We arrived early and were able to get the luggage into the room while it was still being cleaned. That was great as it allow us to start our vacation early. We were recommended to go to Fred's and this quickly became our hangout for most of the week. Amazing food and drinks and people were all very nice. The room was spacious and a little dated in the bedroom and bathroom but the beds was amazing. This bed was as comfortable as my bed back home. I would definitely go back to room A309 again and again. Thank you for a memorable week!

It was real nice that supplies were available for use, however we didn't get the opportunity to enjoy the snorkel gear. We were able to take advantage of the chairs, ice chest for a couple of excursions we did.

Great condo , very well equipped kitchen with everything you will need., Great location. Beds are super comfortable. very clean unit,
The pool and BBQ area was hit and miss with outdoor cooking area being closed at sunset due to electrical issues with the lighting , witch made it difficult to cook for our group . Beyond this issue our stay was superb, and highly recommend this particular unit.

This was our first experience with VRBO, so we were a little nervous. But the condo was just as it was listed. Photos are accurate. Check-in was seamless, actually received an email with door code and parking instructions. Welcome basket was thoughtful and appreciated. Would stay at this property again with no hesitation.

Adorable little place. Very spacious! Super close to everything. Amazingly friendly staff was always available.... what I didn't realize was the road on the side of the property is used as a main street to access the highway. Rather noisy so it is not possible to sleep with the windows open. Had to run the a/c to drown out the other noise. Also, weeks before my I had asked to enter the condo a couple hours early because of when my flight landed.. I never got an answer and when I did arrive to check in my access code didn't work. Overall a lovely stay...

Had a wonderful stay here! Fantastic location within walking distance to best restaurants and beaches in Kihei with only a short drive to other places on the island. Clean, spacious, and well stocked for our stay. Definitely would recommend!

The property is situated near the border of Kihei and Wailea with some of the finest beaches in Maui very close by. Additionally, there are many restaurants within walking distance. The property itself is clean and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms are stated on either side of the main living space, offering privacy for all.

Great condo. Normally we stay in hotels but this trip we decided to book this condo. Glad we did. The location is awesome as it’s a few mins to the beach. Every morning we walked for coffee and then walked back along the beach.
The condo has everything you need from beach towels to pots and pans. Unit was clean. It’s located on a Main Street but we never would of known as it was really quite during the day and night. The AC units were great. Ceiling fans which we loved at night.
This condo was great and we would stay here again for sure.

The property was as described if not better. Location was great. Just across the street from a beautiful beach. Had everything we needed for a great stay. Close to stores and restaurants. Perfect lay out for two couples. Would highly recommend!

The condo complex was very pleasing. Our condo was quite comfortable. The odor in the condo was abit stale when entering. The inside of the condo was nice and clean with the exception of the back side of the curtains (noticeable when on the lanai). The lanai could use a good cleaning including the chair cushions. It would have been nice to have more of a supply of toilet paper and paper towel so we didn't have to go out and buy any (which meant us leaving some behind).
Jude was very helpful and accomodating with a late check-out time. Location was amazing as it just south of the busy shopping part of South Kehei Drive. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

A-309 was well maintained, equipped and clean. We found most kitchen needs met and the pool area was an excellent option. The location was great for access to beach walking, restaurants and equipped for beach chairs and umbrellas. Early morning back up alarms from garbage and recycling pickups (before 8am) were our only complaints. Other owners had issues with one late night get together on an upper floor by renters, but that was not an overriding problem in our view. Noise from the adjacent road was unexpected though and kept us from enjoying the pounding surf at night. Overall a very nice stay in Maui..

Our family enjoyed the long awaited Maui vacation. Explored all the local eateries, tried fishing off the beach, saw giant turtles swim by! Beach is one block away.
Both bedrooms with king size beds and available chest of drawers, both bathrooms were large enough.
Property manager was very helpful, very professional, all questions were answered promptly.

My sister and I stayed in this condo and we always want two things: equal bedrooms and equal bathrooms. We split the cost so we want equal value. This condo delivers, with two comfortable and large bedrooms and two bathrooms with nice walk-in showers. The kitchen is adequate but tiny. It's built for tall people, which we are not. The upper shelves and microwave were almost out of reach for us. It's great to have a washer and dryer in the condo. The washer is noisy but it works great. The designated parking place is tight and built for smaller cars, but it's covered and close to the elevator. Jude was helpful and responsive with any questions or problems. This condo is just across the road from Kameola III Beach. We strolled down to the beach each evening for Maui's spectacular sunsets and enjoyed many mornings sitting on the beach. It's a wonderful location in Kihei.

What an amazing vacation. This property was perfect for our family vacation. Had everything you could possibly need and tons of extras. Across the street from a beautiful beach, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Will definitely recommend and will rent again.

Haleakala shores was perfect for our vacation needs. It was located centrally making it easy to go to all of the places in Maui. Access to the beach was just across the street although we did prefer the 15-20min drive to Big Beach. The property was well equipped and we were able to make meals at home when we wanted. The pool was nice and provided a great place to unwind at the end of the night. Overall it was a great place and I would stay again if I visit Maui.

We just got back. We were VERY impressed with the condo and the location. We wanted to be right in the heart of Kihei and we were. Right down the street from Fred's. Jude was super helpful when my very tired self couldn't find my check information in the taxi on the way to condo. He sent it back to me immediately. It was a great spot for us and our two 11 year olds. We used the kitchen and it was very well stocked. Having the washer and dryer allowed us to pack very light. We used it so much we refilled the tide pods at the end. We walked down to the beach across the street one night and got treated to a swim with a very large sea turtle to the sound of a Scottish highland band practicing near by. It was a very cool night. Only 2 complaints...Ghost ants..I hate them. We couldn't leave food out at all in the kitchen. If we didn't do the dishes immediately they would be swarming (but keep in mind you are on a tropical island). Then on one of our last nights my kids and my husband were out at the pool at 8. It closes at 9pm. They were playing loudly as children do and a lady who might live in the house next to the pool came out and told them to quiet down because the people in the buildings around the pool need to get up and go to work in the morning. Then why is the pool open till 9? Everyone else we met was a delight. Do not hesitate to stay here. It was a great and restful place.
