Great location on the south end of Kihei. The condo is very livable. Adequate supply of four beach chairs, two umbrellas. We bought two additional noodles to add to the two there, so now there are four. Very enjoyable place to stay.

A wonderful location with gorgeous sunset views. Walk right across the street to the beach. The outdoor closet has a few boogie boards, several beach chairs, pool noodles and floaties. Even a cooler! King size beds were very comfy and AC was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay!

The picture you see is incorrect. Directly outside the bedroom window is a construction crane. Daytime hours were clanging steel, rebar saws and impeded view. First trip for a member of the family. How disappointing. Glad we moved to another venue for the next two weeks.

Stayed at Debi's condo for six nights with my husband, our one year old and two teenage daughters. We arrived to Kihei an hour before check in and Debi let us check in early. Loved the keyless entry- one less thing to carry/remember when heading out for the day! The condo is very clean and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need from pans, utensils, seasonings, dish soap/sponge. The bathrooms had plenty of TP, shampoo, conditioner, towels hairdryer/curling iron even some sunblock. The two bedrooms are very spacious and the two king beds are so comfortable! The lanai and two pools are what stood out to me when booking. There is a table and two lounge chairs on the lanai, so we enjoyed breakfast and sunsets there everyday. The view is incredible 😍 🙌 . There are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, some snorkeling gear and towels available for use! The condo is a short driving distance to where ever you want to go in Kihei/Maui. We would definitely want to stay at this lovely place again!

Our family enjoyed staying at this unit. The unit was clean and all all the amenities needed for cooking and beach fun. Deb was accommodating and quick to respond to our needs. She allowed us to complete a late checkout since our flight wasn’t until 11pm, which was extremely helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Debi's condo. The grounds were beautiful as were the sunsets and ocean views. We especially liked staying in a smaller two story unit rather than a high-rise facility. Everything was conveniently located including the BBQ's and parking. The condo was well supplied with everything we needed including beach accessories, and the beds were very comfortable. Also, shopping and good restaurants (including food trucks) were close by. We would highly recommend Debi's condo to anyone staying in the Kihei area.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the location was perfect for us because we come to South Maui for snorkeling and beaches. The condo was great and we appreciated the beach "stuff", i.e. folding chairs, umbrellas, towels. Had an issue with the dishwasher and had to do dishes by hand for most of our 10 day stay, but it was checked out repaired when the part came in. Owner Debi was very helpful and answered our many questions promptly and kindly.

The place was great. It had everything we needed and was cozy. Conveniently located to beautiful beaches and the Kihei area. My only major concern was the door locking system. There is no way of locking the entry door from the inside, and it easily opens up to the exit that lead to a narrow flight of stairs. My 2 year-old escaped in the night an we found him down the stairs and in the parking lot (pretty far away) crying for us. There was nothing management could do to correct it, even though they disabled the perfectly good deadbolt lock. Other than that it was a great stay!

This was a perfect condo for our needs! It was clean and stocked with items needed.I he location was excellent! It has more items than listed which is a bonus, but also would have been nice to know what was there. It has all things you might need for the beach! Chairs, boogie boards, towels, snorkels and more! It also had a pack and play which we didn't know about!

We absolutely loved this condo! The view is excellent, great location, the condo complex has beautiful landscaping, barbecues and 2 pools. We bbq’d and cooked a lot after sunset. Nice and quiet as well. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 adult sized teenage boys! We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the location and comfort of this property. The views of the ocean with whales and sunsets from the main lanai were amazing. The host and the reception at the property were very responsive. The location is great with everything walkable from the property. We had a lot of fun. Mahalo!

Our favorite thing about the condo was watching the sunsets and whale watching from either the dining area or the Lanai. It was whale season and we saw close to 100 spouts as well as a few jumpers playing almost every day. Amazing! The beach was a short walk and the closet had a couple beach chairs, umbellas, several boogie boards, a snorkel set and a badmitton set. The closet was full of extra towels so no need to pack them. We often cooked in the kitchen where there were plenty of dishes, pots pans and storage containers.
The bedrooms are large with plenty of room for the chair in one and a couch in the other. The beds are on the soft side and we decided to buy a couple more comfortable pillows, which we left for the next group to enjoy. The location was central to everything we wanted to do like snorkeling, beach combing, and exploring the coastline. We enjoyed an all day excursion with Hawaiian Style Tours which was fabulous! Thank you Mike!
Overall, we all felt like this place was fantastic and hope it is available for our next Hawaiian adventure!

We had a wonderful time at Debi’s condo. The lanai was awesome for sunsets and watching whales (wish we had remembered our binoculars)! The walkable beach was nice and we saw a sea turtle there! We appreciated all the beach equipment available for our use as well as all the kitchen equipment. The grounds are pretty and the pools are very nice. The gas grills are close by for ease of cooking. Good location for exploring other great beaches in the area as well. We hope to visit again!

