This 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo at the exclusive ocean front community of Mauna Lani Point was remodeled top to bottom in 2021. You will feel a sense of relaxation when you walk into the open floorplan with high ceilings. Clean, modern, elegant and serene, it feels like a spa. This gem of a unit is ideal for getting away from it all. Perfect for a honeymooning couple or an anniversary celebration or just for someone who desires some peace and quiet.
The open concept kitchen is fully equipped if you choose to cook and dine in. This unit has one of the largest kitchens in the entire condominium complex! You can choose to start your day with a coffee or tea at the kitchen island, the breakfast bar or the large outdoor dining table. The rear of the unit is floor to ceiling glass and opens to the lushly landscaped lanai. The tropical birds will serenade you while you eat as you gaze at the sacred mountain and lush greenbelt views. The lanai also includes two chaise loungers. This is a first-floor end unit that is extremely quiet.
The remodel includes a new air conditioning unit with NuCalgon iWave-V air purifier which kills mold, bacteria, and viruses. Great for those with allergies. The furniture is from Restoration Hardware and there are two large smart TVs available. The primary suite has an organic king sized mattress and two generous closets with drawers. The primary bath has an oversized walk in shower, two sinks, and separate toilet closet and vanity area.
We also include free WiFi, central air, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, beach towels, shampoo, laundry and dish soap.
Why stay in a hotel room when you can have 3 times the size of an average hotel room, plus no resort fees, and the security of a private gated community. As our guest, you also have owner's access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club. This is a secluded white sand beach cove with free parking and the wonderful restaurant, Napua.
In addition, the Mauna Lani Point community pavilion offers you the use of a full outdoor kitchen, BBQ grills, a dry sauna, large jacuzzi, sparkling clean pool, and outdoor showers. This is a beautifully maintained property that will add to your pampering experience.

Relaxing stay, a little far to the beach for my husband who cannot walk far.
Some of the silverware and dishes were not too clean. A few had some food residue underneath the dishes!
We weren't aware that the pools were closed and there were too many construction people taking up visitors places.

The property is exactly as advertised. Very clean, completely updated, and located in a great location for exploring Mauna Lani Resort the the Kohala Coast. For anyone with a disability, the pool is a little bit of a walk. This was not an issue for us. Property manager was very responsive and stayed in touch during our stay.

Beautifully designed and very comfortable condo in fabulous community of Mauna Lani. A very relaxing vibe here with great views from patio and easy walk to beach. Very pleased with our choice and would highly recommend.

On the beautifully manicured Mauna Lani South Golf Course and right in the middle of the Kohala Coast. Private beach club can get crowded, but keeping in mind and heart the Aloha spirit, helped make that work as well.

We really enjoyed our stay on Kona. The condo was extremely clean and we loved the way it is decorated. The condo is located on a golf course and is nearby to the local beach club and also a black sand beach (#49) which was my favorite. We stopped in a the local grocery store for food and snacks and got fresh juice each morning from the local juice spot. Great memories! Aloha
