Condo is beautifully updated, fully stocked with everything you could need - beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed, extremely clean. Lanai was perfect for sunsets, even saw several whales. Will definitely be back!

The property is just as pictured. The sunset and views from the balcony were our favorite. Beautifully renovated with nice touches throughout. There were even beach chairs/snorkel gear/coolers/etc on the balcony which made beach days a breeze. There are also posted quiet hours, which most people adhere to, but if you're late sleepers you'll definitely hear doors slamming/people (children) walking by the unit to use the stairs. My only wish was that there was in-unit laundry, but no matter, they had community washer and dryers on the ground floor for $5 a load and laundry detergent/softener at $1 each (quarters only & no machine). Overall we loved our stay and would definitely recommend to others.

This condo was perfect for our 3 night stay on Maui. Nice central location within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants and a moped rental shop. Beach was great. We saw sea turtles everyday. The condo was equipped with everything anyone would need and it was nicely furnished and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and we would love to return and stay here again.

Had a little trouble with the water being turned off to the unit without notice as I went to take a shower, however, people living in nearby units were very helpful in finding the building maintenance person who got the water turned back on. My husband and I found this condo to be perfect for our honeymoon getaway. The location is perfect - just in walking distance to our favorite coffee shop and others restaurants. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. We especially loved having the private beach right at our fingertips. Our host, Joe, was easy to reach and provided a clean and special space for our special trip. We would come back in a heartbeat!

This is a perfect property to stay at while visiting Maui. The location is outstanding - full ocean view with daily sunsets. Quiet beach with beautiful sand and we were lucky enough to see turtles every day. The property is impeccably maintained by a live in manager who clearly takes pride in the grounds. The unit itself was fabulous! Comfortable bed, bright and clean bathroom and kitchen, clean and tasteful linens and decor, lovely living room and lanai perfect for morning coffee and evening wine. The pictures are an accurate representation of the unit. It is fully stocked with all appliances and kitchen tools to make using the kitchen easy. It also came with beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkelling gear which was great. Joe the owner was amazing to deal with - he was easy to contact, very accommodating and very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay. We rented a car and drove around most of the island which made this place the perfect spot to stay. This place was super clean, lots of natural light, amazing view, and very quiet. My wife and I like to cook and we found everything in the kitchen we needed. Also I think staying in Kihei gives you the most options for places to eat including several grocery stores close by. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Maui for the first time.

This condo is in a great location with lots of great restaurants, coffee, and a full supermarket in close walking distance. The beach is great and is perfect for a walk. We loved watching the sunset on the lanai.
The unit is really well stocked with all the kitchen supplies as well as beach day umbrella and chairs! The AC worked great and kept the whole unit nice and cool.
We will definitely try and stay here again next time we come to Kihei!

As our first time visiting Maui, we had no idea what to expect. As soon as we found this property we knew that we were going to have a good trip. The remodel of this place is so stylish and right on the beach. The place was very clean, had a fully stocked kitchen and there's even beach supplies. It's location in Kihei is ideal, close to stores & restaurants. Waking up with the beautiful beach was so cool and the sunsets that we watched from the balcony were beautiful. Will recommend this place to friends and plan on returning very soon.

Me and my daughter spent 6 days in this condo and loved every minute. The recent updating and overall decorating are beautiful. The kitchen is very well stocked. Everything is super clean. Very quiet complex. Steps from the ocean, beautiful sunsets, turtles napping on the sand. We watched the whales everyday from our lanai having breakfast. And Joe is very easy to work with. We stayed in another complex in south Kihei for our second week and it didn’t even come close to comparing to this one.

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon. It's a great location close to everything in maui. The view is incredible and we would definitely come back. It does get a little noisy because your door is right outside the stairwell, but the view and location make up for dealing with that small hassle. Inside is really nicely renovated. We loved it!

The views of the sunsets will be etched in my mind for a lifetime. It was a definite highlight. I loved the location in Kihei - perfectly centered to north & south parts of Maui. While the waves were pretty rough no matter where we went - it was particularly windy on the beach after about noon, to the point the sand began to hurt :) But there are TONS of beaches all along & it made no impact on us whatsoever. The host had beach chairs for us which was awesome. We put them in the Jeep & hit the road, stopping along the way at any beach we wanted, used the chairs & enjoyed the beauty of this island.
One thing I loved was how quiet it was, not a lot of people until the holiday weekend (which is expected). We had for the most part unobstructed views every day of the beautiful sunset. You are on the 2nd floor, right by the stairs & there is a unit above you. That unit does not have felt protectors on the bar stools & we had a young child dragging them all across the tile floor to the point we had to say something. The host was attentive & quick to help, but it wasn't their fault at all so we just managed.
The place was fully stocked with great "extras" such as ziploc baggies, coffee, spices, garbage bags, higher quality toilet paper, shampoos/conditioners, even 4 beach towels. This was great as some vrbo hosts don't & having to purchase these things would have been an extra expense.
The a/c worked great, we followed the instructions & had no issues. Lots of hangers & outlets & just overall a great experience.
I would love love love to stay in this unit again it was truly more than 5 stars, even with the noisy kiddo above us. Truly a place to see heaven on earth. Mahalo Maui.

