This is a non smoking property. Smoking permitted in designated areas.
Nothing is too far from Maui Vista…famous Wailea golf courses are less than 10 minutes away for those who enjoy 9 or 18 holes to make a perfect day in paradise. Walk to Kihei Boat Landing or drive less than 20 minutes to Maalaea Harbor to catch a boat to go snorkeling, scuba diving, whale watching (seasonal from Dec.-Apr.) or on a relaxing sunset cruise.
The complex is located minutes away from shopping areas that will take care of all your vacation needs. There are a total of three buildings and each building has its own pool & tennis courts, which eliminates too many people at the pool. This spacious complex is approximately 8.8 acres with lots of parking available all year round.

Perfect location right across from the beach. The unit has everything you need for a great day at the beach and to pack lunch to go. The unit was also a 5-10 minute walk from great shops and restaurants so made exploring fun! Plus, the after hours security made registering our car easy, too. Would recommend!

We stayed here for a vacation from the Canadian winter. The condo was spotless clean and had everything you needed and the location was awesome, directly across the road from Charlie Young Beach. The Owner Danielle was awesome to deal with and responded very quickly when we asked any questions.
I would recommend this rental to all my friends and family. If we come back to Kihei we will definitely look to book this condo again.
