We have stayed in 5 different units in Maui Vista - Tim & Gretchen’s unit is by far the best one we’ve had the pleasure of using. Building 2 is the best location (away from the road noise) and the views of the ocean are exactly as advertised. You can have breakfast on the lanai while watching the boats in Molokini. The condo has everything you could possibly need for a beach outing. This is the first time we didn’t visit a rental shop for any beach gear. The of the beds were extremely comfortable. All in all, we hope we are able to stay here again! Mahalo!

Maui Vista is a great location, close to everything. The unit was clean and comfortable. Bedroom AC was a bit loud, but after the initial cool down, the breeze and fans was enough. The new decor was was really nice. Everything was great for a family.
Just a tip, the dryer doesn’t completely dry everything, but just hang up to air dry for a little bit and it works great, especially the towels.

We had a great stay here. The owner was extremely responsive to our emails and accommodating to our requests. The unit is well organized, well stocked, clean, recently updated, and easy to access. The TV, washing machine and dryer made it convenient with our two kids (ages 3 and 5). However, there is no bathtub if you need one for bathing very young kids.
It's the perfect place to stay if you are planning on spending your vacation doing various outside activities since the condo complex doesn't have much to offer. It is on the older side and the pool is very small. The unit itself was in a great location, central to various destinations on the island, and close to Charlie Young beach. For access to the beach, you do need to cross a busy street. If you have a family with young kids with the need to carry multiple beach items, it's probably easier just to drive and park in the free parking lot. There are also great restaurants and food trucks nearby.

This was absolutely the best condo we have ever stayed at in our life’s. Very clean, quiet at night and super comfortable sleeping conditions. Me and my family had so much fun in Kihei. Charley’s beach was honestly the best beach for families on the island. There’s so many sea turtles and also starfish on this beach. Sunsets and sunrises were amazing from this condo. It was so surreal coming from New Mexico and seeing the beach for the first time in our lives. I got a really good deal for the nine days we spent in Maui. Also, within walking distance were some of the best restaurants featured on the food network and truly lived to the hype. We are so grateful to experience such a beautiful place.

This Maui Vista unit is a great spot to make your home base. It is walking distance to beaches, meals and drinks. The unit offers top-notch views. We spent many hours on the lanai watching the sunsets. Everything is clean, lovely, and quiet. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms offer privacy. Towels are thick and thirsty. The kitchen is nicely outfitted - if you want to cook - easy to do. For questions, the hosts are quickly reachable. I would encourage those of you trying to decide between units, to select this one if you are looking for a unit to enhance your Hawaiian experience. 5* overall.

This was our second time staying in this vacation rental. It is perfect for everything we want to do on Maui. We can walk to shops, restaurants, and most importantly the beach. It is also an easy drive to anywhere on the island. The interior is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Most mornings were spent on the lanai enjoying our coffee and breakfast. The kitchen has everything one needs to cook and enjoy a meal. All of the beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and boogie boards make for great days at the beach as well. We have fallen in love with Maui and plan to return annually. We hope to stay at this property each time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The owners have gone above and beyond to provide everything needed for an enjoyable vacation, including ice packs, cooler, lawn chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, tennis rackets, card games, and more. The property was beautifully decorated, and well stocked with every kind of dish, pan, silverware, etc. you might need.
The location of the property was ideal, only one block from Charley Young Beach, a 25-30 min drive from the airport, 20 min to Maui Ocean Center, and many restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
The property also provided amazing sunset views and views of Molokini Island.
My family had a great visit and enjoyed the property very much. We hope to visit again, but in the meantime we highly recommend to anyone visiting Maui.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Pictures represented the property well. The condo was so clean and had a great view off the lanai. The location was great with the beach right across the street and many walkable options for dining out. We took advantage of the on-site pool and tennis as well.

Pros:
-location is across the street from great beach
-location is close to everything in Kihei
-while pool is small, it was perfect for our family
-no issue finding parking
-having a washer and dryer was great, especially with kids
-manager got back to us in a timely manner when we had problems getting the AC on upon check in
-would be great for a couple or families with teenage children
Cons:
-condo was very stuffy/dusty and hot when we first got there
-AC in bedroom didn’t work well to cool down the room, also said it needed to be cleaned when we “checked in”
-dryer doesn’t work well, takes several times to actually dry clothes 100%
-downstairs bedroom felt dusty
-not the best for small children due to stairs, decor and not having any necessities such as pack and play, high chair etc.

This was a perfect location and condo for our family. Had both sets of grandparents and our four month old son. The space was perfect for the whole family. Easy access to food restaurants and of course beaches the top floor has incredible view of the ocean and sunsets and even Wales. This place truly made our vacation easy and wonderful. First time in Maui definitely will not be the last. Maui Vista is in the heart of Kihei close by shops and restaurants. The water was with in walking distance perfect if you plan to just stay in Kihei you can get around with no car.

If you love being close to a great beach you’ll love this place! It’s clean and quite comfortable with great sunsets from the lanai. We needed instructions on running the smart tv but the owner helped us out. Having AC was really helpful as it was rather warm while we were there. Enjoy!

This location was awesome, just across the street from the beach and walking distance from some restaurants and a small grocery store. Parking and check in was easy and the hosts did a great job with communicating. The view from the lanai was a great plan to watch sunset!

The condo was exactly as it was described/looked like in photos. The space was super comfortable. The view from the lanai was wonderful. The beach across the street is beautiful and only a few minutes walk. We loved having beach gear provided by the owners. We loved walking down to local restaurants. Everything you need is nearby. I would love to return!

Wow what a wonderful condo! The unit is on the top floor and has amazing views of the ocean. It is in a perfect location in Kihei, walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the tennis courts and beach chairs. Will definitely be staying here next time we are in Kihei!

We thought the property was so well decorated. It really is adorable and a great vibe to walk into upon arrival. We appreciated the chairs and towels and all the beach equipment that they supplied. It was walking distance to so many cute restaurants and shopping. A perfect central location. We could even sit on the balcony and see Molokini and sunset.