This was a nice and cozy little apartment (a little smaller than we thought it would be). There was a lot of great things about it and a couple issues (for us). Overall we would have given it a 4.6 star rating but we don't have that option. Here is what we thought:
PROS: Plenty of cooking utensils as well as food storage containers for the refridgerator. Bandaids on hand under the bathroom sink (I cut my foot on a volcanic rock in the ocean so that was helpful). A perfect view of the sunset from the balcony. Super close to the beach. Hooks to hang bathing suits in the shower was super helpful. Beach towels, coolers, sand toys, and snorkel masks were all on-hand and available. The kitchen had spices already so we didn't have to buy any. The host was responsive to emails.
CONS: The front door is in the bedroom and there isn't much insulation from sound because of the way the glass blinds are on the door. You can hear people (even when they aren't talking) going up and down the stairwell because the apartment is right next to it. If you run the air conditioner, this will muffle the sound. Also, because of the glass blinds, a lot of light comes into the bedroom at night.

Prior to arriving at this condo we stayed at a 5 Star resort and several times my husband and I commented that we enjoyed this condo’s views and accommodations more. - The view is unreal!! - The property is just as described and Joe was a great host- very communicative and gave great lunch recommendations.
We were blown away by the property from the moment we opened the front door. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (including coffee!yay!) and the provided toiletries were a great bonus. Aside from the beautiful decor and comfort, the location is perfect! The property has a designated “quiet time” from 10pm-8am which we appreciated while adjusting to the time change and the added peace of mind that we would get a good nights sleep. There are several grocery stores nearby as well as some amazing restaurants and local businesses.
You can walk right to the beach, throw on a snorkel and swim with turtles and the sunset - unreal! We can’t wait to visit Maui again and stay at Joe’s condo. Mahalo!

This recently and smartly refurbished one bedroom condo is beautiful and perfect for a couple. It has everything one would want and need. The kitchen and living room areas and comfy lanai look out to the ocean across a lawn and sand dunes. The sunsets were a delight to watch from there; we couldn’t have found a better view. Some good restaurants, a nice grocery store and a post office are within easy walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and guests respectfully observed quiet hours. The pool is a bit small but is adequate for a short, cooling dip. The grounds are kept up nicely. Communications with the owner were great. We feel we made a very good choice in staying here! We prefer a smaller, quiet, non-resorty, well-managed properties like this one. That it fronted a non-crowded beach was a bonus. This property met our desires and needs very well indeed.

I cannot say enough about our stay… this was our first trip to Maui and it was everything I hoped it would be! The condo was stocked with coffee & a lot of toiletries you will need which is so helpful! Having the boogie board & chairs to just pop down to the beach at any time was amazing. The views from the lanai were amazing anytime of day, like living in a screen saver! The location is quite close to a lot of restaurants & stores & a good central location to whale watching, snorkeling and other activities. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

The condo overlooks the ocean and is just steps away from the quiet beach. We watched whale from the lanai every day. The furnishings and amenities were stylish and well cared for. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Just supply the food. The grocery store is within walking distance as well as a few eateries. Beach chairs and beach umbrella were supplied and well appreciated. For two couples, privacy could be an issue as the entrance to the condo enters into the bedroom area. There is a lovely barn door that separates the bedroom from the rest of the condo however the entrance to the condo is still inside the bedroom. That said, don't shy away from this place, it's truly a beautiful accommodation especially for a couple. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

A very comfortable home base to Maui & the Kihei area. The condo was beautifully decorated with an appropriately beachy theme. Everything you could possibly need was provided from a very thorough kitchen to boogie boards, beach chairs, & a parasol. As great as it was, it's the lanai and the ocean that made the place over the top magical! To sit there with the water and the mountains and the palm trees swaying listening to the waves & watching the sunset culminating with a conch shell concert escorting the sun over the horizon. This became an immediate tradition that will stay in my memory forever.

This condo was newly renovated and everything looks just like the professional pictures. The view is spectacular. Dishes and cookware were of good quality for those that like to cook, and they had a few things I didn't have in my kitchen (seasonings needed).This condo is located in a quiet setting and not to far from the areas hot spots. 20 steps from the beach and definitely hope to come back for a second stay to enjoy Maui's sunsets again soon.

I will start out by saying I’m an extremely picky person who likes to have things a certain way, so when I decided on this unit I didn’t know what to expect as it is new to VRBO! My husband and I were blown away! The property is RIGHT on the most beautiful beach. Watching sunrises and sunsets from this unit’s lanai is incredible. This unit is clean, well appointed, modern and has everything you could think of for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella every day. Having the beach so close was incredible and on nightly walks many turtles can be seen. The unit is also in walking distance to grocery shopping, shopping, restaurants, and a short drive from the airport. After each day I honestly couldn’t wait to sleep in the most comfortable bed. The property manager Joe was always quick to respond and so helpful! My husband and I can’t wait to book this unit again.

This property is everything you see on the pictures plus much more...the beautiful sunsets from the comfort of our own lanai (with some proseco) were just remarkable. This is truly a newly remodeled unit thoughtfully furnished and equipped with everything you can think of...from coffee, first aid kit , aloe sun burn gel, beach chairs and towels.... ( we found the brand new cooler on the top shelf of the closet too late :-) ) . Walking distance to a grocery store and couple of great restaurants...beach is in the back yard, we loved everything about our stay in this unit (and my husband says it is hard to please me :-) ).
