We loved our stay in Kihei. Nicely stocked with everything you'd need for a wonderful vacation. The beach is amazing and rock free! No water shoes needed to protect your toes! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

What a fantastic place to stay! There are so many wonderful things about this place that I will not be able to mention it all.
- Every evening you will be treated to a wonderful sunset, each one unique, from the comfort of your porch.
- Wonderful location. On the back, you are steps from the beach and view of the islands of Lanai, Kahoolawe, a view of the West mountains and Molokini crater. On the front, you are minutes away from abc stores, gas stations, surf school and a short drive from the nice Wailea area.
- The unit itself is very thoughtfully stocked. Plenty of books about the islands, all sort of beach gear and travel gear, and kitchen equipment.
We spent a memorable fortnight in Maui filled with delightful sunsets!

Beautiful place! It was the perfect place for my husband, daughter, son in law and new baby. Being on the beach is such a gift! The second bedroom is a bit small but seriously, it didn’t really matter to us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone but being able to bring the baby back and forth made this so perfect for our family.

We absolutely loved our stay in Kihei. The condo is truly on the beach, it takes less than 30 seconds to be in the ocean! It was so convenient to walk down to the beach several times a day. The condo was very well stocked and so comfortable for our family of 3. We will definitely be back!

This condo was perfect for our stay in Maui. If it were any closer to the ocean, it would need to be a boat. Charley Young beach is a great spot to play, and the rocks and red to the north is a great snorkel spot…. Saw 6 turtles in one day.

I can't say enough about this condo. Its accessibility to the beach, the view, the quality of the kitchen, and the stock of essential supplies were the best we've ever had in our five visits to Hawaii. Charley Young Beach is literally right out the backdoor and great for swimming.
Communication and check-in were quick and easy. Adam informed us before arrival that the a/c had gone out and my family was worried we'd be miserable during our stay. We were incredibly comfortable the entire time thanks to their quick adjustments with portable a/c units in all rooms.
We would definitely stay here again!

Absoluetly perfect condo for our needs. The 2 bedroom/2 bath beachfront condo with beautiful views met all of our needs. Very modern and furnished with absolutely anything you could ever want or need. The amount of amenities is great. Very glad we choose this location and would absoluetly stay there again and recommend to anyone.

Loved being right on the beach and the ground floor gives us a lawn to enjoy as well. Unit has all we needed plus. Even has snorkeling, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Very comfortable

Very rare to find a beach front property in hawaii. This was perfect for us with a 3yo and a 6 month old. We could easily come out in the morning and spend time at the beach.
Lots of good food around the area.
Only negatives is that it is a busy area (so not a good place if you are looking for quiet or solitude) and there is constantly someone mowing a lawn :)
But as for the place itself, it was immaculate. Very well stocked. Lots of boogy boards, beach chairs, beach activity items. Place was heavenly.

Found this unit almost last minute and the availability worked out perfectly with our moving-around schedule.
As discussed in all of the previous reviews, this vacation rental feels much more like a “home” than any other I’ve stayed in before: great quality and attention to detail throughout - from the user-friendly kitchen with pristine cook/serving ware and an espresso machine. Comfortable beds - Quiet, super central and convenient location.
We beat a path back every afternoon to have a walk on the beach and enjoy the sunset… somewhat amused by folks that had to lug their beach gear from goodness-knows-where.
Highly recommend to anybody searching for a home-away-from-home - except you get to listen to the waves all night.

Amazing location, right on Charley Young beach. Private corner ground floor unit. Comes with all the amenities in the kitchen as well as boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, cooler bag, and a skim board. Private and secured back patio, great for storing surfboards or drying out wet gear. Two lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable King bed in the master suite. Ample beach towels and other linens/towels. The electric grill on the beach facing lanai works great!

This place was such a great place for my family and I. The unit was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed for our whole time there . The beach was literally outside of our unit and everyday we saw the most beautiful sunset. We will most likely stay here again if we are ever in Maui again

The unit was spectacular - recently remodeled very tastefully. Beds very comfortable. Location is supreme - so easy to just walk out onto the beach, watch sunsets over the water. We will definitely consider coming back!

Excellent location with an amazing view! Right on the beach and within walking distance to snorkeling spots. Condo has everything that you need for the perfect beach vacation. Parking is tight, if you have a large SUV, and condo is tight for 4 adults. Next time, I will rent the unit next door! Mahalo!

This was a family vacation. This was exactly what we wanted…quiet and on the beach. Host was superb. Location was well stocked and very inviting. This isn’t a mark against the place or the host but the walls are a little thin and our neighbors were at times little loud. Also at times the other people would walk across our patio grass space.
Despite all of this we hope to return very soon.

This is one of the few places in Kihei where one can literally walk steps out on to the beautiful sandy beach! Walk to restaurants and shopping, bike rentals everything is close by. The beds were comfortable with several pillow options. AC was cold. Kitchen well stocked. They even provided beach chairs umbrella, boogie boards! We will definitely be back to this gem! Mahalo!

Loved being right on the beach, the sunsets are amazing! Parking is tight, but other than that it’s perfect. Lots of towels, extra bedding, fully stocked kitchen. Even beach chairs, umbrella and body boards. Very clean and super easy check in. This was our second time staying here. We wanted to stay here every time we came, but the price was just increased quite a bit, so we may not be able to afford it and will have to find a new place for next time. Sad because we love this one so much! You won’t regret it, it’s really just perfect.

Such a nice place! The location is just awesome. Owners have this unit highly upgraded and loaded with everything you'd ever need. So comfortable when you're ready to be indoors. Just beautiful views & sunsets right from the lanai or steps away out on the beach. For our family of three this was an absolutely perfect stay. What a great vacation for us and most certainly hope to be back one day!