This condo is in a great location. There are beautiful beaches just across the road. The lanai is lovely for whale watching, sunset cocktails and enjoying eating outdoors. There is an electric awning that helps to provide shade throughout most of the day. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The air conditioning is first rate with individual, very quiet units in each bedroom and in the living area. The barbecue setup is very convenient and located very close to the unit. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Our family of six stayed here for 6 nights. The online pictures are 100% representative of the entire property. There are beautiful sunsets from the balcony patio. Kitchen is well stocked with pans/dishes. Cable TV and internet all very reliable and user friendly. We did need to communicate with the property owner and also the management company with follow up questions during our stay. All questions were answered completely and with EXCELLENT response times.
A bonus of this property is all the wonderful beach toys, chairs, towels available for use. Also, this property has an excellent centralized location on the island near a wide variety of beaches and lower cost food options. We would stay here again if visiting Maui.

We’ve visited Maui several times, always staying at an upscale resort in Wailea. The grounds at this property in Kihei are just as beautiful and well maintained. The unit is specious enough to comfortably accommodate a family of 5 adults. It was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities, including beach gear, that we needed. Best of all it is right across the street from the beach and close to restaurants and other activities (e.g., surfing lessons) to choose from. Owner and condo mgmt are very responsive. Highly recommend this stay!

Great experience overall! Great location, close to the beach and downtown restaurants. The only thing to realize is that the bedroom on the second floor can hear everything on the first floor kitchen because there is only a wooden panel that is movable at the top.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this property. It was very clean and comfortable and the views off the lanai were amazing. We spent every morning and evening relaxing on it, watching the sunset each night. The beach was just across the street, easy to get to. It’s also easy access to all the sites around the island. The only thing that could have been better, according to my brother, was the mattress on the pull out couch, it was a little worn out, not much spring left. The other 2 mattresses were comfortable, the air conditioning worked great, and we would definitely stay there again.

We have now stayed at three different units in this complex - we love it. Kihei can seem busy so it is great to have a complex like this where it is pretty quiet and relaxed. It is at the south end of kihei so very close to areas south as well as quick to anything in kihei, and your choice of beaches within 5 minutes. The unit is great - the view is awesome. Unit is updated with good A/C, comfy beds, good kitchen, and lots of water toys to bring to the beach. The unit is a bit tucked from the parking lot which is a bonus - an easy couple minute walk to watch the sunset every night.

My husband and I stayed at Debi's condo for six nights, along with our two adult sons. We had a great time, and we all loved the condo. It was a great set-up for the four of us. My husband and I took the downstairs bedroom, and the boys took the loft. They even had their own full bathroom to themselves. The set-up was perfect! The grounds are beautiful, and we enjoyed watching the chickens roam around. We enjoyed both of the pools, but especially the upper pool, which is just beautifully landscaped. We also really enjoyed the pebble-bottomed hot tub at the upper pool. The condo unit itself had everything we needed, and the air conditioning worked great!
The location of the condo is great, being right across from Kam 3, and just down the road from many great restaurants. We were so busy with other activities that we didn't get to the beach many times, but when we did it was just a short walk away. We loved that Kihei Caffe was just a short drive away, as that quickly became our favorite breakfast spot. For dinner, our nearby favorite was Cafe O'Lei. Our favorite lunch spot was not in Kihei, but I'm going to mention it anyway. We spent a morning at the Maui Ocean Center, which is a beautiful aquarium in Maalaea (about 20 minutes from Kihei). While there, we decided to try the restaurant at the aquarium, Seascape, for lunch. It was, perhaps, the best meal we had during our entire week on Maui. It is not your typical zoo/aquarium snack bar. The food was amazing, the staff were super helpful and friendly, and the view is just gorgeous! Although it is a bit of a drive from Kihei, we highly recommend Seascape Restaurant for lunch. (I believe they are only open for lunch.) You do not need to have an admission to the aquarium to eat at the restaurant. There is an entrance from the aquarium, and also an entrance from the main parking lot. We enjoyed our lunch at Seascape so much that we returned a couple days later to have lunch there again.
We cannot wait to return to Maui again someday, and hope that we will be able to stay here again when we do. Thank you so much, Debi, for your fantastic hospitality!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in the condo! The layout was perfect for accommodating our family (4 adults and 2 kids) - the views from the lanai were fantastic. We could see whales jumping in the distance and had dinner outside almost every night. Walking to Kam III as a short stroll down the grassy hill and across the road - the condo came with all the beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkling gear, and sand toys we could possibly want. Don't hesitate to stay here and thank you so much for hosting us!
