The property is well kept. The condo we stayed in was dated and the bathrooms could use some major updating. The place was spacious enough and the kitchen had updated appliances and everything we need to prepare our meals. Overall very comfortable for our needs.

Great location, friendly people, especially Molly the manager. . They need to have brochures of activities to do on the island along with maps. Salt and paper would be nice to have in the kitchen.

Fantastic 9 day stay
-Condo is bigger than I thought which was a nice surprise to us
-Great to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms
-AC was great to have to cool off after a hot day outside
-Beach chairs were perfect for the beach
-Washer and dryer were great to have in the condo. They both took a long time to run a load. The washer door seal area smelled quite bad and should be fixed.
-I had picked this condo since it was close to the Kamole beaches and in my price range. It did not disappoint.
I would stay here again.

We have stayed in other units in this complex and love the location and large, two-bedroom units. Unfortunately, this unit did not live up to our expectations, primarily because it is in need of some tender loving care. The beds seemed fairly new and were comfortable, but the rest of the furniture was dated, worn out, and very uncomfortable. Most of the appliances and other amenities also need to be examined for wear and tear and many need to be replaced. It wouldn’t take much effort or expense to fix this rental so that it could be worth staying in.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was very easy to gain access and the pictures and description are accurate. It is comfortable and spacious with the twin bed area separated from the living room by sliding opaque doors. Location is great with a very short walk to 3 wonderful and connected beaches perfect for spectacular sunsets. We enjoyed many meals from food truck areas which are within a couple miles. The place is not fancy and could use some updating but was more than adequate for our needs.

overall very goodrecliner isn't working properlycouldn't get TV to work and no instructions for thatnon stick pots and pans are VERY USED and in bad shape. should be replaced. dryer takes a long time to dry.

Just what we wanted; very roomy place, across the street from the beach but quiet, not in the very center of town so easy to 'get out of town'. It was great to find an umbrella and beach chairs in the closet.

This place was amazing. The condo had everything we needed and more. It was so much larger than I expected and was perfectly located. We ate meals on the patio and could watch the sunset and rise right there. Would definitely recommend. No check in hassle and the place was spotless.

I stayed at the condo with my neice, sister and my sisters boyfriend. The condo was exactly as described and worked out perfectly for the four of us. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beach towels and chairs was a nice extra touch. If I had to change anything about the experience it would be the lock box thats is used to access the key to the condo. Its kind of hard to get out and took all of is trying before we got the key out. Other than that which was really nothing this place is great. Will definitely rent again

Our overall experience was poor, due to construction projects above our unit. There was loud construction noise that would Start at 6:30am and would last until 5pm everyday of our stay. When we complained to management they cooperated as much as possible and gave us a 20% discount for having to deal with it. However after a long anticipated post Covid vacation this was not something we expected.

This condo was perfect for our family of four - roomy with 2 bathrooms. Location is perfect - a short walk to Kamaole Beach 3 where we snorkled and boogie boarded. Also enjoyed a nice beach walk every morning to Wailea beach.The BBQ and pool area was nice. I would recommend.

ProsThe complex is in a good location, close to beach, shops, restaurants. Condo is spacious and the two bedrooms are not right next to each other. Even though it is very old, it was very clean. There were beach towels , chairs, and an umbrella. ConsThe condo and everything in it is very old and could use updating. The furniture is not comfortable. The TV is not a smart TV so we could not access any streaming services. The guide only worked sometimes. The second bedroom is extremely hot, even with two fans running. It would be beneficial if they added an AC unit like they have in the other two rooms. The non stick pans need to be thrown away as most are scratched, which is very unhealthy. There are no wine glasses and not enough coffee mugs or dishes/silverware.

Condo B410 is clean, nicely furnished, and has lovely new carpet. It's older but well maintained. View is nothing special, mostly parking lot and neighboring buildings. Beds were extremely comfortable, and appliances fairly new (the dryer didn't actually get clothes dry, though). Kids loved the pool and the whole property, and getting to the Kam-III beach could not have been easier. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas were provided, but no sand toys despite the listing saying there would be. We thought the provision of amenities was very slim - no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion, only small bar soaps. Only 5 coffee filters for a full week. Lacked some of the personal, welcoming touches we've experienced elsewhere, but overall a good value and we'd book it again.

Wonderful location, across from beach and within walking distance to dining and shopping. There was no exaggeration about the main bed in previous reviews. If you have sleeping issues or back or hip problems, probably not for you. The furniture was also uncomfortable. Everything was clean. If you plan on getting salt and pepper, don't!! There was plenty in the cupboards!! Beach towels, chairs and umbrella also provided!!

Location was great. 30min to the airport. One block to Kamaole Beach III. Nearby beach and food options were really good. 4 Beach chairs and a beach umbrella available for use. All appliances worked well. It was great to have separate bedrooms and bathrooms for the adults and for the teens. Decor was dated and tired but pretty clean. Drains in both showers were really slow. King bed was hard as a rock but the airconditioners and fans kept the August heat out. I would stay again. Good value.

The location and complex were great. Just walk across the street to the beach. Pros: 2 bathrooms and spacious. Great price. I liked the furniture - old school beach style. Beds were comfortable. Cons: smelled like mildew, opening windows and doors did not dissipate the problem. The smell was the worst near front door which is where the kitchen and washing machine are located. We really only stayed in the room at night and the rooms didn't have the strong scent. I was told that the condo was getting new flooring, would stay again if floors were replaced.
