store was only 0.5 miles away. Was able to see a few sunsets and sunrises while here on the island checking off another of my National Parks, it was number 58 of 63. If I get back to Maui I will surely look up and see if this property is available to stay here once again.

We had a nice stay in this condo right across the street from Charlie Young beach. The unit was clean and the AC in the living and bedroom were nice in the late afternoons when we came back for lunch after a morning of fun. The pool was nice to lounge around when the wind picked up our first couple of days.

This was the perfect stay for my boyfriend and I. It was a beautiful condo but I think the best part was the less than 5 minute walk to the beach! The pool was also great because it gave a nice break from all the salt water swimming :) Malinee was super attentive and quick to respond! Highly recommend this place.

This was a great property and a perfect, quiet location. It was a short, five to ten minute walk to Charley Young Beach. Very clean and had all the amenities for a great stay. I spent two nights here, and found it to be a great location for getting to beaches, restaurants and shops. I could walk to the beach for sunset or sit on my deck and watch the world go by. The unit was lovely, with plenty of space to relax, a well-appointed kitchen, and great deck. It was clean and worked perfectly for my stay.

We loved the location as Charlie Young beach was right across the street. Lots of activities all around. I was told this is an older property but it didn’t seem like it. The pics don’t show well but the flora view around the tennis courts from the balcony was magnificent! Flowers, flowers and more flowers. also well stocked!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is an older building but the grounds were well maintained and the unit has been remodeled with a new bath and kitchen, which were very nice. We enjoyed the small pool and it was never very crowded. Parking was convenient and one could easily walk to the beach across the street. The location is near many restaurants and different beaches.

My husband and I love Maui and this is our second time staying in this unit. It's a great location, this year we didn't rent a car as Maui Vista is less than 5 minute walk to Charley Young beach and very close to all the local Kihei restaurants we love. This unit in particular has a great view and is well stocked with beach chairs/activities, kitchen supplies and more!

The location is what you want. The condo is nice and clean. It has everything you need plus things dont even know you need like washer and dryer which are really helpful after a day of driving to Hana. Check in and out are easy. Nice clear view from the balcony. The condo feels safe. The only problem might be parking lot which is not big enough for all tenants i think. So i kinda had to keep in mine if i take my car out late at night, i might not find a parking when i come back. But the area is very walkable. What i did just make sure to park my car before 7pm then walk everywhere which is a nice stroll along the beautiful beach anyway. All the beach chairs and cooler are very nice to have. Malinee is very easy to get in touch with. Highly recommended i would totally stay here again

Location was good. Patio was good. The hallway light should come on earlier, when we arrived it was dark and we had to use a flashlight to enter the code. Good shower head. Need more plugins in bedroom. TV operating instructions were awful, please rewrite them.

The condo was very pretty. It had a nice view of the ocean. The bed was harder then we are use to but did not prevent us from sleeping. There is a beach right across the street which was very nice since we did not rent a car. with the location of the property we did not need to rent a car everything we were interested in was walking distance.

This condo is wonderfully decorated, very modern Hawaiian with a very nice peek-a-boo view of the ocean. The location in the complex is good with the BBQ near by and the pool right in front, a few buildings back from Kihei Road so nice and quite and a very short walk to Charlie Young Beach. What impressed me the most was the detail in how the condo was stocked. Kitchen is very well equipment and basic cooking items such as sugar, oil, spices were available. Everything you can think of to take to the beach was in the closet, beach chairs, towels, bags, coolers etc. There is a tennis court in the complex and the owners have provided rackets and balls. I found the discount cards to all the grocery stores and the "green" in me appreciated the grocery bags. There was only one thing that quite disappointing; the bed was not the most comfortable but acceptable however the pillows were in very bad shape and so rest for us was not so comfortable. An email to the manager regarding the matter had no response and so for that reason I couldn't give this condo a full rating. A rack in the shower area would also have been helpful for shampoos and other items. Overall, I would recommend this condo, we really did enjoy our time there and as long as the quality of the mattress and pillows improved we would defiantly stay again. Best calamari: Kinaole Grill Food Truck (just a few blocks 77 Alanui Kealili Drive) And Monkey Pod for dinner! Make reservations and do try Kiawe Grilled Ahi Steak and absolutely save room for the Strawberry Cream Pie. Aloha Brad and Michele from Victoria, BC, Canada

We could not have asked for better lodging. The beach is about a 5-minute walk from the condo and the unit had everything we needed for the beach. The owners must have recently done some updates to the condo because it was even better than the VRBO pictures. The walls are now a nice happy yellow. The bathroom especially looks updated compared to the photo, except for the shower tiles so they must have done some improvements since the last reviewers stayed here. The condo was totally clean and everything worked. As another reviewer mentioned, the complex is peacefully quiet. Oh, and the owners must really pay attention to the reviews because they now have 3 tennis racquets and a screw-in beach umbrella. Malinee the property manager was great to work with. We will definitely be booking this unit again next year. Highly recommend.

A comfortable condo in a great location! Maui Vista is very convenient, a short walk to Charley Young Beach. Building 3 was quiet and parking is easy. We didn't play tennis but the courts looked good. The condo overlooks the pool and courts. It's on the 2nd floor and is private with some ocean views. The real key for this unit is the corner location, which means the bedroom window faces the exterior (parking lot) and not a walkway. It's had a decent reno with new kitchen and appliances, including washer dryer. The furniture has been updated and is comfy, and there is a king bed. The bathroom is dated but perfectly functional. The place is stocked with everything you'll need for cooking, and trips to the beach. The owners provide plenty of towels, the cool backpack chairs, and a roller cooler if you need it. They should consider buying the durable screw-in umbrellas and a couple of tennis racquets to complete the package. Their property manager, Malinee Carosso, is fantastic! Thanks for a wonderful 2 week stay

I was afraid the view would not meet expectations because listings often post extremely zoomed in photos of the view, but this view was for real. I am guessing you could see whales during whale season. We loved sitting out on the lanai for our meals and soaking in the amazing view! Bottom line, we thought this was an incredible value (we are adventurous budget travelers) given all the amenities, the updates to the unit, and the ocean view! Also, the unit was immaculate. Before this trip was even over, we booked a week-long stay at this condo for later this year!! Cannot wait to return for a longer stay because we did not want to leave this place! Malinee, the property manager, was super helpful and friendly. We had also read positive reviews about her ahead of time on other properties she manages. The location of this place was awesome. We just packed up the provided rolling cooler and walked across the street to Charley Young beach. When we forgot to bring a bottle opener for beer, it was no big deal to walk back to the condo to grab one (the owners should attach one to the cooler). We could also easily walk to groceries and restaurants (Kihei Caffe is super handy for brekkie). The other bonus is that this unit is in a building that is far enough away from Kihei Rd so you don't hear any road noise. And the place was so quiet in general. We thought we would hear a lot of noise from the large group of youth swimmers staying in our building, but we could almost hear a pin drop (except the landscape workers on Tuesday)! We also made good use of the tennis courts. The on-site security person helped us get a key since the office was closed on the weekend so be aware of that if you arrive on the weekend and want to play tennis. The kitchen was awesome and had everything we needed and more. Even an electric kettle was provided. One of my pet peeves is not having a blender for making my obligatory pina coladas This unit had a blender that handled the task easily! Hello delicious! The bathroom had updated vanity and sink (although the drawers were sticky, but who cares, right?) Not a fancy bathroom, but super clean. And, finally, the bed was firm and comfy. Even though the weather was in the 90s, we never needed the air con. It was all good!! Do not hesitate to stay here.
