Wonderful place to stay!!! They had everything for us!! I have never stayed anywhere where so much was provided!! Towels, beach gear, toiletries, full kitchen… amazing!! Loved this place!!! Highly recommend!!

I was here during the wildfires and thankfully this area was not heavily affected by the fires. The area was perfect for walking to restaurants and the beach. This property supplied most things you would need besides bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The owners were very kind and communicated quickly. The showerhead was very poorly functioning, but it was able to get me through my trip (the owners did offer to send someone to look at the showerhead but I declined- owners also said the unit was soon to be remodeled). Cleanliness was not at the very highest of standards, but for most folks (including me) it was fine. Overall, I would recommend this place.

The air conditioners worked well, however the one in the living room is stuck in the high position, the buttons that control the spread of the fan do not work.

Property is dated and showing signs of overuse without repair or replacement. Cleanliness was our main issues with vents showing excessive dust and mold. a nightmare for asthmatic which we are not. We witnessed at least 5 roaches each night. The unit was overall clean except for the above-mentioned items and roach issues. Hot water was also another issue. We reported the issues to the office, and they asked us to call this specific property management however the property management said that this unit was NOT on their list of properties to maintain so disappointing. Location was great since walking distance to the beaches.

We’ve been staying at Maui Vista condos for the last 5 years and love the convenience of location. The condo had lots of amenities such as beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc. The condo is charming— a little outdated, but for the price point we did not expect a fully renovated condo. We do not blame the hosts for some of the things we noticed but felt it was important to mention: the condo had a bit of dust, and some areas weren’t as cleaned thoroughly. It could be that housekeeping missed certain areas, so once again I do not blame the hosts! Chris and Michael were very kind and communicative.

This is a very nice property with lots of amenities. The unit is in very good conditions comes with just about everything you can think of. Being right across the road from Charley Young Beach is fantastic and makes for easy access to snorkeling (turtles very close to shore) and sunsets.

This was our second time to stay in this same unit. It is located in a great area of Kihei, right across the street from one of the best beaches on Maui. We will definitely consider staying here again if it is available. Would highly recommend it.

The property was in a great location in Kihei! We visited beaches all over the island and decided the one across the street was our favorite. The condo was well stocked and we enjoyed having the chairs, booth boards, cooler as well as being able to make and enjoy some meals there with a everything we needed in the kitchen. The home is well kept. We did notice a couple spots that could have been cleaned a little better like behind the bathroom door but overall it was clean. Thank you for the great stay, we made some amazing memories! Mahalo!

We loved our stay here. Be sure to check out the guest book on the coffee table when you get there - lots of previous guests provided some great suggestions which we used! We loved our stay here and would stay here again when we go back to Maui :)

This condo was in a great location! It had a full kitchen and washer/dryer which we needed. We had a little trouble getting a parking permit at first but after that was sorted out everything went fine. Thanks for letting us stay in your wonderful place!

My husband & I were celebrating our 20th anniversary & this property was perfect! Lots of space, pretty view & even better that they had literally everything we needed ready & available to us, from washer/dryer & soap, etc. to different kinds of blankets. We felt like the property owners made their property as fantastic/comfortable as possible. It was so easy to get around Kihei & it’s a great midpoint to get around the island. The beach was right across the street & having the beach chairs, boogie boards & umbrellas available to us made all the difference. If we come back we will be staying here again. The property owners were very quick to respond & very helpful.

My wife and I enjoyed our one week vacation in Maui. The property was very clean and exactly as advertised. It was well stocked including the kitchen and there was lots of beach equipment, many lawn chairs, umbrellas, boogie board, etc. The owners are aware of what people would like to have on a vacation and provide everything you would need for a good vacation. The owners communicated all is the details for a smooth rental and self check in. We would stay again and recommend to others. The rate is also reasonable. The building was also quiet.

The condo could be better stocked, only 2 tea towels and cloths and cutlery was skimpy. Only one set of sheets and no sheets for the hide a bed. It was decorated nice and the last unit in the building closest to the beach, so an easy walk to the beach.

This condo is on a great location and has everything for the beach. Everything is close by, restaurants, beaches and a shopping center. Kitchen was well equiped, and the lanai is a perfect place to have a breakfast. You can hear birds all over the place. The beach is across the street - Charley Young Beach. We stayed mostly on Keawakapu beach. You can rent kayaks and paddel boards there for a reasonable price. This beach is great to see whales. The best place to eat is South Shore Tiki Lounge, Paia Fish Market and Coconut's Fish Cafe. All of these are close by. We were happy we chose to stay here. It was perfect! We selected this property based on the proximity to the beach and fact that there were 2 air conditioners, 2 TV's and a king size bed. The reviews were excellent and we concur with them all. The beach was beautiful, coral reefs had sea turtles , water was clear and warm. Last but not least food was awesome! We cannot wait to return, wouldn't change a thing!

I'm really happy I chose to stay at Maui Vista. This section of South Kihei road is very quiet as it is purely residential, so you don't get traffic from restaurants or stores. It is a short walk to some restaurants in either direction. Charley Young beach is half a block from the condo and it is the most peaceful and uncrowded beach, especially in the morning. The condo has everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas, and lots of towels (also boogie boards but we didn't use those). The end unit location is great to have a bedroom window with a breeze, and I really appreciated the bedroom AC unit (many condos don't have that feature). Chris and Michael were very responsive to my questions and great hosts too!

The booking process was easy and convenient. I highly recommend booking with them, if you’re planning to stay in Maui. The condo is situated in a nice area, within walking distance to several restaurants and local shops. The place was nice, clean and very comfortable! Christopher and Michael provided many amenities that elevated our vacation. We had access to beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and umbrella, which allowed us to enjoy a day at the beach. We really appreciate them providing all of these additional amenities and making us feel right at home. Book with them and you will not be disappointed!

Our family had an amazing time in Maui and this condo was great for us. We found the location was perfect. On lazy days we were able to walk across the street to a beautiful beach that was never too crowded. We saw turtles swimming past us everyday and it was a perfect spot to watch the sunset. We found the location in Kihei was ideal with lots of good restaurants close by. It was also easy to explore other parts of the island from Kihei. The condo had beach towels and chairs and anything else we needed for a fun day at the beach. Maui Vista complex was very quiet and well maintained.
Christopher and Michael were exceptional hosts who answered any questions I had very quickly. Checking in and out was super easy. I look forward to staying here again.

We’ve rented this unit multiple times over the years. It’s always our first choice. It’s a good location. Good price. You can see the ocean from the balcony. It has an a/c in the bed room. Everything works. For us, it’s home away from home.
