I booked this unit for 9 nights during the Christmas/New Year high season so I paid the top price. I was traveling with my three grandchildren. Upon arrival, we found mold/mildew in the washer, dryer, window coverings, and air conditioning unit. In addition, there was a bag of someone's shoes and other items left on the table. I notified the property managers immediately and included pictures via text. There was a huge yuck factor! I suffer from asthma and so does one of my grandkids so this was a health issue for us. We had no way of knowing if this was a benign mildew or toxic black mold. I asked we be moved to another property ASAP.
I did get a prompt reply saying our problem would be passed along to management, and said there were no other properties available, and they would send someone to inspect the place but did not say when.
We spent one night because we were so tired from travel and were not up to finding another place to stay so late in the evening on the busiest tourist week of the year.
I tried to contact the management company the next morning. When I didn’t get a prompt reply I informed them we decided to not take a potential health risk and moved out.
A refund was denied because we left before waiting for an inspection. At the very least this unit was not properly cleaned and the "mildew" (if that is what is was) was gross, especially around the windows in two of the bedrooms.

Great communication with the management company - they were proactive and responded quickly if I had questions. Kitchen has all the hardware, but given the climate only salt, pepper and coffee.
It is ground floor - so no need to climb stairs and the bush outside gives good privacy. The closest beach is Charley Young - great to go for sunset, but if you want to see turtles - walk a little to the end of kamaole 1. ABC store nearby is excellent.

The place is advertised as having a pool and hot tub. They gave us the wrong code to access these even after multiple communications. Then they closed both for half of our stay in order to have them re-tiled. there was no warning or communication. I would like to receive a refund since I paid to use them and was not able to.

We stayed here in April 2023. The unit is well set up for family with grandparents or another couple traveling together. 3 bathrooms is hard to find.
The location is a huge selling feature. Close to shops, restaurants and beaches so our group could split up without needing a vehicle. Charlie Young is a great beach. Far enough off the road that traffic noise wasn't an issue.
There was an issue with the hot tub during our stay that wasn't fixed before we left. The outside sitting area is limited but nice to have a bit more space on the ground floor. There was construction happening in the lot next door which was quite noisy at times during the day but we were away most of the time.

All amenities were great, and the closest beach was amazing! Shade and snorkeling! Great town to take a surf lesson, since the waves are perfect. Also, shopping and amazing restaurants are all a short walk. It’s an older building, and the unit has been renovated, but there is a persistent mold smell in the bedroom that people with sensitive respiratory systems would not love. Also, there is a request to take out garbage daily, but not enough garbage bags supplied to do so. Stingy supplies on laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent as well. If you want to maintain a clean environment, pay attention to the length of the stay, and provide adequate supplies.

This condo was perfect! The size, the location (very close to the pool), the room arrangement, the entire place was just what we needed! Everything worked well. The kitchen had everything we needed.

We found the location to be great! There was beach access right across the street and the other beaches we went to were only a few minutes away by car. This location is perfect for waking to some great restaurants as well. Having 3 on-suite bathrooms was one the the best parts of this unit!! It was great to be able to unpack all of your bathroom necessities and leave them there without having to move them out for someone else! No fighting over one shower at the end of the day when everyone is trying to get ready for the evening.
The only part of the description of the property we were a bit disappointed with was that the lanai was very small and faced the parking lot. We knew it was on the ground level but it looked like a garden view in the pics. Not a deal breaker but we would have enjoyed some outdoor space to be in without having a visual of the parking lot.
Otherwise the communication by the management company was excellent and check-in was a breeze!! Highly recommend this unit.

This was a great unit because it has 3 bdrms all with their own bathrooms. It is in a great location too, across the street from the beach, 20 mins from the airport and in the middle of great restaurant's and shopping. A must stay.

The property is conveniently located near the beach, as well as cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool amenities and the additional parking spot. The place was clean and it was really nice having three bathrooms as there were 5 adults staying at the property.
Opportunities for improvement include stocking the room with better pots and pans, and offering a later checkout. We had issues with checkout and got locked out of our condo 1 hour before checkout. Thankfully the issue was quickly resolved.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Comfortable and convenient to the beach. We stayed very busy and did not spend much time in the condo or around the property during the day. Fixing breakfast in the morning was easy and all necessary cooking implements were provided. Thank you for providing a safe and comfortable place to stay in.

We checked in no problem, but the BBQ access code changed several times while we were there and was incorrectly listed on the info they sent. The code to the wifi on the board was also listed incorrectly. The kitchen was poorly outfitted: only one pan and it was a large stock pot. All spices in spinner were empty or old. No dry measuring cups. The fridge is in a corner and only opens 45 degrees. The AC broke and dripped everywhere on day 3 - no one came to fix it, even through they said it would be repaired on Wednesday at 1:00. By the time someone could actually come, we were leaving. The floors were FILTHY. We showered and made dinner, and within 30 minutes our friends noticed the bottom of our feet were filthy. The light in the shower was newly repaired poorly, leaving the light cover laying on the top of the cabinets and exposed over the shower. The twin beds are on wheels, and not secured to the headboards so if you roll over in the night, the bed rocked and then banged against the wall. TV was confusing and never found local channels. A beach chair was broken and then replaced with a different kind of chair - no shoulder straps on the new on. So expensive for a BLAH stay. Really disappointed. And put a cloud over our vacation. Only plus, the icemaker worked. Will not ever stay here again and we’re supposed to come back in November.

This condo had a great location--near the beach, restaurants and other stores. I liked having a bathroom attached to each of the 3 bedrooms. The overall space was small and we only had chairs for 4 people, but we managed.. The bathrooms need a little TLC but it was nice having a washing machine and dryer. The staff were pretty quick to fix a leak in one of the bathrooms and were vert efficient. Overall, a nice place to stay.

We stayed with my parents and sibling/partner. We were 6 adults and the place worked well. I will agree with previous reviews that the twin beds were not comfortable at all. We had also asked to have them put together to form a king bed (like offered) and it was not done before we got there. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with cookware. Only other issue we had, is that only 4 people could sit and watch tv comfortably even though it sleeps 6. I know space is limited but still was hard to sit and watch anything at night together. We would easily come back though.

We had such an amazing time staying here in Kihei. The VRBO was all recently renovated with new washers, dryers, etc. spacious enough for 6 and came with beach supplies. The walk to the beach was super quick 5 mins max and great restaurants all walking distance as well. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this property. The location is just a short walk to the beach with easy access. It is close to most of the local restaurants. Overall this property is well maintained and in great shape. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and we will!

We really felt at home in this condo. The 3 bed, 3 bath was perfect for us. Each room had AC. Renovations were beautiful, felt very modern. Easy walk to nearby restaurants and beach. Looking forward to returning!

This was a great place to stay for our vacation. It was clean and great use of space with the 3 bedrooms & 3 baths. It was right across the street from the beach and the property provided boogie boards, chairs & a cooler which was awesome! It was centrally located with easy access to whatever we were doing. The only considerations to think about is that the twin beds were on the small side for my 16 year old and it was uncomfortable. There were also no condiments including salt & pepper. Simple to get, just better to know in advance when you are grocery shopping.

Very nice and confortable apartment for my family of 6! Everything worked as it should and pictures are accurate! Good size bedrooms, nice beds and pillows! The kitchen and utensils are new! I would defenetely recommend this apartment! Mahalo
